We do not provide tracking numbers for card replacements sent through next day service. However, you should receive your replacement card within the timeframe specified during your order.

To get your money back after it was stolen from your Direct Express account, you should report the unauthorized transaction immediately. It's important to contact Direct Express directly to initiate the dispute process for the unauthorized charges. You cannot get cash directly from a bank teller using a damaged Direct Express card. You will need to request a replacement card to access your funds.
