Numbers and pins are printed on the back of your Converse gift card. The number is the longer string of characters, the pin is the shorter string. You may have to scratch off a thin protection layer to reveal the card's pin. Enter your numbers, then click Check Balance.
Converse also offers a digital gift card system. Digital cards are provided via email. You'll still need the card number and pin to check digital cards. Open the gift card email from Converse, then copy and paste the numbers onto the Check Your Balance page to view your card balance.
