How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days to return an item from the date of delivery. At Joss & Main, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within this timeframe. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team either via phone or email. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please note that the item should be in its original condition and packaging for a successful return. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within a few business days.
