I ordered food from The Real Greek at Tower Bridge. They included a sauce in my meal that made me sick the last time I had it, which I didn't eat completely. I was informed that I need to go out to replace my meal for an ingredient that was added without informing me. My order is incorrect, and I usually spend a good amount of money on Uber Eats. I ordered food through the McDonald's app, delivered by Uber Eats. The order status shows as delivered, but I haven't received anything. McDonald's advised me to reach out to you for assistance. On December 9th, I placed a £34.56 food order. Despite delayed delivery, I was informed it was being prepared. After waiting, they said it'd take 30 more minutes. Unhappy, I canceled. Although I was told the payment wouldn't be refunded due to food prep, the calls show otherwise. I seek advice on getting my refund promptly.

On January 2, [redacted], around 8:00 p.m., I made a purchase on Uber Eats. Dean Evans, Order # 3B619. I once again received the wrong order, and when I say completely wrong, I mean totally! The order had a different name and order number, and tonight's delivery was not even from Uber Eats; it was from Door Dash Delivery! This seems to be a recurring problem with Uber Eats. I am upset to find out that my account has been put on a refund restriction, preventing me from getting a refund for my $64.71 order. I expect a full refund and the removal of any restrictions on my account. I cannot accept Uber Eats' incompetence and will not suffer a loss due to the company's mistakes. I am eager to hear back from you and to have this issue resolved promptly!

I ordered food last night, but the delivery was incomplete. The delivery person only brought water and a milkshake instead of the three meals I'd ordered. He claimed the restaurant only gave him those items and left abruptly. To my surprise, I found the missing food scattered in my garden this morning. The delivery person didn't notify me when he left the food there. It's frustrating to wake up to food strewn across the garden after waiting for over an hour and a half for the delivery. I am requesting a refund for the McCrispy meal, double cheeseburger, chicken mayo, apple pie, and nugget happy meal that were missing from my order.

I recently placed an order at Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop in Bee Caves, Texas. My total came to $65 for two 8” subs and fries. However, according to their website, the correct total should have been $21.48 before tax. There seems to be an issue with the pricing on the UberEats app. For example, the price listed for a "Homemade Turkey" sub is $10.19, but when selecting an 8” sub, an additional $6.00 is added. Similarly, the "American Wagyu" beef sub is listed at $16.79, but with an additional $11.40 for an 8” sub. If I had ordered directly from Capriotti’s website, the total should have been $21.48, yet I was charged $44.38 on UberEats. This discrepancy has occurred with another restaurant as well. It seems like there might be a bug in the app. I would like a refund for the overcharged amount. Thank you.

I placed an order at Buffalo Wild Wings in Alcoa, TN, and unfortunately, the food was inedible. The items were hard, dried out, and had a strong smell of old grease, making it clear that they were leftovers from the end of the day. The order totaled $62.31, not including the tip, and despite attempting to contact the restaurant immediately, they had already closed. Upon reaching out to them today, I offered to return the food for a fresh replacement, but they insisted that because we used Uber Eats, the refund process had to go through them. According to Buffalo Wild Wings, Uber Eats would have to coordinate the refund and address the issue. I believe that I am entitled to a full refund in this situation. Although I frequently use Uber and Uber Eats, incidents like this make me question the service. The fact that the restaurant wouldn't allow me to return the food for a fresh replacement is disappointing. The food was intended for my son's birthday movie night, which ended abruptly due to the unpalatable meal. I eagerly await a resolution and anticipate receiving my money back for this unsatisfactory experience.

I had a disappointing experience with my La Brasa Grill food delivery on January 11th as the driver had trouble locating my address due to his GPS not functioning. After a 10-minute conversation, the driver suggested I cancel the order as he couldn't find my location. I followed the cancellation process, but Uber Eats charged me a preparation fee equivalent to the cost of my order when I requested a refund. The initial representative tried to contact the driver, with no success. Following a call from the corporate office, they mentioned they couldn't assist and abruptly ended the call when I requested to speak with a manager. I believe Uber Eats should handle the refund as I didn't receive the food due to their driver's issues.

