I currently have an Xbox One with Minecraft Xbox One Edition, which I acquired digitally through Xbox Game Pass. Recently, I upgraded to Xbox Ultimate and am interested in obtaining Minecraft Bedrock Edition. Is it still possible to procure Bedrock Edition on Xbox One? I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Xbox Live account, for which I have paid a year's membership. I have been a loyal customer for many years and have been using the same email address. Unfortunately, my email has expired, making it impossible to access that account. Recently, I was logged out of Xbox Live and had to update my email address. However, during the process, I was unable to provide enough evidence to prove ownership of the email address. A few weeks ago, I used my last home console switch to allow my brother access to my game library. We have been gaming together smoothly for about a month until recently when his Xbox started showing that he doesn't have access to my games and isn't set as my home Xbox. We are both puzzled as to why this suddenly changed. I won't be able to game share with him again until next April. I suspect this is an issue with Xbox, and I'm hopeful there's a solution to restore the sharing. I'm unsure of how to proceed. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

After a challenging divorce three years ago, I am now attempting to access my previously owned handle. Unfortunately, the email associated with it is stored on my ex-husband's old Xbox, making it inaccessible. My two sons each have an Xbox account, and they use my credit card for payment.
I am experiencing two issues:
Firstly, one of the accounts has been double billed for a year.
Secondly, my credit card has been compromised and subsequently canceled.
As I am in the process of updating all my automatic payments, I would like to cancel both accounts. I also request that all accounts, including the one that has been double billed, are closed. Additionally, I would appreciate a refund for the overcharged account.

This issue has been ongoing for the past week. While enjoying games or watching Netflix or YouTube on my (original Xbox One), the screen freezes abruptly. Subsequently, when I power off the Xbox and then attempt to restart it, the console powers on but fails to display on the TV, only to automatically shut off after about 30 seconds. Presently, every time I try to turn on the console, it promptly shuts off. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps, including resetting the console, ensuring all connections are secure, and testing different outlets, but unfortunately, none of these attempts have resolved the problem. I am at a loss with my malfunctioning Xbox One.

For the past week, we have been experiencing issues with our Xbox One S. When I try to play Call of Duty Black Ops 4, I receive an error saying "Please try again, it took too long to start." The same error occurs when trying to open settings. Last night, the lights turned on during start-up, but there was no image on the screen. After multiple attempts of unplugging and waiting, I finally managed to access settings and perform a factory reset, which unfortunately did not resolve the problem. These issues began when Netflix froze and became unresponsive. Currently, I am unable to play any games or apps, although the console seems to be booting up better after the factory reset.

I recently bought $35 worth of Xbox gift cards and added the money to my Xbox account. Now I want to renew my 3-month Xbox Live Gold subscription using the funds in my account. I visited the Microsoft store to compare the total prices, including taxes, of the standard and deluxe versions of Forza Horizon 4. However, when attempting to view the final price for the deluxe edition, the purchase was completed without showing me the total or allowing me to confirm. I would like a refund back to my card for the deluxe purchase so that I can proceed with buying the standard version as I had initially planned.

I noticed a charge for Xbox Live Gold on my credit card on 10/1/[redacted], and I didn't realize I had a monthly subscription. I only found out when I saw the pending transaction in my bank account. I promptly canceled the subscription online, but even though it showed my service ended on 9/28/[redacted], the charge still went through, renewing my subscription. I prefer not to have another month of gold as I wasn't aware of the initial subscription. Could you please refund $9.99 plus tax, totaling $10.61, to my account? I hope for a swift resolution. I spoke with a representative named James who promised to contact me after receiving my email with images for a return/exchange request, but I have not heard back.
