I need to change my delivery address it is going to an address that is not correct nor do I have access to that delivery address
To change your delivery address, you can usually do so through your Amazon account. Navigate to your orders, select the order you want to modify, and look for the option to change the delivery address. If the order hasn't shipped yet, you'll be able to update the address. If it's already in transit, the address can't be changed.

I had a pickup scheduled for today between 2 and 5. They never showed up nor did they contact me to let me know they weren't coming.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Sometimes, unexpected delays can occur. We recommend checking your email or Amazon account for any updates on your pickup.
