What Do I Do If My Converse Gift Card Balance Won't Load?

You recently received a Converse gift card, and when you tried to add the funds from your card to your account, the process failed and the funds did not load. The good news is you can do a few things to resolve this issue and successfully add funds to your gift card account balance. Here are a few tips that can help.

1. The Gift Card Is Invalid

The gift card may be invalid if you're sure your Converse gift card balance won't load and you've already checked the expiration date. You will also see an expiration date on most Converse brand cards. If yours has expired, you'll need to purchase a new one because you won't be able to reload them. If your card shows signs of damage or tampering, there may be a problem with its security features — in this case, try using another of your cards instead (or purchasing another one).

2. Your Converse Gift Card May Be Damaged
