Dear Sir or Madam, I purchased 2 tickets for Bruce Springsteen's concert at Ernst Happel Stadium on July 18, [redacted], on Friday, June 10, [redacted]. I have been trying to contact you by phone multiple times without success, which I find very surprising. As an Austrian citizen, I am exercising my right to withdraw from the purchase and request the cancellation of my order with the order number [redacted]17. It is concerning that the purchase amount/tickets are listed in Shekels. I kindly ask for prompt contact at 0[redacted] or via email at [redacted] If my request is not acknowledged, I will have to take legal action. Furthermore, I am unable to sell my tickets in advance, as they will only be delivered to me by registered mail one week before the concert, which is quite inconvenient. I would like to inform you that I bought four tickets for the Celine Dion concert in Glendale, Arizona, over two years ago, scheduled for September [redacted]. I sold my SONAR festival tickets back in April through the DICE app. Customer service assured me they would reach out to the buyer. Despite my attempts to contact the buyer, there was no response until June 13. I managed to find tickets from [redacted] on StubHub and sent them at 1 pm, but by 2 pm, my sale was canceled by viagogo. They charged me for not completing the sale, withholding the money for my tickets. Regrettably, I have not been able to reach them since they canceled the order, as contact options are only available with an active order. I am distressed about losing [redacted] euros, especially considering the sale was final before they intervened. I have extensive evidence, including screenshots and messages dating back to April.

Hello from Bulgaria. Eight months ago, my partner and I purchased tickets for the Red Hot Chili Peppers concert in Budapest on June 15, [redacted], through Viagogo. After relisting the tickets and selling them, Viagogo promised a refund to be processed within 5-8 business days after the event. However, it has been two weeks since the concert, and we are still awaiting our refund. Despite several attempts to contact them, I was informed that I had not selected a payment method. After providing my Visa card details as requested, I received an email stating that due to Covid-19 issues, payments would be processed within 21 days post-event. In a final attempt, I added a new payment method, Paypal, in hopes of clarifying any payment issues, but have not received any updates from Viagogo yet.

I purchased tickets from Viagogo for the Tears for Fears concert at Warwick Castle on July 15th, [redacted]. I feel I may have overpaid at £[redacted].95, but was looking forward to the event. The transaction was made on 12/2/[redacted]. Despite confirming payment with the bank, I am unable to get through to Customer Services. They claim they have no record of my email address. I checked out as a guest and have been met with unhelpful responses redirecting me to their website. I have been unsuccessful in getting any assistance through repeated emails and filling out the same form. I am concerned the tickets will not arrive. Dear Sir/Madam, As we were unable to reach you by phone, we are reaching out to you through this platform. You provided us with concert tickets for the Elbphilharmonie, which unfortunately we could not use. During our trip to Hamburg, we lost the backpack containing the two concert tickets. We only had the payment confirmation on our phone. We believed your email confirming our payment would be sufficient to access our purchased seats in Hamburg. However, to our surprise, the staff at the Elbphilharmonie ticket counter informed us that viagogo frequently has issues with overpriced or even double-sold tickets, and he would not acknowledge viagogo's payment confirmation. Unfortunately, we couldn't reach you by phone to provide our seat numbers at the counter, and the staff couldn't confirm if there was a double sale. It was very confusing. We had to purchase two new tickets, luckily still available, even though the concert was sold out. Still, what a disappointment regarding viagogo's business practices! We expect you to address these allegations and refund the €[redacted].94 for the unused tickets promptly. We realized that the tickets were sold to us at an inflated price. Please confirm if we should return the original tickets totaling €72.60. We are willing to send you the additionally purchased tickets (see attachment) as well, but we need your address for that. I have had multiple phone conversations with your company regarding tickets purchased under order number [redacted]8 for Tomorrowland [redacted], which was canceled due to COVID. Despite following your instructions, including listing the tickets at a reduced price, I have been informed that I am ineligible for a refund due to the event being 'postponed' rather than canceled. It has been 2.5 years since the purchase, and my group cannot attend due to work commitments. With unsold tickets at $[redacted] each, being told there are no further options is unacceptable. If a refund, viagogo credit, or a viable solution is not provided, I will take legal action. This lack of accountability is concerning, and I believe others may be facing the same issue. I accidentally purchased Sting concert tickets on Viagogo but encountered issues with the confirmation process. After realizing the mistakes in my email address and billing details, I logged out and created a new account via Facebook to purchase tickets with corrected information. However, the website processed the transaction without requiring a confirmation code, and I now have an extra 2 tickets. I only have the tickets confirmation number [redacted]. I purchased a ticket for the Snoop Dogg concert at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, but the event was canceled over two months ago. Your website states the event is postponed, but Snoop Dogg will not be coming to the EU in [redacted]. I am requesting a refund for my order number [redacted]5 as the event has been officially canceled by the artist. I noticed the option to sell the tickets, but the deductions for taxes amount to 66.40, leaving me with only [redacted] instead of the full [redacted].40. I believe I am entitled to a full refund given the circumstances of the cancellation. I am disappointed with the lack of refund during my emergency. Two staff members hung up on me today without resolving the issue. I was told to sell the tickets but couldn't list them as the seat and row numbers were missing. Viagogo later provided the details but I couldn't edit the post. Customer service hasn't been reachable, and I've sought help from Consumer Affairs. They were shocked by the situation and advised documenting steps for legal action if necessary. They highlighted the Australian Consumer Law, stating my rights under sections 36 and 62. I hope for a resolution with a refund to my account. I trust this matter will be resolved promptly. I bought tickets for the Maneskin show in November [redacted], reference [redacted]3. The show was canceled and rescheduled to March [redacted] at AccorArena without assigned seat numbers, which is now against the law. I cannot resell my tickets due to this change. Viagogo states I can relist my tickets if I no longer want them, but I am unable to do so in my situation. You issued a full refund for Order [redacted]1 for a similar reason. I reside in Quebec and bought tickets from Viagogo for an event that got rescheduled. Under Viagogo’s Global Service Agreement and Terms and Conditions section 11 regarding event changes, Quebec residents are entitled to a full refund if the event is postponed. I have returned the tickets to the sellers and requested a refund multiple times. Despite providing all the required documents and proof, Viagogo keeps refusing the refund, claiming that sales are final. They suggest relisting the tickets but have not paid the seller yet. Viagogo should honor their agreement and provide the refund as per the stated terms. I have contacted customer support via emails, messages, and calls with no success. Any guidance on resolving this issue would be appreciated.

As a resident of Quebec, I purchased tickets from Viagogo for an event that got rescheduled. According to Viagogo’s terms, Quebec residents are entitled to a full refund when events are postponed. I returned the tickets as requested and submitted multiple refund requests. Despite providing all necessary documentation and proof, Viagogo continues to deny my refund, insisting that sales are final and not refundable. They suggest relisting the tickets as the only option. I posted some tickets for sale but was in the process of updating the listing with more information when the original listing, which I thought I had deleted, sold. When trying to update my profile on stubhub, I consistently receive an error message stating that my account already exists. It seems like my account is duplicated when attempting the update. In an attempt to resolve this, I have deleted the account hoping to fix the issue.
