Purchasing home décor items online is convenient, but does not always work out. If you need to return a home décor item you purchased from Joss & Main, you can return the item for a refund by shipping it back by UPS or via a special carrier if it was large or fragile.
Joss & Main is an online retailer of home décor items. If you bought something from Joss and Main and it did not quite look the way you expected it to, it is easy to return it for a refund or exchange.
You can return your purchase for a full refund as long as you make the return within 30 days of the original purchase. All of the items you are returning must be in their original packaging and like-new condition.
Once the company receives your return, it will assess the quality of the items you sent back. If they are deemed to be in like-new condition, the company will send you a confirmation email and you will be refunded in the same form of payment you used to place the order. You can use the refund to have a replacement sent. The assessment process may take up to two weeks to complete. Your refund may take up to five business days to process after that. UYou will not be reimbursed for the shipping charges for the return.

2. Sign into your account.
3. Select My Orders.
4. Select Return Item.
5. Select the item you want to return. You will be sent a confirmation email.
6. Confirm your return request.
7. Print out the shipping label for the return.
8. Pack up the item or items you want to return.
9. Attach the shipping label to the box.
10. Take the package to any UPS location and ship it.
If your purchase was shipped by a special carrier because it was large or fragile, follow steps 1 – 6 from the instructions above. After that, Joss & Main will arrange to have the item or items picked up by a special carrier for the return.
