I am disappointed with Viagogo as they failed to inform me of Standing Restrictions for my purchase. There was no mention of this restriction during the transaction process or on the listing when I bought the tickets. Viagogo even confirmed in writing that the tickets were for seats. The screenshot of the ticket sale clearly showed seating arrangements indicating that we would be seated together. It's essential that restrictions like standing are disclosed upfront during the purchase, which was not done in my case.

I was really disappointed when we arrived at the Bryan Adams concert venue only to realize that the tickets we purchased online were for general admission, not VIP as we had thought. The venue staff confirmed that we had bought VIP tickets but were assigned general admission seating. We were informed that we couldn't get a refund or upgrade through viagogo. On Monday, April 3rd, I attempted to purchase 2 adjacent tickets for the Elton John concert at the O2 on April 13th, [redacted], through Viagogo. I decided with my girlfriend to go to the AnnenMayKantereit concert, as a special birthday gift for her. Unfortunately, the information in your advertisement indicated that the concert was canceled, which prompted me to write this complaint to you.
The main reason for my complaint is as follows: I had planned a gift for my girlfriend, who came from another city to attend the concert together. She traveled all the way to Munich just for the concert. Since it was canceled, it was truly disappointing and a waste of money considering she had paid for the train ticket.

Good morning, my name is Nafir. I am reaching out regarding some tickets I purchased that did not provide the expected service. On April 27th, I bought tickets for the Viñarock festival, which cost me €[redacted].25 for two tickets including drink vouchers, camping, and access for 3 days. I traveled from Asturias to Albacete to attend the event, but upon arrival, I received an email stating that the product was not available.
I tried to contact your customer service through various channels with no success. Finally, I spoke to one of your agents who seemed unaware of the situation. They sent me new tickets, but upon trying to access the venue, we realized they did not include the services we had paid for (camping, drink vouchers, etc.). Furthermore, we were told the tickets were not in our names and were asked to pay an additional €60 for entry.
I request a full refund or at least a significant portion as I feel completely deceived. Please contact me promptly. If this is not resolved, I will take legal action as the amount charged for the inadequate service is unacceptable.
