I am experiencing trouble with my Xbox One X when trying to download F1 [redacted]. I am in a difficult situation as my child used up all my money on FIFA points, leaving me unable to pay my rent. I canceled my card thinking it was compromised, only to discover it was my kid making unauthorized purchases. I received a message last night asking me to change my password. After doing so, I tried to login for several hours without success. Following the advice on the website, I decided to delete my account and create a new one. Although it remembers me, my tag with around [redacted] achievement points is missing. I am unable to link my Xbox ESO account to my name, despite being able to log in to the ESO website. This issue has resulted in the loss of 2 years of gaming progress. I would appreciate it if my Xbox account could be restored, and if my connection to ESO could be reestablished.

I have been attempting to purchase an X Box Series X for nearly a year now, specifically the Halo edition, but without success. It's disheartening to see scalpers taking advantage of the situation. The lack of action to protect regular consumers is frustrating. I don’t have the luxury of spending all day setting up purchase bots. Some innovative approaches, like hosting a Vaccination event to verify buyers with vaccine cards, could deter scalpers. It would be beneficial to have measures in place to assist those who can't constantly monitor online sales. Marketing strategies need improvement to combat scalpers effectively. Prioritizing genuine buyers over internet bandits is crucial. It's disappointing to see the X Box Series X Halo edition being resold at exorbitant prices by scalpers, especially during these challenging times. Let's find solutions beyond the current scalping issues.

I am experiencing harassment on Xbox from a user named Bipolar2poor. They threatened to swat me, involve police, fire, and paramedics, leak my personal information, get my parents fired, and steal money from them. I am very scared and feel the need to report this. Simply banning the user may not be an effective solution. I even mentioned I would document the conversation as evidence, and they mentioned paying the police. This situation is extremely distressing, especially considering the claim that they have harmed a child. Kindly, your intervention is requested, Xbox team.

I encountered an issue with the Xbox app on my PC when trying to download games to a drive other than C:. Despite adjusting folder access for the WindowsApps folder on my F: drive after researching online, the problem persisted. The error code 0x[redacted]5 kept appearing, indicating sign-in troubles. Although I logged in and out multiple times, as well as restarted both my PC and the Xbox app, the issue remained unresolved. I also attempted to install games through the Microsoft Store app only to encounter the same error code.

Every January, I purchase a full year of Xbox Gold. Earlier this year, I also opted for the Xbox Ultimate Pass but later decided to cancel it. However, when I canceled the Ultimate Pass, my Xbox Gold subscription was also terminated. I intended to only cancel the Ultimate Pass. Additionally, although I paid for 12 months, I only received 7 to 8 months of service and was charged about £60+. Now, I do not have access to any services. I am puzzled as to why my Xbox Live was canceled when I only wanted to cancel the pass. I seek assistance in resolving this issue so that I do not have to pay for another full year and can utilize the remaining 5 months of what I have already paid for.

Hello, On September 14, [redacted], my son accidentally purchased two copies of FIFA 22 on Xbox. We've been trying to get in touch with someone to help with this issue, but haven't had any luck so far. We only recently found out about this mistake. He's been playing the £89.99 version but would like a refund for the £80.99 one, which he hasn't used. We don't need two copies of FIFA; this was just a human error. I bought Battlefield [redacted] Ultimate Edition and have played for 8 hours.
