You can delete your Gemini account via mobile or web browser only. It's not possible to do this in the app. Your account will need to be at $0 before you can proceed with the transfer. If you have a pending ACH transfer, wait for five days and withdraw the remaining funds. To delete your account, go to Account Closure and hit Close your Gemini Account. Type in CLOSE in all caps to successfully delete your account.