I recently signed up to do deliveries and want to focus on that rather than transporting passengers. Currently, my car insurance is in my deceased father's and mother's name as we are in the process of transferring it to my name, which may take up to 6 months. The insurance policy covers drivers over 25 who are licensed, and I fall into that category. Although I'm not specifically listed on the insurance, I believe I should be covered by it based on the policy terms. I want to make sure I can legally use the car for deliveries without any issues. I placed an order on the Starbucks app, but it's not appearing in my order history. The payment has been deducted from my account, and I can't report the condition of my order. I ordered from Tu Casa in Orlando, Florida, but the order was cancelled. I contacted the restaurant, and they mentioned it was picked up, but later admitted they had no record of my order through Uber Eats. My account was charged $24.35 for the order that never went through. Kindly refund the amount back to my account. I plan to reach out to my bank as well. Thank you.

I used PayPal to order £20.40 on Uber Eats in July [redacted]. After it arrived late, Uber Eats refunded me via PayPal. In [redacted], I received a £25 Samsung voucher for Uber Eats but couldn't use it as the app asked me to pay the [redacted] amount. I've explained the situation since 26.01.23, providing evidence of the refund and order in my app account. Uber Eats keeps saying there was a payment issue, which is not true, and asks for payment when I shouldn't owe anything. Despite sending details and screenshots, they are unhelpful. I've lost the voucher as it expired due to their lack of assistance.

I recently made a purchase from Miss Hongs. Before finalizing my payment, I applied a promotional discount that was supposed to reduce the total by up to 40% or $15. When I proceeded to checkout, I noticed the total decreased by approximately $11-$12. However, my initial payment attempt was declined, despite having sufficient funds in my account. I then used a different card and the payment went through for a total of $38+. I was confused as to why the discount disappeared and the transaction went through without a confirmation prompt. When I tried to address this issue with customer support, I was unable to reach the appropriate department after being transferred multiple times and ultimately disconnected. I hope this can be resolved promptly as I have tried reaching out previously regarding similar matters.

Hello, I recently placed an order at Le Cheesy restaurant in Nancy city. Unfortunately, the delivery person who brought my order was incredibly rude. Despite my attempts to communicate with him and provide instructions, we couldn't overcome the language barrier. He was unresponsive, cut my calls, and seemed frustrated, speaking in a language I didn't understand. After multiple failed attempts to coordinate the delivery, he abruptly cancelled my order. Strangely, despite the cancellation, the payment was still deducted from my bank account. I quickly reordered the same items, and the second delivery person was pleasant and efficient, successfully completing the delivery. I am requesting a refund for the initial order due to the poor experience with the first delivery person.

Despite the screen displaying ''Promotion applied, you're saving £10'' and deducting £10 from the order total, the full amount of £18.59 was still charged to my PayPal account. Additionally, a can of drink was missing from my order. I have printed my order, clearly showing the total as £8.59, using your promotion for £10 off the first order. 1. Tonight, I ordered from YinJi Chang Fen. I made it clear that all 3 congees should have "no green onion, no parsley." While two remarks in English were correct, the kidney congee remark in Chinese was not followed correctly. I am allergic to parsley, and unfortunately, there was a lot of it in the kidney congee when I received it. I cannot eat it and would like a refund. I have a photo as proof, but I can't find an option to upload it. I request a refund and they can collect the kidney congee. 2. I placed an order #[redacted] for $91.51 on 7 Mar, [redacted], but I realized my mistake and cancelled it right away. The same evening, I made a revised order for $90.14. This has led me to cancel orders well past the pick-up time, resulting in soggy food. I have been a loyal customer for years but am frustrated with the recent service. I deleted other delivery apps to support yours, but I may cancel if this issue persists. Drivers should manage their workload to ensure timely deliveries and maintain food quality. I placed an order on Uber Eats around 7:30 pm tonight. The main item was Budweiser Beers. Unfortunately, they notified me that the beers were unavailable just as the driver left with the rest of the order. I attempted to cancel the order without success. It's frustrating that a company as big as Uber Eats couldn't have any beers available or offer a substitute. I just want to understand why they accepted my order knowing they didn't have the beers. I am 59 years old and this experience was quite disappointing.

Good day, I discovered a restaurant labeled as halal on your app, but in fact, it's not halal. I would appreciate customer service helping to correct this mistake. It is crucial not to mislead customers into thinking they are buying halal food from the restaurant. Do Uber Eats require restaurants to provide halal certification before being listed on your platform?

Dear Sir/Madam, I am bringing an issue to your attention regarding Uber Eats. The problem I encountered was placing a food order at 10:07 a.m. After waiting almost an hour, my order was canceled. Subsequently, I replaced the order, only to wait nearly 2 hours for delivery, causing inconvenience as I was preparing breakfast for my children.
