Hello, my fiancée and I met on Zoosk five years ago and have been very happy, but her profile has been reactivated against her wishes multiple times. This time, Zoosk even used her Facebook photo without permission. We received an email notification about it due to the effort to contact Zoosk yielding no results amid the pandemic. It seems unethical that you have employees still working during this time and engaging in such practices. Her name is Nancy Lee, previously Nancy Fehrenbach, and her profile name is "kind & loving." The email address associated with the profile is [redacted] We are unhappy about this situation and demand immediate resolution; otherwise, we will pursue legal action. It is disappointing to see Zoosk resort to such tactics instead of attracting genuine customers. Please remove her profile promptly and contact us at [redacted] or [redacted]. Thank you.

I signed up for Zoosk on May 2, [redacted], but after one day, on May 3, [redacted], I decided to cancel my membership. I received an email confirming my deactivation from Elle at Zoosk. The email explains the deactivation process and offers a promo code if I decide to subscribe again. However, it does not mention anything about a refund. I canceled within the 3-day policy, and since I only used the service for one day, I am expecting a refund. Can someone please assist me with this matter? You can reach me at my account email [redacted] Thank you.

I am requesting a reimbursement for the last two months of my Zoosk subscription since their customer support has been unavailable due to the pandemic. When reaching out to customer support, they have been helpful but unable to address various queries about the site. Despite Zoosk having a Q&A page, I rely on direct customer support for assistance. It is clear that Zoosk is not delivering the full customer service promised with my monthly fee, hindering my ability to utilize the platform effectively. Kindly inform Zoosk that I am seeking reimbursement for this issue. Thank you.

I contacted Zoosk last year about a customer and filed a private complaint. Unfortunately, when I searched the client's name on Google, the complaint is visible. I made the complaint on Zoosk's platform and did not expect it to be public. I have faced threats from this person because they linked my online name to the complaint. Zoosk informed me they cannot control third-party internet search results and suggested contacting Google or the website moderators. After reaching out to Google and GetHumans, they directed me back to Get Human to have the page removed. I urgently request for the page to be taken down as it is causing distress to both me and the individual I reported. The specific page link is https:**gethuman.com*issue*Zoosk*M-EL*I-want-a-person-removed-from-Zoosk-if-at-all-possible-He-is-a-conman-and-using-the-pla.

I have been unable to use the Zoosk app since this morning. A message keeps popping up saying, "Something went wrong. Try again or contact customer support." I have tried calling for support, but all I get is a busy signal. Even when I attempt to access Zoosk through my home computer, I face the same issue - nothing works. My internet provider seems fine as I can access other websites, excluding social media platforms. I am unclear if Zoosk is experiencing a system crash or conducting maintenance. It would be helpful to receive a more detailed explanation rather than the generic error message prompting me to contact customer support.

Case Number: [redacted]0 I am actively working to resolve this issue. I have engaged in multiple online conversations with various representatives, with Ren being the most recent contact. I am seeking assistance and clarification on how to make a payment to regain access to Zoosk, as I was informed they do not offer auto-draft payment options. The lack of ability to reach a customer service representative by phone has been incredibly frustrating. I believe there should be a dedicated phone line for problem resolution, particularly in times like these. Whereas landlords are restricted from evicting tenants during the current situation, it seems unreasonable for a company to sever ties with a customer without prior communication. I am eager to make a payment and continue using Zoosk. I have provided my contact information with no response thus far. To anyone reading this message, if you are unable to assist directly, I kindly request that you escalate this matter to the appropriate party. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Kriss D.

A profile without a username and with a stolen photograph of a German model appeared in "my matches". Despite reporting this individual as a scammer multiple times, nothing has been done. The profile lists the person's age as 71, height as 6'1", located 6 miles away in Beverly Hills. The user description speaks of being financially stable, a Scorpio widower with an advanced degree, leading an active lifestyle, and seeking a partner who shares similar values. The user suggests Zoosk tighten security measures, require usernames, and improve user-friendliness to offer a service comparable to their competitors.

I want to bring attention to a user named Greg V. He frequently creates profiles on various dating platforms, using different email addresses, and often without a profile picture. I have come across his profiles on Match and Meetville, where he sometimes uses his real information but also has fake accounts. This individual engages in inappropriate behavior, such as being a sex addict, using chat rooms, video apps to watch women, and even using burner numbers to communicate with them. Despite being 39 years old with a 16-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son, he targets much younger women, typically between 18-25 years old. Greg presents himself as sweet and romantic, gaining sympathy by discussing his past relationships, only to manipulate women for explicit conversations and pictures before disappearing. His real name is Gregory Voss, and he is reportedly employed at Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama, residing in Adamsville, Alabama. One of his phone numbers is [redacted] and some of his known email addresses include [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]

I need assistance understanding my Zoosk account issue. I have been a member since last August and my payments were regularly deducted from my debit card. At the end of May, there was a message about my card being declined. My phone number remains the same, but my new email is [redacted] I would appreciate an email response to explain what might be causing this problem. In the account settings, I can't re-enter my card number, although it is displayed as an option for payment on file. Despite having used it successfully several times since, the system won't accept it. Urgency is essential as I want to reach out to someone I'm interested in from three days ago. I've already tried contacting customer service twice. Thank you.

