Despite contacting their service desk and being assured that my account would be released on Monday, 10/24/[redacted], it remains frozen. Following their request for a photo of me with today's date and my ID, I submitted it yesterday. Now, I am still awaiting a response from Gemini. A while back, I opened a Gemini account. Two years ago, I moved and updated my email address. Earlier today, I changed the password but now I can't access my Gemini account. The system won't accept my new email, and I can't recall the old password. I'm stuck and need help logging in. My new email is [redacted], and my phone number is 1 [redacted]. My Gemini account was frozen on Nov. 17, [redacted], due to an accidental ACH transfer I made on Nov. 16th. Despite attempting to resolve this, I have not received any assistance after contacting customer support multiple times. Gemini claimed to have reached out to me on Nov. 20, 21, 24, and 29, but I did not receive any of their purported communications. I provided my phone number and an alternative email address (excluding my [redacted]) to ensure smooth communication. I am willing to provide any necessary information for identity verification if I can establish contact with them.
