I recently experienced harassment from a woman regarding my ethnicity, which made me feel unsafe on this platform for the first time since I joined in [redacted]. This individual has targeted me on forums, harassed my loved ones, and regularly stalked my social media profiles. My parents are worried and considering legal action. I am disappointed with Twitter support's handling of the situation, as I got suspended for defending myself against this racist individual. The harasser is anonymous, using a spam account since their primary one was suspended, yet they manage to impact my account. I am pleading for a thorough review of this issue as I and my friends have attempted to contact Twitter all day without success. I feel incredibly unsafe and frustrated by the lack of intervention. The constant attacks and degradation from this harasser while I defend myself are distressing. It is alarming that such individuals can operate with impunity, causing fear to innocent users. Please examine the situation by reviewing my and the harasser's tweets. Many people are aware of this problem, and they are appalled by Twitter's inaction and portrayal of me. I created a Twitter account for positive interactions, not to endure stalking, harassment, and discrimination. Your attention to this matter is urgently needed.

Hello, I am attempting to recover my previous Twitter account under the handle Jariou_. Although I remember my login details, I can't access the associated email addresses from high school anymore. The phone number linked to the account is one digit off my current number, which is [redacted], not [redacted]. Despite trying to reset my email account password, my Yahoo email is disabled, complicating matters. Yahoo customer service couldn't assist me without access to the old number. A couple of weeks ago, I logged out of my account, and now when I try to log back in, I need to verify my phone number. Despite numerous attempts to receive the verification code through SMS, I never received any messages. After contacting the help center and receiving an unhelpful automated email, I continued to struggle with receiving the code. I tried repeatedly to no avail, and now I have reached the maximum attempts allowed, resulting in being locked out of my Twitter account. Unfortunately, Twitter support has not resolved my issue, and I am stuck without access to my account due to the missing verification code.

I manage an adult-themed Twitter account with 10.8k followers. Unexpectedly, my account got suspended at 8:45 am without receiving a prior email notification from Twitter. Once suspended, I couldn't engage in usual activities like messaging, liking, commenting, or retweeting; it was when I tried to retweet that I was notified of the suspension. I promptly filed an appeal, but Twitter stated that I violated their rules by posting hateful and sensitive content, which caught me off guard as my followers, mainly sex workers, did not find my content offensive. I submitted three appeals, each addressing the issue differently: the first explaining the problem, the second questioning the alleged hateful content, and the third taking responsibility for any wrongdoing. Disappointingly, Twitter responded with the same automated message, claiming it takes 24 hours to reply but responded within 4 minutes.

I was unfairly banned for "hateful conduct" on the platform after being attacked by a user, @thegaaal, and her friends. Despite being insulted and targeted with hurtful comments, I found myself permanently suspended after a contentious exchange. Even when I tried to confront the issue privately, it escalated further with accusations and threats. I highlighted the discriminatory behavior towards me, especially as a member of the same community, but my appeals were dismissed without proper review. This situation feels unjust as I was only reacting to the persistent hostility directed at me, which went unaddressed.

I recently got locked out of my account (@txtyouback) for "suspicious behavior". Upon trying to log back in, the system requested my phone number for verification. I entered the code sent to my phone and was then asked to enter my email. Despite following the steps, I didn't receive the email with the link as promised. I tried numerous times throughout the day, checked my email's junk and spam folders, and even tested with another email address, but to no avail. Upon further investigation, I found out that others on Twitter faced the same issue. It appears there is a glitch preventing the system from sending the verification emails. How can I resolve this issue if the email isn't being delivered?

My account @anomaly1 has been locked. I cannot log in due to violating Twitter rules. I have messaged Twitter support many times but the email verification link they sent is broken. My Twitter account @AmyCrouch2019 got suspended without prior warning. Despite reaching out to Twitter, they upheld their decision. The message I received stated, "Hello, We’re writing to let you know that your account has been suspended due to multiple or repeat violations of our rules. Please do not reply to this email, or send us new appeals for this account as we won’t monitor them. Thanks, Twitter." It feels unjust to be suspended without a warning or details of the violations. I have been a part of the Twitter Roleplaying community for seven years, and recently, I have come across a user who is engaging in unacceptable behavior. Despite numerous reports, Twitter has not taken action to address their harmful actions. This individual has been harassing others, engaging in fat-shaming, using derogatory language, making threats, and causing other users to leave the platform. I have gathered evidence of their behavior and want to bring attention to their accounts: @theviberofSTAR, @theflashofSTAR, and @IndecisiveTeas. The last account is particularly troubling as it is targeting someone who has already apologized for their actions. I urge Twitter to take immediate action before the situation escalates further. Your assistance in addressing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I have been attempting to recover my Twitter account for two years now, but I keep receiving automated responses. My account was suspended due to allegedly posting abusive comments, which is completely false. Upon further investigation, I discovered someone else has been using my account while it remains suspended. Despite my efforts to reach out to Twitter for support, I encountered difficulties as my email was suddenly no longer associated with the account. The hacker who took over my account has renamed it to Red Vinny and fluctuates the number of followers drastically. I have evidence of their activities and the account's history. I have been eagerly waiting for @Sosa to become available, and now that it is, I am unable to change it to @Sosa due to the new policy. Currently, I go by @NSosaLP, but I really want to switch to @Sosa, which is not only my last name but also my intended rebranding. I've been getting messages last week notifying me to change my Twitter password. However, when attempting to log in, a prompt appeared requesting a password change. After following the link to reset my password, an email with a password reset link was sent. Clicking on the email link, it says the password was already changed. Then, signing in directs me to another password change request. This cycle keeps repeating. I've been stuck in this loop despite multiple attempts to contact support without any meaningful resolution. It's concerning not knowing who has access to my account. Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

My account was suspended for posting content that was deemed hateful. It was not hateful but rather a strange political opinion expressed by @justweirdo13. Someone who disagreed with me reported it, leading to my wrongful suspension. The translation in question mentioned extremist radical Islamic groups like the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt. It criticized them for their role in political control and was not authored by me, but by my brother who used my account while I was at work. I have been a loyal customer for five years and I am requesting to have my account unsuspended. Is it not acceptable to criticize radicals such as ISIS? Does Twitter condone terrorism?

There is a group of users on Twitter who appear to act as self-appointed enforcers. Shortly after creating an account, I was banned within 5 hours without posting any negative content. These users, I discovered, target accounts associated with allegedly "right-wing" individuals. This misuse of the reporting system is concerning. How can a few users abuse the platform to silence innocent users or those who share similar views? Who authorizes them to mass-report accounts based on political disagreements? Is there a way to contact Twitter directly to address these users who join solely to mass-flag and deplatform others with differing opinions?

This morning, I received a direct message on Twitter from an account pretending to be a retired NFL player named Jeff Nixon. The fake account, @Jeff[redacted]5, is engaging in financial fraud, exploiting the real Jeff Nixon's reputation to deceive people. I reached out to the genuine Jeff Nixon, @jeffnixon, to make him aware of this issue. It is crucial for Twitter to improve their verification process to prevent such scams. Even though Nixon doesn't have a massive following, being a retired NFL player grants him a level of influence that scammers can exploit, damaging his credibility and endangering individuals who may fall for the deception. As president of a nonprofit, I am concerned about the potential for someone to impersonate me on Twitter to solicit fraudulent donations without my knowledge. I urge for a prompt investigation and resolution of the situation involving Jeff Nixon and request guidance on verifying my own Twitter account to prevent such incidents.
