Order # 33E59 Hello, I’m reaching out about my Chipotle order. Firstly, when I contacted the store about my order, they hung up on me. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't reach them. My order was missing key ingredients like corn salsa, fajita veggies, and sour cream, prompting me to make a trip to the store for a remake. If I had wanted to drive, I would have skipped the extra UberEATS charges and driven there myself. This situation is not only a significant inconvenience but also an unexpected cost for me.

After receiving my meal delivery, I settled in to watch a movie and took a bite of fries only to discover a substantial lock of hair in my mouth, which was unsettling. Upon contacting Fridays regarding the issue, they directed me to contact Uber instead of addressing it directly. Despite the manager's offer to replace my meal, my appetite was understandably lost. Being a regular Uber user, especially during the height of the pandemic, I typically order in to support businesses and employees. However, this experience has left me reluctant to continue ordering from Fridays due to the poor service and the disturbing hair incident that was overlooked by their kitchen staff.

Hello, I placed an order for four plates of Chinese food from Kungfu Kitchen Hatfield on Christmas Day. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed when I scheduled the delivery. Although the money was refunded on the same day, I was charged again on December 27th. The app shows the order as completed, but I did not receive it. I contacted Kungfu Kitchen Hatfield, and they were not aware of the order. An amount of R286 was deducted, and I did not receive my order.

I recently placed an order on UberEats, and unfortunately, the driver delivered the wrong order to me. When contacted, the driver insisted that the order was correct on his end. This mix-up led us to have to order from somewhere else for dinner. It is disappointing that such errors can occur, especially when the driver was aware of the mistake but didn't make an effort to rectify it. I would like a refund for the order under the reference # BC5FC. Thank you.

I am disappointed with my recent order from Uber Eats. Not only did I not receive my complete order, but I was also double charged. I had a 50% off promo code that I made sure to apply to the order, but it did not go through as expected. The promo code was the main reason I chose to order from Uber Eats instead of using Grubhub, which I believe is a much superior service.

I noticed an additional charge of $8 on my Uber Eats order, and it appeared as "Uber" instead of Uber Eats on my bank statement. I was attempting to update my payment method, encountered an issue, and tried a different one, which resulted in the extra charge. Bonsoir, J'ai passé une commande le 28 décembre [redacted] et tout était incorrect : j'ai commandé un G5 mais j'ai reçu un Paris Brest au lieu d'un tiramisu spéculos Nutella. Les frites étaient petites alors que j'avais commandé des grandes frites. Ils ont proposé un remboursement de 4€, mais toute ma commande était erronée. J'ai des photos pour preuve et je demande un remboursement complet. Mon numéro de commande est : 120D3. Je suis en France, le code NAF est 5610C.

Order #F76CF I did not receive my food. The driver claimed to have delivered it, but I was waiting in the designated area as instructed. I initially used a coupon, but when attempting to reorder, the discount was not applied as it showed as already used. I am currently at the hospital with my son and not being able to have a meal is truly disappointing. This experience with Uber Eats has left me extremely dissatisfied with the entire process.

Recently, we noticed that whenever my wife places an order with Uber Eats, we are both charged the same amount, and this has been occurring for several months. Order #EB25F I am very frustrated. Initially, I had to walk around the block in my socks to locate your driver, who did not deliver to my door as expected. He suggested he was nearby, but I had to go search for him. He remained in his car, and even though I should have worn shoes, I did not anticipate him being so far away. Furthermore, some items were missing, and the quality I received was subpar. I am requesting compensation for this unfortunate experience. I am extremely upset. This level of service is not satisfactory.

I signed up for the Uber Eats 30-day free trial, and I got a promo for $30 of free food and free delivery on my first order, expiring today, December 29th. However, when I clicked on the link in the email today to use the offer for my 6:30 pm delivery, the app said the promotion had already expired. It's supposed to be valid until the end of today, not yesterday. Can someone assist me with this issue? Thank you. - Linda D.

I purchased 3 combos from McDonald's, but all of them were missing the Large French Fries. Additionally, I received a wrong burger in one combo, getting a second Big Mac instead of a double quarter pounder with cheese. The Big Mac Combo meal that I ordered with a Large Dr. Pepper had a medium unsweet tea instead. I was advised that I would receive a refund of $3.79, which does not seem fair given the errors in my order.

I eagerly awaited my order only to be disappointed when the GPS showed it was close but then got a notification that it was canceled due to a driver issue. I contacted the restaurant and was told that the order was taken by the driver but then canceled by the customer. As a regular customer, I felt frustrated and misrepresented. This marks the second time a driver has canceled on me, which is frustrating. I have since placed an order with another restaurant and hope for a better outcome. Recently, my family discovered a piece of plastic in our food at a dessert restaurant. We reached out to the establishment, and they assured us they would issue a refund. However, it has been two weeks, and we still haven't received it. Last night, I decided to follow up with the restaurant to understand the delay. They mentioned that Uber is responsible for processing the refund. It's frustrating because we were told by the restaurant that they needed to handle the refund with Uber.

I am still waiting for a refund for my recent order. I was told by the agent they would process the refund; however, the money never appeared in my account. Originally, I was offered a partial refund which was processed. After expressing my dissatisfaction, the agent agreed to a full refund but it has not been received. I placed an order with Pitaya on the 24th of December. The delivery driver called me 30 minutes later to inform me that the restaurant was closed and suggested I contact the app's support center. After requesting a refund, I received an email stating that the order would be refunded (even though it shows as delivered on the app despite me never receiving it). However, to my surprise, I was charged but still have not been refunded! I would like to receive a refund, please.

We placed an order with a restaurant that promised a delivery time of 10-25 minutes. Unfortunately, we waited for over an hour and were informed by a delivery worker that the roads were blocked, requiring us to travel 12 minutes to pick up the food ourselves. It was disheartening to have to go out into the cold at night and then receive our food cold, making it unappetizing.

Regarding Order #: FF30B, I purchased 3 items totaling $74.82 from German Doner. Unfortunately, the order was marked as complete even though we never received the food. I contacted the driver, Bijay, who mentioned he left the delivery at the Radisson Hotel instead of delivering it to us. Since we did not receive the food and cannot rectify the situation, we are requesting a refund for the undelivered items. We will also update our order instructions to clarify that we are not located within a hotel premises.

Uber has sent me around 20 emails requesting the document submission, but the green button in the email is not functioning. I placed an order for food, but it arrived missing 2 BBQ dips and with the wrong item. Instead of a chicken burger with cheese, I received one with bacon and cheese. The offered refund of £1.32 only covers the missing dips, but I believe the burger should also be refunded.
