I placed an order around 12:30 for a meal with a delivery estimate of 1:09. At 12:59, I got a text saying it was picked up.I messaged the driver about directions to the backside of the Big Lots building but got no response. At 1:10, the delivery time was pushed to 1:19 with no sign of the car leaving Doc Greens. I called Doc Greens who confirmed the meal was picked up at 12:59. I texted the driver again about the arrival time as I was on a tight lunch break at work, still no response. The delivery time changed to 1:29 and at 1:23, the car finally started moving. Despite coming close, the driver canceled citing difficulty reaching me, which wasn't true as I was tracking the situation. They never tried to contact me within the 30-minute delay, leaving me without lunch during my work break.

I have noticed an overcharge on my account, which has caused multiple charges on my PayPal account and additional charges on a different card. Despite contacting several representatives, no one has addressed my issue satisfactorily. There was a promised resolution on 02/16/19 by a specialized team who assured me they would be in touch promptly, but it has been over 10 days without a refund. I am seeking a refund of $27.35 and $2.00 to my PayPal account, as I have already been charged $2.00 and $19.69 to the card ending in [redacted]. My 16-year-old daughter, who is in Job Corps, has used my husband's debit card without permission for Uber Eats multiple times, spending $[redacted]. I am concerned how deliveries were made to her as a minor without card verification. I request her account be suspended and a refund be issued. I ordered lunch for delivery to my office, but the driver got lost, causing a delay of 30 minutes. Despite explaining the situation to Ubereats and expressing my dissatisfaction, they only refunded half of the amount I paid. I requested a full refund due to the food being cold when it arrived. I am disappointed in their response and customer service. I am considering switching to Door Dash as they may provide a better experience. I am writing to express my frustration with a recent order I placed on Uber Eats. After encountering an error message stating "there was an error connecting" when I tried to place my order, I resubmitted it, only to receive two identical orders later on. Despite reaching out to Uber Eats customer service and speaking with a manager named Mike, as well as employees Alec and Jennifer, no resolution was provided. The team's lack of assistance and clear communication left much to be desired.
As a loyal customer who relies on Uber Eats daily, I am disappointed by this experience. I have been issued two order numbers, B903A and FA198, as well as a reference ID [redacted]56 for my conversation with customer service. I am disheartened by the poor customer service and the lack of accountability for the app's glitch which led to this situation. I placed an Uber Eats McDonald’s order at 10:26 PM and tracked it until the driver was supposed to be outside. Despite attempting to contact him seven times, he drove past without stopping, even blocking my number after the initial calls. The order was canceled, and I was charged because he falsely claimed to have called, which I can disprove with my call log. Uber Eats customer service refused a refund, citing a 30-minute wait by the driver, but I was present during that time. They couldn't reach him either. Despite requesting a supervisor callback, I never received a response. A full refund is warranted in this situation.

I ordered two meals from Slim Chickens, a chicken wrap with a side and a 3-piece tender with 2 wings and a side. My name on the order is Leah H. My phone number is [redacted]. Initially, I was advised of a 15-minute wait time. However, my order was delayed. The Uber driver arrived late, explaining that she had mixed up orders and needed to correct the mistake. When she delivered the food at 12:36 am, she only provided one box of food instead of the two I ordered, and she forgot the two drinks. The delivered box contained the wrong items, missing my chicken wrap meal. After contacting the store manager, Shannon, who stated he couldn't assist and advised me to contact Uber Eats, I am left without a resolution. I paid $27.00 and would like a refund for the undelivered items.

I have consistently ordered from White Castle through your service, always requesting the same items: two sandwiches, onion chips, fish nibbles, and cheesecake on a stick. Despite asking for extra zesty and tartar sauce each time, the sauces are often missing. Initially, there was no sauce, and now I've received tartar but no zesty sauce. I find it challenging to contact the driver beforehand to rectify this. I understand the drivers may not be responsible for the condiments, but it is disappointing not to receive them as requested. While I value the service, the lack of attention to detail regarding the sauces is disheartening. I consistently ask for additional sauces in my orders, and simply receiving the standard amount would suffice. This oversight makes me hesitant to reorder in the future.

I placed an order on Uber Eats, and the restaurant contacted me to clarify my order. After speaking with the restaurant, it turned out they did not have the items I selected, and the menu listing on Uber Eats was incorrect, including the prices. Consequently, the order had to be canceled. Despite the app indicating that the order was being prepared, it wasn't feasible since the restaurant lacked the necessary items. I was charged $46.28 for food that I never received or was cooked. Additionally, I unknowingly placed another order right after canceling the initial one. I usually order food every weekend for my grandchildren, but I am now hesitant to use this service again. I have reached out to the company multiple times to address the issue, including providing the receipt, but have not received any response. It is disappointing that a company profiting millions overlooks a simple refund request like mine.