I want to bring to your attention a user named Greg V. who is deceitful. He frequents various dating sites using multiple email addresses. He typically avoids using a profile picture but has been spotted on Match and Meetville with both genuine and fake accounts. Greg is known to be a sex addict and often uses dating platforms, chat rooms, and video apps to engage with women, sometimes coaxing them into sending photos. Despite being a 39-year-old individual with teenage children, he consistently targets women aged 18-25. He manipulates conversations by portraying himself as sweet, romantic, and victimized by his ex, leading women to sympathize with him before engaging in explicit messaging and photo exchanges. Greg gives false information about his identity and abruptly discontinues communication once his deceit is uncovered. His true identity is Gregory V., employed at Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama, residing in Adamsville, Alabama, reachable at [redacted]. Some of his known email addresses include [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]

I recently discovered that my account, inactive for almost two years, was hacked after attempting to cancel it two days back. The hacker is sharing personal details of my address, causing me fear. After trying to contact customer support via live chat, I was informed that I need to pay $1.00 for a trial membership to speak with a representative. I am hesitant to share more information as the hacker can continuously change my password after I do. They are soliciting contact information from people they engage with and falsely claiming to be a military veteran, an act known as "Stolen Valor," which is illegal. This situation has left me in distress, especially since individuals have mentioned showing up at my location. Assistance is needed urgently!

I had trouble responding to a message on my phone from a guy. I attempted to view his profile several times without success. When I logged in on my computer later, the message was gone, and I can't recall his screen name. The message was last seen on 6/8/20 and mentioned my eyes and my road trip. The guy had mardi gras beads in his photo. Can anyone assist me in reconnecting with him? My screen name is Cool Breeze, located in Clearwater, Florida. This email is associated with my account.

Hello, I recently opened a new account with Zoosk and I am experiencing some issues. I have paid for the account and would appreciate a prompt resolution. My messages seem to disappear after I send them, and the app I installed is not functioning at all, indicating that a Zoosk administrator has blocked me. Last year, I had an account that I paused for a few months after making a connection on the site. In April, my debit card was compromised, and I was advised by the bank to cancel and stop some pending payments, which might have included transactions to Zoosk. Due to this, I now have a new account and email. I am concerned that this may be the reason for being flagged. I would like to rejoin the site, but if there are any issues, I request communication and a refund of my payment. I have recommended your site to others and hope we can resolve this situation. Thank you for considering my concerns, and I look forward to your response.

I previously reached out concerning two accounts - one linked to my subscription and the other inactive. The inactive account was successfully deactivated. The active account is associated with my Apple email, [redacted], with notifications forwarded to my personal email, [redacted] Despite receiving notifications, attempting to reset the password using the "forgot my email" link is unsuccessful as the email sent to my Apple address doesn't come through. This issue hinders my ability to log in through the phone app. While I can access the account through notification emails, it is not a reliable method. Is there a way for you to reset the password directly to georgewemmert and resolve this forwarding problem? Thank you for your assistance.

I joined the site approximately 10 days ago. Since then, I have received around [redacted] messages from men who do not interest me. Despite sending greetings to a few individuals, none have responded, which seems odd. I am a very attractive woman with a well-crafted profile, so this lack of engagement surprises me. Some interactions have been strange, like receiving initial interest and then radio silence. There are also technical issues with messages being delayed or displaying a "reconnect" message. One individual I connected well with via chat suddenly stopped responding after a glitch, prompting me to consider whether paying to check message statuses is necessary. The system's requirement to purchase "coins" for this feature is frustrating. Additionally, some online indicators do not align with actual chat invitations. I seek clarity on these chat features to enhance my experience; otherwise, I may request a refund for my six-month subscription due to the challenges faced in connecting with potential matches.

I signed up for Zoosk a month ago, thinking I only paid for one month. However, I noticed charges on my account that I did not authorize. Given my current situation of being unemployed due to the pandemic and my limited tech knowledge and intellectual disability, I was hoping for a refund. The charges on July 3, [redacted], were $38.45, $9.99, and $21.95. I kindly request that this money be refunded, and if necessary, the account can be canceled as I initially intended to use the service for just one month.

Recently, someone used my profile picture to set up an account with different information. Despite my account being paused since June 9, [redacted], the fraudulent account shows a 41-year-old living in the Bronx. This situation has caused confusion in my relationship, as my girlfriend saw the fake account that matches my details but with inaccurate information. My genuine account, registered under the username FearlessLove and the name Jamie Welkis, displays my correct age of 52 and location of Ramsey, NJ. It's troubling that someone would impersonate me in this way, especially when it affects personal relationships. I'm seeking advice on how to handle this unsettling situation.

I discovered that someone has stolen my profile picture and created a fake account with it. My genuine age and location do not match the details on the fake account. My girlfriend got upset after a friend showed her the fake profile. I have proof of my real account being paused since June 9th. This situation has caused a rift between my girlfriend and me. The account uses my username "FearlessLove" registered to Jamie Welkis, along with incorrect personal information. I am unsure how this could happen, especially considering I recently used my Facebook login for the first time. My girlfriend is skeptical, and the person behind the fake account refuses to provide any evidence.

I am extremely disappointed. I purchased a subscription a few hours ago. Despite sending around 7 messages, none of them were being displayed to the person I messaged on Zoosk. Upon checking my sent messages, they were all missing! It seems Zoosk's application is deleting my messages. I type a message, but nothing shows up. Zoosk's support seems to be unreachable. If this issue is not fixed promptly, I will have to reach out to my credit card company as this is not the service I paid for. It's frustrating to not receive the expected service.
