I was surprised by my recent experience. I had ordered Taco Bell, and when the delivery driver brought my order, one of the cups, which was meant to contain a frozen drink, was empty. I called out to her to return, and she did. I handed her $20 to get the missing item, telling her it wasn't her fault, and gave her the empty cup. However, she never returned, even after waiting for an hour. Unfortunately, I ended up losing $20 and never received my drink.

I recently experienced a driver canceling on me because he couldn't locate the address. Unfortunately, he seemed confused about the difference between a building and a house. Despite my attempts to message and call him for guidance, I was still charged for the cancellation. The app inaccurately states that I did not respond, which is frustrating. Yesterday, I placed an order at McDonald's. The delivery driver called me when arriving and informed me that the drinks had leaked in the bag. I took photos before and after unpacking the bag, which was about to break. All the products were wet and inedible. Uber Eats is refusing to refund me through the app's help section. However, nothing could be eaten, and everything ended up in the trash. I spent 37.54, and I want to be reimbursed. I had to go out again to place an additional drive-thru order. I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the rider assigned to my order #E348F. I can be reached at [redacted]7. The rider received incorrect instructions and arrived at the wrong location, though it was not far from me. After I noticed his mistake, I checked his location on Ubereats and tried to guide him to the correct place. My order history shows that previous riders have successfully delivered to my location without issues, confirming the address was accurate. However, this particular rider was impolite and insisted that I provided the wrong address. Despite my attempts to assist him and confirm the correct location, he rudely canceled my order without my permission and without attempting delivery. Throughout our interaction, his behavior was disrespectful and almost discriminatory. He was belligerent on the phone and did not allow me to explain. His mocking of my English proficiency was especially derogatory. As the customer, I found his conduct deeply offensive and believe he tarnished the reputation of Ubereats and Gopuff single-handedly. I wish to file a formal complaint against him and request that he is not assigned to any of my future orders, as I feel my personal and financial safety may be at risk due to his actions.

I placed an order with Mumbai Bites on April 4, [redacted], through Uber Eats for a total of 18 pounds, which was deducted from my bank account. Unfortunately, the food had quality issues, so I filed a complaint about both the food and the delivery driver, who was very slow. Today, when my husband transferred money into my account, another 18 pounds was deducted from the same bank account. Yesterday, I placed an order with McDonald's, but unfortunately, the delivery took over an hour to arrive. After contacting McDonald's, I was informed that the Uber Eats delivery had already been attempted, but nobody in my household heard the door. This situation was particularly challenging because my oldest son is autistic and became very frustrated, leading to a 30-minute meltdown. Eventually, I had to place a new order, costing me an additional £15. In total, I paid £30 but only received 2 burgers, a Happy Meal, medium fries, and a drink.

I am feeling incredibly frustrated right now. I was charged over £90 for groceries that should have only cost around £25. The customer support from Uber has been extremely difficult to deal with. When I tried calling, I was instructed to provide more evidence through the app, only to receive automated responses again. I am now unable to even contact them by phone. Here's what happened: 1. I ordered groceries today and couldn't use my Uber credit, so I paid with my card. 2. I received the wrong order, and I was charged twice - once on my debit card and once with my Uber credit. 3. Even after explaining the situation and providing evidence through the app, I was told my order doesn't qualify for a refund. 4. The replacement order had missing items that were still charged for. 5. Despite numerous attempts over 3 hours to reach Uber support, I haven't received a refund, leaving me out £90 for £25 worth of groceries. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unfair.

Je souhaite transférer les fonds d'Uber Money sur ma carte bancaire. J'ai acheté 3 cartes cadeaux de 20 euros que je ne peux pas utiliser car ils ont été crédités sur Uber Money. Enabling easy access to alcohol could potentially trigger relapses and hinder recovery efforts for those struggling with addiction. During my birthday trip to Vegas from the 18th to the 22nd, I ordered Panda Express on the 21st through Uber Eats. The delivery driver was delayed and arrived on foot, claiming his bike had been stolen. To my surprise, my order totalling $73.00 seemed much smaller than expected. Upon inspection, I noticed items were missing. The driver insisted that was all he had, but I was missing portions of my meal like the beef and broccoli, two sides, and the brown rice. The bag was open, and the food had clearly been disturbed. I'm disappointed by this experience as I was unable to enjoy any of the food. I am seeking a refund for the incomplete order. My boyfriend ordered food for me from the USA to Kenya. It arrived at the wrong location. The driver called me, and I explained where I am for delivery. Hello Uber Mexico, the app with the worst customer service in history. It's impossible to file a complaint, and they talk about loyalty but have no idea how to treat a customer. I placed a cash order because I wanted to pay that way, and the driver marked it as unpaid. Despite the great options for complaints, I labeled it as theft, and their response is to pay as soon as possible without even calling me to see what happened or investigating with the driver. It's not just about the money; I won't give it away for free, and I won't pay for a pizza twice.

My son accidentally placed an order with 7-Eleven. After canceling the order to receive a refund, a cancellation fee was charged, equating to the total amount of the order. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I was informed that a refund was not possible as 7-Eleven had already begun preparing the order. Additionally, three items were missing from my order totaling 10€20, including a free Whopper (for orders over 20€), King Fried Cheddar & Crispy Onions, and a Chicken Louisiana Steakhouse. Could someone please help me with my Uber account balance? I have been charged for food that I never received. The driver completed the trip even though he had turned back with the food due to a missing item. He marked it as delivered, which is not right. I shouldn't have to pay for food I didn't get. If this isn't resolved, I might have to stop using Uber. I've been a loyal customer, and I expect fair treatment and proper service.