This is my first time using Ubereats, and I am extremely disappointed. I am a first responder who placed an order this morning at McDonald’s for a sporting event. The order was set to arrive at 8:10, but it is now 8:40 and my order has not been picked up. I even called McDonald’s, and they confirmed that my order is ready. It's frustrating to think my breakfast would have been cold, sitting there for so long. I was charged a $7 canceling fee because there were no drivers available, which is unacceptable. If drivers are not available, orders should not be accepted. This experience has been terrible, and I will escalate this issue further.

I placed an order for breakfast from McDonald's. Unfortunately, my food did not arrive within an hour, and by 10:30, I still had no delivery driver assigned. Since McDonald's stops serving breakfast at 10:30, I had to cancel my order, but I was still billed $34 even though I didn't receive anything. If I don't get a refund, I will involve a lawyer. It's unacceptable and feels like theft. It's frustrating that Uber Eats allowed me to order when there was no available driver. I'll refrain from using Uber Eats in the future. Please refund my money promptly. McDonald's mentioned that refunds are handled through Uber Eats, not them. My bank statement shows the charge from Uber. Kindly reimburse $34.01 back to my account.

Last night, I placed an order from a restaurant in Peterborough, Ontario. Unfortunately, the delivery arrived late and cold, and I faced difficulties resolving the issue. The delivery driver did not have an insulated bag, signaling potential problems. The burrito was tepid, and the chocolate milk was cold, causing condensation and both items to be unappetizing. Despite reaching out to customer service via email, the response from Sheena was unhelpful, denying the lateness of the delivery. Today, I spoke with Debbie, who mentioned Uber could not provide a refund but offered to improve future experiences. Yesterday, I placed an order through Uber Eats from Amigos Mexican Cuisine in Medford, Oregon. My designated driver was Tracy, who was pictured with blonde hair. After receiving a notification that my food was on the way, I later received one saying it had been delivered, even though no one arrived or contacted me. Feeling hungry, I decided to drive to the restaurant and reorder the same meal. Upon explaining the situation to them, they mentioned an unusual encounter with an older man claiming to be Tracy and picking up my order while accurately listing my items. The only discrepancy was that this person was an older man, unlike the woman in the app's photo. It seems this individual may have taken my food without delivering it. I am requesting a refund for the undelivered order.

I enjoy using Uber Eats, and I was thrilled when Church’s Chicken became available on the app. During my first order, I spent over $40, but I had to ask for a refund as the order was incomplete. Today's order was disappointing too. The Fanta drink was bitter, and the chicken was overcooked and tough. I had to give most of the food to my dogs as it was too hard to eat. I appreciate the restaurant's presence on Uber Eats, but I can't order from them again if the quality doesn't improve. I don't think it's fair to pay full price for such unsatisfactory food.

I have been attempting to contact customer service, but keep getting directed to the wrong phone number due to having three accounts under the same name with different emails. I have been trying to reactivate my driver account for about two years now. I need the emails [redacted] and [redacted] to be deleted, and the email [redacted] to become the active one. The phone number I keep reaching is not assisting me with my concerns regarding being a driver. I have requested to speak to a manager and tried all avenues for help, but have not received proper assistance. I urgently need my email issue resolved and my contact information updated. Additionally, I recently purchased a new vehicle on 5-2-[redacted] and want to ensure the correct vehicle information is reflected in my account. I placed an order 30 minutes ago, only to receive a cancellation notification at the delivery time. Despite being offered to reorder, my frustration stems from the fact that my initial order qualified for free delivery due to a special promotion. Now, I am being charged $5.99 for delivery. This is inconvenient as my family should have already had their meal. In a restaurant, I would expect the whole meal to be comped. At the very least, I request the delivery fee to be waived from the charges. As a loyal Uber customer, I feel entitled to a full reimbursement and receiving my order free of charge, as the cancellation reasons provided by Uber do not apply to my situation. I have yet to hear back and now received notice that I will be charged fully. This disappointing experience has led me to reconsider using Uber Eats in the future.

I recently had my third disappointing experience with UberEats. Unfortunately, I made a mistake by entering the wrong delivery address. After contacting support, I provided the correct address to the driver once assigned. I was recommended the Uber Eats app by my friends, which led me to order from your website. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly stressful. I encountered issues with two orders and am seeking a full refund due to the hardships I faced.
Firstly, my cousin placed an order with order number 45ECB. The delivery driver had technical difficulties, causing a delay and making it impossible for me to track or contact them. Ultimately, my cousin had to leave for work, leaving the food untouched as I have a chickpea allergy. This situation was both ridiculous and stressful.
Secondly, with order 0BEFC, the delivery time was significantly delayed, causing me to miss a taxi and incur extra charges for another one. Additionally, the order was missing pita bread as advertised, forcing me to walk to a store to purchase it.
I am requesting a full refund for both orders due to the subpar service and stressful experiences. I hope to receive a quick resolution to this matter.
