I have been experiencing a persistent issue with Xbox Live dropping my sign-in. When I recently switched on my Xbox [redacted], I was immediately logged out of YouTube multiple times upon signing back in. Despite numerous complaints, the problem has not been resolved and has worsened over time. Previously, besides being logged out, I had to frequently enter a code on my computer, which thankfully seems to have been resolved. However, now I am encountering difficulty accessing puzzles and games on the computer through Xbox Live. It takes several attempts before I can gain entry, and even then, some puzzles I had previously loaded are missing, requiring me to repurchase them. This situation is incredibly frustrating.

I recently purchased two Xbox 1s and spent $[redacted] on games. On Black Friday, I upgraded to the Xbox Series S. However, my new upgrade is linked to an old email that I can't access. I recently got a new phone and had to create a new email but now I can't recover my old one. I'm frustrated and considering not using your services anymore unless this gets resolved. I don't want to repurchase all my games. Please either refund my recent purchases or assist me in recovering my old email. I've tried searching online and calling for help but nothing has worked. I know my recovery phone number but it's not in the system. Please provide me with a step-by-step guide to resolve this issue promptly. You can contact me through the email I provided or at the following phone numbers: [redacted] and [redacted].

I am having trouble receiving a refund for Battlefield [redacted]. I preordered the $90 edition, but I am unable to play the game. I have logged around 30 hours, and most of that time (at least 28 hours) was spent trying to deal with matchmaking errors. When I manage to get into a match, it's a bugged lobby where the score is infinity to infinity and no one can spawn. The game is unplayable, and it feels like it's just taking up space on my hard drive.

Someone is hacking my Xbox account and Microsoft account. They have added their name to my email and I need to change the email and password. I am not familiar with someone named R34. Please remove their name from my email, which is [redacted] They are using my Discord and PC game passwords for Game Pass, even though I do not own a PC. I paid for a 3-month Game Pass subscription, and they have accessed my account. I am 63 years old and do not have any children.

I recently purchased a new Xbox Series X and attempted to log into my account but was prompted to reset my password. I tried to recover my account but my information was insufficient. The only detail missing was the credit card information. My mother usually handles payments on Xbox for services like Realms on Minecraft and Xbox Live, last year on November 18. Unfortunately, she disposed of the card after receiving a new one, mistaking it for an upgrade. I have the card number ending in [redacted] and the full name, but not the expiry date. My bank cannot provide this information due to privacy policies. I am unsure of what steps to take next.

I am currently trying to regain access to my account, which has been compromised by someone who altered all the details, and I am struggling to retrieve it. Despite several attempts, I have been unsuccessful and my requests have been denied. I am unable to locate an alternative method to reach out to Xbox Live for assistance in recovering my account. I have already taken the precaution of cancelling the credit card linked to the account, but I urgently need to regain access. The account in question is linked to the email [redacted] with the Xbox Live username rocko6209. I can provide proof of ownership as I have another account associated with it, used by my daughter. I am concerned that her account may also be at risk of being compromised. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

My Xbox account's email was changed, and I received an email stating it was switched to an unfamiliar email address. Despite attempts to log in, I couldn't access the account via Xbox. I removed the account from my Xbox console, fearing my debit card details and Xbox Live subscription were compromised. I possess evidence of ownership and screenshots of the email notification about the unauthorized email change. Regrettably, I am at a loss as to how to reclaim my account.

I am attempting to access my Xbox account after it has been in storage for a few years. Although I recall my username and password, I am now being prompted to enter a verification code that will be sent to a previous cell phone number that I no longer possess. The system then requires me to complete an online verification process, but I have been unsuccessful as I keep receiving an error message indicating that the information I entered was incorrect. I am at a loss on how to regain access to my account.

I have never owned an Xbox, yet for the past two years, unauthorized payments totaling over [redacted] pounds have been deducted from my bank account. I attempted to stop these payments through my bank but was unsuccessful. Despite numerous attempts to contact your customer service, I have been unable to speak directly to a representative. I keep getting redirected to automated responses that do not address my issue. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter promptly and receive a refund. If this matter is not resolved, I will be forced to escalate it further, as I have been trying to resolve it for two years now. Your help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Regards,
L. Johnstone.

I would like to present video evidence of a player using a racial slur against me twice in Sea of Thieves. I have reported this to Rare and through the in-game report feature, and have uploaded the video to Youtube. I hope a person can review the video to ensure appropriate action is taken against the player.
You can view the video here, or I can send it directly via email to the assigned agent. The video was recorded using the Xbox Windows replay capture tool. Please be aware that the video contains two racial slurs, so it is not safe for work.
I apologize if this is not the correct platform for this issue, but I have reservations about the in-game reporting system. Thank you in advance. :)

