Acorns Customer FAQ

As an Acorns user, you can replace a lost debit card free of charge. You will need to contact Acorns support to begin the process. The Acorns website has a help section that you can use to fill out a help request. Fill out the form and provide any additional details necessary to explain and support your help request, then submit. Acorns will contact you with additional steps and information regarding the replacement of your Acorns debit card.

To transfer your account out of Acorns, you don't need a specific form from Acorns. Instead, you will need to contact the institution you want to transfer your funds to. They will guide you through the transfer process, which usually requires you to complete their transfer form. Most institutions will handle the transfer process on their end, including contacting Acorns directly to move the funds. However, it's important to note that Acorns charges a $50 fee for account transfers. If you just want to withdraw your funds, you can do this in the Acorns app without a fee.
