I ordered a meal with an expected delivery time of 9:54 am. I tracked the order and saw at 9:37 am that the driver was 9 minutes away. However, my order now shows as delivered, even though it is 10:17. I hope the driver is safe, but I am concerned about where my food is. I placed an order with McDonald's on Tuesday, March 5th, [redacted], and my order number was 37B12. The delivery driver assigned to me was Argray. Everything was going fine until he picked up the order from the store. Argray waited in the parking lot for about 7 minutes, and after messaging him through the app to check on the delay, he simply replied "yes." Despite my inquiry, he continued to linger for another 5-7 minutes before finally heading to my apartment. When he arrived, his demeanor seemed off - possibly dealing with personal issues. He handed over the food hastily, almost hinting for a tip, which I couldn't provide. Unfortunately, the food was cold, resulting in us having to reheat it. This was by far my worst experience with Uber Eats, and I am displeased with this driver's service. We are regular users of the app but will reconsider if this issue isn't addressed promptly.

I am Ravikiran Y. from Vijayawada, a driver partner with UberEats. Initially, UberEats was one of the best food apps compared to Swiggy and Zomato, but currently, the situation has completely reversed in Vijayawada. The main drawback is the lack of advertising and marketing efforts by the UberEats team in the city. Additionally, there are few restaurants in the city central area. Boost areas that used to have only 4 restaurants receive high orders, but the earnings per trip are low. I suggest adding 4 more restaurants to the boost area to increase profits.
In Bhavanipuram, which is considered a boost area, there are no restaurants present, resulting in low business with only 50 to [redacted] orders per month. I recommend removing the boost area designation in that location and including more areas and offers in the city central area to boost profits. My goal is for UberEats to become the top food app in Vijayawada.

I ordered a meal this afternoon from Cafe Durga in Kothrud. I received the order and paid the full amount to the driver. However, my account is showing that the order was not received, and there is an outstanding balance that needs to be paid for future orders. The app claims the driver couldn't reach me, but I couldn't contact him as his phone may have been faulty. Despite this, we communicated through the UberEats app, I provided him with an alternative number, and eventually received and paid for the order.
