You can change your password on the web and via the app. To reset your password, log in to your account and hit Forgot Password. Provide your registered email address and follow the Reset Password email instructions. For security purposes, you won't have access to your digital assets for 72 hours after resetting or changing your password.
All users can change or reset their Gemini password anytime. There is an option to reset or change the password via the web browser or the mobile app. Open the app or go to Gemini's website to change or reset the password.

You can only have one password for the app and the web. Changing the password on the app also changes your web password. The 72-hour still applies for every password change.
You can open a personal account and an institutional account on Gemini. Both differ in account transaction limits.
To open a personal account, fill out all the required details and agree to the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Note for institutional accounts: Multiple people in your organization can share access to the same trading account. There is a master account and sub-accounts. You can assign different account roles to your members.
There is a limit of $1000 for debit card purchases. Note that you can only use debit cards to trade, and they are not available for withdrawals or fiat deposits. The limit resets after 24 hours and you can't raise the limit even when you add another debit card.
For wire transfers, there is no limit for Individual or Institutional accounts. But there is a minimum withdrawal for their supported currencies.
Fast transfers are only available for Singapore customers and there is a cap of $20,000 per transfer.
