I bought two tickets for Abba Voyage tomorrow but have not received the e-tickets yet. I purchased them a month ago, and I am unable to provide the code from the expected email as it did not arrive. My correct email address was confirmed during account setup. Could you please send me the tickets? My friend is traveling from Liverpool for this event. I have tried calling and emailing without success. If this is not resolved soon, I may need to escalate this to the event managers due to the poor level of service being provided.

Good morning. I am experiencing an issue changing my registration email from [redacted] as I no longer have access to it. The verification code needed is always sent to this email, and I am unable to reset the password. My internet provider deleted the registration account as they no longer offer email services. How can I reset the password? Is it possible to redirect the verification email to my new email at [redacted]? I need to download my tickets for EUROPE tour 40 on 31.10.[redacted] (purchase number [redacted]32) in Stockholm but am currently unable to do so. I purchased tickets on May 25th and have not received any response, which is quite concerning. This experience has caused a lot of stress as the tickets were for my girlfriend's birthday holiday. On June 13, [redacted], I purchased two tickets to the Queens of the Stone Age concert at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam on November 4, [redacted]. I have learned from various sources that this company has a poor reputation for timely ticket delivery and sometimes selling tickets at inflated prices. I am unhappy as the cancellation policy was not adequately presented to me before the purchase, and I lack information about my tickets. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of EUR€[redacted] to be promptly returned to my Permanent TSB Visa Card, the payment method I used. This request is made well in advance of the concert, giving Viagogo ample time to resell the tickets at a reasonable price. If this refund is not processed, I will have to take further action. I recently received an email regarding my tickets for the upcoming Guns N' Roses concert. I followed the instructions to download the BST Hyde Park app, but I am unable to locate my tickets in the "upcoming" tab as directed.

I requested an e-ticket but received a paper ticket sent by a private seller named Nicole from Sofia, Bulgaria, via DHL Express. The courier, Kintech, attempted delivery but couldn't reach me at my new address in London. I am in urgent need of my e-tickets. Unfortunately, I was unaware of Viagogo's poor reputation until now. I regret not researching before buying as prices have turned out to be much higher than expected. I made the purchase in December and still haven't received anything. Initially, it was promised for June, then the end of June, beginning of July, and now the 9th of July, just two days before the concert on the 11th. I'm worried it might be a scam and I won't gain entry. Please send the PDFs today or tomorrow at the latest. I have already made flight and accommodation bookings, and attending without a ticket would be very inconvenient. I'm quite anxious about this situation. In November, I purchased 2 tickets for the Edinburgh Military Tattoo for August 22nd, order number [redacted]54. The tickets require a QR code which I never received. The official venue, Royal Tattoo, informed me that Viagogo is not authorized to resell tickets. I had to buy two more tickets at three times the price you listed, and the seats were not the ones I requested. I demand an immediate refund or I will have to file a complaint. Thank you. - D. I purchased two tickets for the Milan-Torino game a week in advance. On the match day, I had not received the tickets, so I contacted the customer service team. After some time, they informed me that the tickets I had purchased were no longer available. They offered me a refund or similar tickets. Despite my frustration, I opted for the similar tickets provided. However, upon receiving the tickets, I noticed they had different names on them. I contacted them again, but after three hours before the game, the issue was still unresolved. Even after they assured me it would be fixed in 40 minutes, it was not. Despite our efforts, when we arrived at the stadium, the turnstile rejected the QR codes on the tickets due to the incorrect names. We were unable to attend the game, missing an event my friend had made significant travel arrangements for, due to the lack of response and professionalism from Viagogo.

I am curious about how Viagogo operates. I possess tickets for the upcoming Cricket World Cup [redacted] in India that I intend to sell on Viagogo. While listing the tickets to sell was simple, the issue arises as the seller has not yet sent the tickets to my address. They are set to arrive just a week before the match on 28th October, with the game scheduled for 5th November. Can I still sell these tickets? Hello, I purchased tickets for the FC Barcelona vs Royal Antwerp match. I did not receive them last Friday. I previously had a similar issue with the FC Barcelona vs Real Betis match. After contacting Viagogo, it took a lot of money and about half an hour to resolve. The representative assured me the tickets for today's match against Royal Antwerp would be sent on Tuesday, but I have not received anything. I do not want to call again and incur further costs. I would like a refund for this issue or an extra ticket. It is frustrating as it leaves me uncertain about attending the match since I live two hours away from the stadium. Normally, I receive tickets immediately after purchase. This experience has been disappointing for a loyal customer like me. This will be the last time I use Viagogo unless something is done to make this right. Thank you.

I didn't receive my tickets as my phone showed a blank screen instead of the tickets. When I arrived at the 02 venue, they informed me that my tickets had already been sold to someone else who used them to attend the event. I request a full refund to be made to my bank, which has been informed about the situation. I have been trying to contact your customer service but the recorded message only talks about buying or selling tickets, which is not helpful. The Peter Kay event I was supposed to attend was on 23/9. My seats were in block [redacted], row H, seats 19/20. I paid £[redacted].80 euro for tickets that had a face value of £65.
