I have an Xbox One that I use at my mom's house. She recently had her TV fixed, and all channels are working fine. I'm not there right now, but I'll be visiting for the holidays. She uses the TV from Sky app sometimes. There have been times when I've been there and the service buffers. I'm wondering if this is normal, and if not, how can I help her fix the issue she's having?

A while back, I created an account named GoldManatee4574 to play Minecraft on my phone, and it somehow ended up linked to an Xbox gamertag. I haven't used that gamertag and can't recall the email, password, or phone number associated with it. I do have access to my current account and have GoldManatee4574 added as a friend on it. I'm looking for assistance in either accessing the GoldManatee4574 account or unlinking it so I can play Minecraft on my PlayStation. Can anyone help me out with this situation?

I bought two in-game currency products today, Destiny 2 Silver ([redacted] + [redacted] Bonus) and PvZ GW2: [redacted],[redacted] Epic coins pack, but they haven't appeared in my order history. My bank account shows that the payment was processed, however.

I am encountering issues on my Xbox [redacted] when attempting to host or join team death match multiplayer games online. I recently settled my bill, so I should be able to play online. However, when I try to connect, the game freezes. I am unsure if my account has been hacked to prevent me from playing online, especially since a similar situation occurred with my other account previously. I am experiencing difficulties signing into the Xbox app. When I attempt to sign in, the button is unresponsive. I have been using the same account, DeceivingKarma, for years starting from the Xbox [redacted] days. Even my younger sisters still use the old Xbox with that account. Recently, my mother gifted me an Xbox Series S that she won in a Christmas contest at her job 3-4 years ago. I've been using the same Microsoft Live account for Xbox Live for years. However, I no longer use that email for anything else. Recently, I bought a Surface Pro 8 to play games, but I can't log in because my Xbox Live account is linked to an old email. I need to either merge my accounts with my current email or transfer the Xbox Live account to a new email. Your help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I need to update my Xbox account password to secure it from potential theft. I am currently locked out of my account after someone attempted to steal it. I remember the names of the cards I used to purchase games and apps on my Xbox, but these were old cards I lost. I cannot recall the last four digits or the expiration date of those credit cards to proceed with resetting my Microsoft account.

I'm experiencing a problem while switching between my Xbox One S and Xbox Series X to play Warzone. On the Series X, I noticed significant input lag while aiming, causing a delay and an odd curve in movement that affects precision aiming. This lag persists even after releasing the joystick. Surprisingly, no such issue occurs on my One S, where the aiming is precise and responsive. I've tested different controllers and connections, but the problem remains. I suspect this might be related to the Series X settings or its compatibility with my display as I am playing at 60hz 1080p. I haven't updated either the console or controller. I'm wondering if there's a way to resolve this lag on the Series X and achieve the same responsiveness as on my One S without being forced to play in 4K.

My daughter, who is 10 years old, currently has her Xbox Live account linked to her aunt's email address. I was unhappy about this setup initially, but my concerns were disregarded when it was first created. After a significant family disagreement, my daughter's aunt has changed all the passwords and is refusing to allow my daughter to access her account. Is there a way to unlink my daughter's account from her aunt's email and link it to a new email address instead? My daughter was devastated on Sunday night and cried because she has lost the gaming career she has built over 5 years, along with all the games she had purchased. While we can create a new account, I am hoping there is a way to retain the old account with all her progress intact.

On Friday the 18th, it seems there was a compromise in my account. I received an enforcement action set to be lifted tomorrow, the 21st, at 9:45. This was not done by me, and I believe I should not be banned. My bank detected a fraudulent charge the same day and blocked it, which alerted me to the account issue. I have since secured my account but need assistance from your end to clear the enforcement action. I am 39 years old and enjoy playing games with my children to bond with them. If my account was compromised due to security lapses on your end, I urge you to investigate and not penalize me for activities I did not engage in. I accidentally deleted my Xbox Live account, which I created years ago with an email I no longer have access to. Hello, I hope everyone is well. Recently, after the latest Warzone update, Pacific Xbox players have been encountering the "Goldflake" error when trying to play Warzone online. Upon investigation, it appears Warzone now requires Xbox Live, which is puzzling as Warzone is meant to be a free-to-play game like Fortnite and Apex Legends, which don't require Xbox Live for online play. Could the staff reach out to Warzone to address this issue? The Xbox Warzone community has been dealing with this problem for a week now with no communication from the Warzone team.

I attempted to buy an item in Destiny 2 but encountered an error prompting me to try later. Despite multiple attempts, I continued receiving the same error and ended up being charged seven extra times on my card. Upon discovery, I promptly requested a refund. Unfortunately, my refund was swiftly denied within 15 minutes. I am greatly upset and adamant about receiving a refund for purchases I did not intend to make.

I used to have an account under the email "[redacted]" However, I can no longer access this account and have created a new one. I created an Xbox email account over 5 years ago. I haven't needed to manually log in with the password for 5 years since I had auto sign-in enabled. I received a new Xbox series for Christmas and I'm trying to use my original Xbox account on the new Xbox. I no longer have access to the original cell phone number linked to the account, preventing me from completing the security check. I forgot to take pictures of both the voucher and receipt when I left my Xbox gift vouchers at Tesco. Now, Tesco is unable to help as they couldn't locate the vouchers. The receipts only show the voucher number and not the code I need. Is there a way to contact Microsoft with the voucher number to receive an activation code? I would appreciate any guidance on this matter.
