I have proof of my subscription through email confirmation, but I am experiencing issues with the activation process on the app. Each time I try to continue my subscription, I get stuck in a loop of signing in. Despite entering correct information, it tells me my username and password don't match, demanding a password reset, which I have done repeatedly. I am unable to contact support as it requires signing in, which I can do but there is no option to raise a ticket. I need to activate my esim and transfer my number to Public Mobile. I've spent hours trying to resolve this, feeling frustrated that my efforts are not acknowledged.

The Public Mobile website is experiencing issues similar to an average Ubisoft game. I struggled to access my account, making it impossible to renew my phone plan. Consequently, I had no data or phone services. I purchased a plan with a different number, but I encountered difficulties transferring my old number. As a result, I have missed numerous important calls. I am eager to reclaim my old number, but Public Mobile is making it challenging for me to receive assistance.
