Converse's Return Policy

Any item can be returned for a refund for any reason if it is returned within 30 days of the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later. During the holiday season between the start of November and the end of January, this return period is extended to 45 days for in-store returns and 60 days for returns to Converse.com. If you make the return outside this window, and the reason for the return is defective merchandise, contact Converse's customer service first. You may still be able to get a refund. Converse will pay the return shipping cost.

If you make the return to a store, refunds for purchases made with a gift card cannot be applied to the old gift card, but will instead be issued in the form of a new gift card. The same is true for refunds for purchases made with PayPal. Refunds for returns to Converse.com will be made to the same form that was used to make the original purchase. How to Return Something to Converse