My gamertag TragedyAnn profile suddenly stopped working. I am unable to access the internet or any content associated with it. Strangely, when someone downloads their profile onto MY Xbox [redacted], everything works fine without any errors.
I've deleted my profile and attempted to redownload it, but I've had no luck. Luckily, I was able to recover my account under the gamertag Kirinkinetic.
I'm growing frustrated with trying to restore my previous account and I am contemplating selling my Xbox gear to switch to a PS4. Before I make that decision, I want to seek help to see if there is a way to transfer my purchases and downloads to my current accessible account. I don't mind restarting games, but I would like to retain the items I purchased, especially my Castlevania themes. Any guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have been locked out of FOUR Outlook.com accounts without any explanation. The passwords that I've saved are being rejected without any power or service interruptions. This issue has been reported on Reddit pages for almost two years, affecting gamers who lose progress in games. Customer service has not responded to my complaints, and I've lost SIX accounts since purchasing my first Xbox One. Please address the issues with [[redacted]] and [[redacted]] without requesting the passwords. I expect the service as advertised after spending thousands of dollars on consoles and games.

I woke up one day and found that my email and password were changed, and now I can't access my Xbox account. I have videos of me using the account with the old and new gamer tags, as well as Discord messages. I can provide the old passwords and email address. I need help to recover my account from the person who stole it. I have invested a lot of time playing games like PUBG, Call of Duty, Apex, and more on that account, and I really want it back. Please assist me in recovering my account.

The Xbox app for PC is not opening for me. I paid for the 3-month trial and would like a refund and to have my trial reset for future use. My login name is Mithereal on Xbox. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps, but the store continues to give me an error code. I have reset the store app, cleared the login cache, ensured I am logged in as an admin, and even reinstalled Windows. I am up to date and using a new computer with a [redacted] Ti GPU and a Ryzen 9. Please refund my money and reset my trial for future use once the issue is resolved.

Hello, my Microsoft account email needs verification because I can't sign in to my Xbox account. The email is over 10-12 years old, and I can't remember the information on it. The contact number linked to it is also outdated. I tried reaching out to the Xbox website support but the automated responses were not helpful. When I tried to request a call, they asked for more information I couldn't provide without the verification code sent to my old phone number. I filled out a form from Microsoft with all the correct answers and even provided my credit card info, but they still denied me access. I offered my gamer tag, console ID, and everything they requested, but they claim it's not sufficient. I need to talk to a real person who can help me verify my account. Losing access to my childhood account would be devastating after investing so many years into it. The website support has been unhelpful, and I'm frustrated. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I recently created a new MyPlayer on NBA 2K22 for Xbox One. Starting at overall 65, I invested over $30 in virtual coins to boost the attributes to an 82 over the past few weeks.
However, the character file is corrupted and crashes my game whenever I attempt to load it. Interestingly, all other aspects like my overall 84 character and MyTeam load successfully, indicating an issue specific to that character file, leading to crashing back to the Xbox Home Screen.
I kindly request reimbursement for the money spent, or at least the virtual coins, enabling me to create a new character and enhance their attributes.
My account is [redacted]
Thank you.

For the past week, I've been unable to access my YouTube App on Xbox. I continue to receive a message saying "we are getting your App ready. This may take a while…" I attempted to reach out for help, but my email and password weren't recognized. I was then prompted to use an authenticator, which I don't possess. This left me at a standstill with no way to contact customer service. Only just now did I discover this alternative method to reach out. I rely on YouTube for personal use and urgently need the App to load so that I can gain access. Thank you for your assistance.

I keep receiving an error message stating that it's taking too long with games and apps. When trying to enter a game, I get kicked out 3-4 times before I can finally access it. Transitioning from the title screen to the main menu takes around 20-30 minutes, or even longer. The guide won't come up, and I have to clear the cache before using the system. My disabled son spends a lot of time on this console, and it brings him joy. I'm concerned about his mental health declining if the issues persist. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

A few years back, I took advantage of a £1 promotion for a one-month game pass. After realizing none of the games appealed to me, I didn't use it beyond the trial period. However, my wife discovered three unauthorized payments Microsoft had deducted from her bank account months later. When I reached out to Xbox support, I received no refund despite not being able to utilize the service. Trying to play "Sniper Elite 4" resulted in an error message, blaming a supposed faulty disk. Even after confirming the disk was fine, I faced issues accessing games on my Xbox One due to an EA Games notification. Eventually, my console stopped working last year, prompting me to revert to my Xbox [redacted] for the few playable games left. Although my Gold membership is active until February [redacted], I've encountered difficulties accessing leaderboards on different games recently. Despite paying £49.99 for the service, I am unable to fully enjoy it as intended. As a longtime Xbox user loyal to the brand, I feel let down and hope these issues can be addressed before my membership renewal. My gamertag is VETERAN1952GB.

I need assistance cancelling my son's Xbox Live account, which is linked to my bank details. He no longer uses the account, and I have been charged £27.99 per month for some time. I tried to stop the payments at my bank, but Xbox continues to attempt withdrawals. I do not have access to an Xbox to cancel the account myself. If this issue persists, I may need to seek legal help with a solicitor.
