If you suspect that your Zoosk account has been hacked, you should contact the customer support team for help immediately. If you are still able to log into your account, the simplest thing to do is to change your password. Use a strong and unique password and do not share it with anyone. The process of changing your password depends on your method of accessing Zoosk.

1. Open your web browser and navigate to Zoosk website

2. Log into your Zoosk account

3. Click on the display name at the top right of your screen

4. Click on the option 'Account Settings' on the drop-down menu

5. Click on the option 'Edit' next to 'password'

6. Enter your current password and then your new password

7. Click 'Save'

Changing Your Password from Your Android App

2. Click on the menu icon at the top left

3. Select the gear icon

6. Click 'Save.'

It may be difficult to recover your account if the hacker has changed your email or password. Zoosk has a very strict policy on account recovery. If you are unable to get help from the customer support team, you may deactivate your account and create a different one later.

If you are a subscriber, you need to cancel your subscription first. If you have already canceled your subscription, follow these steps to deactivate your account.

Deactivating Your Account From Your Computer

1. Open your web browser and navigate to Zoosk website

2. Log in to your account

3. Tap on your Zoosk display name at the top right

4. Select 'Account Settings'

5. Select 'Edit' next to the option 'Account Status'

6. Select 'Deactivate'

7. Confirm your choice by clicking on the option 'Deactivate Zoosk Account.'

Deactivating Your Account through the Android App

1. Open your app

2. Click on the three lines menu at the top left of your screen

3. Tap on the gear icon next to your nickname

4. Click Account

5. Click on the pencil next to 'Account Status'

6. Tap deactivate

7. Follow the instructions that follow to complete the process

Note that after deactivating your account, other members will not be able to view your profile. You will lose your subscription benefits and you won't be eligible for a refund. You will also lose your connections.

Try reactivating your account in the future. You can do that by logging in to your account with your email address and password. Change your password and do not share it with anyone.

If you have trouble recovering your hacked Zoosk account, you should contact the customer support team for help. If you wish to speak directly with an agent, you can contact them by phone. You should get help in less than an hour.

The Zoosk help desk is another great way to receive help if you do not mind waiting for some time before getting help. On the help desk, you can ask your question or follow conversations started by other users. It allows you to get help from other users and from the customer support team. You may also contact them by email.
