Recently, our Xbox One's motherboard fried, and we had to replace it. When attempting to log in to my account, BrokenCyn, I realized I couldn't remember the email associated with it. I ended up creating a new email specifically for that account, causing confusion. Now, I've been struggling to recover the email because the recovery options lead me to my other Microsoft accounts, none of which are linked to my gamer tag, BrokenCyn. I'm eager to regain access to this account as I've put a lot of effort and time into it. Any assistance in recovering the email would be greatly appreciated.

I've been a loyal Xbox customer for over a decade since the original Xbox. Recently, I was suspended for cheating, which I find surprising and upsetting as I am strongly against cheating. I primarily play using a black Xbox controller and my console. I believe this might be a misunderstanding or false accusation. If necessary, I am willing to provide access to my game clips, broadcasts, or any other information to prove my innocence. If this issue is not resolved, I may consider switching to PlayStation. I value my integrity and fairness in gaming and would like to clear up any confusion regarding this suspension.

Upon logging into my Mojang account to redeem Minecraft for Windows 10, I encountered an issue. The system indicates that the code has already been claimed, which is puzzling to me as I only have one account and have not previously used this code. The message displayed on my account states that the code has been redeemed, but I have not done so. How can I proceed with redeeming my code if the system shows it as already claimed, when I have only ever used one account for this purpose?

I recently bought an Xbox One S and immediately signed up for Xbox Live. Excited to play multiplayer games, I encountered a recurring issue - I can join other lobbies but cannot host games. Despite opening my NAT, the problem remains unsolved. I am disappointed with the product and seek a prompt resolution. I hope to be able to host games and enjoy uninterrupted gameplay. I own a first-generation Xbox One, but it suddenly stopped connecting controllers. I decided to buy a second-hand Xbox One S (500GB) which came with games purchased on it. I'm worried that if I delete the previous owner's account to add mine, the games will be deleted. Unfortunately, I can't remember my account details and Microsoft isn't providing much help. They only offer a call-back service, but I can't access my email to verify my identity. It's frustrating not being able to speak with a real person for assistance. I am trying to join my friend's Xbox Live party using the Windows PC app. Even though I can join the party, there is an error message saying my chat settings are preventing me from talking to my friends. I visited the website mentioned in the pop-up, but it only addresses fixing the issue for Xbox One consoles. I have previously been able to chat through the PC app, but this problem has arisen recently. I have verified that my chat settings are completely open by adjusting my social settings on both the Xbox and my Microsoft account via the Microsoft website, and I have also checked the settings on the Xbox PC app. Unfortunately, the issue persists.

I am trying to verify my email account to play on Xbox Live. I recently changed my phone number and cannot receive the verification code via text. I only use this email for my Xbox Live account. When filling out the recovery form online, it asks for the subject lines of the most recent emails in my account, but I do not know them as I do not use the account for anything else. While playing on Xbox, I joined a party chat with someone named "Choosah." Shortly after, he sent numerous packets to my router, causing an internet outage in my area that affects me and my neighbors. Due to this incident, we are without internet until ISP resolves the issue in approximately 3 hours. I urge you to investigate and ban "Choosah" either by his IP address or console. The frequency of DDOS attacks by players like him is detrimental to the community. Your intervention in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My 13-year-old son's account, TaticalLemur85, was recently permanently banned for alleged cheating on XBOX Live. I actively monitor his gaming activities and can confirm he has never used cheats, software modifications, or inappropriate language since a minor incident a year ago. He has been an XBOX player for 5 years and his only misstep was using improper language, which was addressed promptly. I kindly request his account be reinstated as he has invested years in achieving higher levels and awards. He is devastated by this ban. I assure you he has no knowledge of cheating mods, and if unknowingly in a game with a cheater, he would not condone it and would face severe consequences from me. Moving forward, what steps can he take to prevent a repeat of this situation? Should he exit a game if he suspects cheating to avoid being implicated in the future? Hello, I need assistance. I relocated my Xbox X from the living room to my bedroom. Since then, I have been unable to reconnect it to the internet. The network status shows my internet connection but with a blocked mark on the signal lines. I attempted solutions like powering off the router for five minutes, rebooting it, restarting the Xbox, and clearing the Alternate Wireless MAC address, but it still fails to connect to the internet. This problem has persisted for more than 24 hours now. I would greatly appreciate any help in resolving this issue.

I am eager to watch Spiderman: Far From Home, but I mistakenly purchased the HD version instead of the SD version due to my Wi-Fi limitations. I would appreciate a refund or the opportunity to exchange for the SD version. Recently, things have been challenging for me, and I have been looking forward to this movie as a bright spot. I recently bought another Xbox One for my household since my wife and I both enjoy gaming. We have separate accounts and have purchased games individually. However, we now encounter a 0x803F8001 error message when attempting to play games we didn't individually purchase. This was not an issue with our previous single Xbox setup. The games work fine if both profiles are active on the same Xbox One simultaneously, but if a profile is logged into multiple Xboxes, it logs you out of the other system. Is there a solution to this setback?

I bought an Xbox Live card from Dollar General, but the PIN number on the receipt is unclear. Despite numerous attempts, I couldn't use the card due to this issue. Dollar General refused to refund my $24.99. I had to purchase another card for $24.99 from Walmart. As a single mother on a budget, this situation is difficult for me. I kindly request Xbox Live to reimburse me.

Several years ago, I used to play Xbox and set up an account when I was a child. Unfortunately, I used an email address that is no longer active. I became frustrated when I was locked out of the account and subsequently switched to PlayStation.
