How Do I Track My Order from Ikea?

IKEA is the largest furniture company in the world. In addition to furniture, it also sells appliances and kitchen accessories. It has brick and mortar stores all over the globe, and you can also by its products online. You can even download an IKEA shopping app. Its extensive worldwide presence means that it can provide same day and next day delivery in many cases. However, if your IKEA shipment takes longer than that to arrive, you may want the option of tracking your order. To do so, just follow the instructions below.

Tracking the Order Online

  1. Open your email.
  2. Find the confirmation email that IKEA sent to you when you placed your order.
  3. Find the order number in the upper right hand corner of the email, right above the bar code.
  4. Record the order number.
  5. Go to IKEA's home page.
  6. Log into your IKEA account.
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
  8. Click on the Customer Service link under the Help header.
  9. Click on the Tracking and Managing Your Order link.
  10. Click on the Track Your Order button.
  11. Enter the order number in the upper text box.
  12. Enter the email or phone number you have associated with your IKEA account in the lower text box.
  13. Click on the Find Your Order button.

This should be all that you need to do in order to find out where your order is currently at and when you might be able to expect delivery. However, if the system cannot find your order number, or if you have lost access to the email account where your order confirmation email was sent, you can contact IKEA's customer service for help. It has phone, help desk, email, and a variety of chat support options.
