I want to sell one ticket, but my listing is inactive because it requires proof of purchase. I haven't received the tickets yet, so I can't upload them. Hello, I attempted to sell an electronic ticket and once the customer purchased it, I need them to receive my contact information either my email at [redacted] or my phone at +[redacted]7. This exchange must take place within the app. Then, the customer needs to send me their full name and email so that I can transfer the tickets. Lastly, they need to download the app to receive their tickets labeled with their name. I wanted to include all these instructions in the description, but there wasn't a section for additional notes. Hello, I recently bought concert tickets from viagogo for Depeche Mode in Budapest on March 26th at MVM Arena. The tickets have different names on them, both male. After reading many negative reviews about viagogo selling fake tickets, I am now worried I won't be able to attend the concert. These tickets are a gift, and I'm unsure what to do. Viagogo reassured me that the tickets are valid for entry, but I remain skeptical. MVM Arena doesn't require ID checks, which adds to my uncertainty. I am from another country and still need to arrange flights and accommodation. I would appreciate advice from anyone who has faced a similar situation.
