I ordered two drinks through Uber Eats, but they were not delivered by the driver. After contacting Armstrongs Fish and Chips in Shaw, they mentioned handing the drinks to the delivery driver, Mohammed, who did not deliver them to me. I have tried contacting the driver through the app with no success. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter further. I am requesting a refund for the undelivered drinks or for them to be delivered to me. Thank you.

I have requested a delivery service, and I was informed of a delay of more than one hour beyond the estimated maximum time. The delay seems to be due to the delivery person coming from the other side of town. This two-hour delay is not acceptable when the food may not arrive in good condition. Could you please advise me on how to cancel the order and request a refund, including the Service Fee and Delivery Fee? Thank you.

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my recent Uber Eats delivery from Asda as some items were missing. After contacting the driver, he directed me to the store who confirmed that the order was dispatched in full. I suspect the driver took the missing mince and egg. Although these items may seem insignificant, I have exterior and interior cameras at my residence capturing the delivery. I am willing to provide videos from my Ring doorbell and internal cameras to support my claim. While I understand this issue may be minor, it is concerning that the driver may be engaging in theft from customers. I urge you to address this matter accordingly. Thank you.

I received credit on my account after my order was messed up. However, I am now left with a small refund and nothing else. To get the missing items from my order, I would have to spend more money by placing another order with new delivery fees and driver tips. Why should I have to spend more money when the refund doesn't cover the full cost of the original order? I understand that customer service might not care about my situation, but this recurring issue is frustrating.

I'm disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of the driver. I tried to contact him three times, but he didn't answer the phone and claimed to be there. Despite waiting outside, he didn't show up, and I was left empty-handed without the food. It's frustrating that despite my premium account, I'm being denied a refund. Such treatment is making me consider canceling my membership.

Today, I placed three different lunch orders, but due to significant delays in preparation time, I had to cancel them. Each time I waited for approximately 20 minutes, assuming it was due to a lack of available drivers, and unfortunately, the orders were still in the "being prepared" status. Despite being informed of the delay, I can't wait for food to be delivered two hours after ordering during my one-hour lunch break. While the first Pei Wei order was refunded, the second Pei Wei order and the Thaiphoon Bistro order were not. I am requesting credits for these two orders since I shouldn't be charged for food that was not delivered. I am disappointed with Uber Eats for not issuing the credits and have decided to stop using the service. I will also discourage others from using it in the future.

I made a purchase from the Red Lobster restaurant in Bay Plaza, Bronx, via Postmates on December 22, [redacted]. I haven't received my order, but $85.33 was debited from my account. I would appreciate it if someone could investigate this situation with Postmates and arrange a refund for the undelivered food. I am still waiting for the refund for the groceries I couldn't use last week. Despite being assured, no one has reached out to me yet. I explained in detail how unsuitable the replacement items the shopper chose were, without my approval. Simply checking off replacement options is not enough; I expect them to match what I originally ordered. If I don't hear back promptly, I will escalate this matter to the Better Business Bureau.

I bought an Uber Eats gift card on September 13, [redacted], but I've only used Uber for rides before. Now, when I tried to use the gift card to order food on Uber Eats, it's saying my payment method isn't working and I need to pick another one, even though the $25 Uber gift card and my bank account are set up as my payment methods. It seems like there is $25 in Uber cash available and a $30 discount for trying Uber Eats for the first time, in addition to my bank account. I'm confused why I can't place an order, and I either want to figure out the issue or get a refund if needed.

I made a purchase for [redacted] rand. Although my order was ready, the driver delayed delivering it for over 30 minutes without communicating. After cancelling, UberEats still charged me. Their support and customer service were unhelpful. I feel like they took my money unjustly. I have the driver's name and photo, but UberEats hasn't offered assistance.

I placed an order for McDonald's breakfast shortly before their service window was ending. McDonald's accepted the order, leading to several drivers attempting to collect the food but then canceling. The last driver delivered the order, instructing me to cancel it which I couldn't do once accepted by McDonald's. When attempting to report the issue in the help section, I was only provided with the option to contact the driver. I had to claim missing items repeatedly to eventually receive a refund. There should be a more straightforward process to report undelivered orders rather than having to navigate a complicated system. After waiting an hour, the driver delivered the food but still insisted I cancel the order, leaving me frustrated by the confusing experience.

I placed a large order through the McDonald's app for dinner, totaling around 40 pounds. Unfortunately, I was unable to call to address my complaint as I am deaf. The order was from the McDonald's on Stanley Road in Bootle, Liverpool. There were challenges in finding a driver, resulting in a significant delay in delivering the food. Upon arrival, the food was cold and inedible. Even the McFlurry had melted to the point that my son drank it like a milkshake. The chips were undercooked and cold. I have noticed multiple unauthorized charges on my account from Uber and Uber Eats totaling over £[redacted] this month and £[redacted] last month. I have not used any of their services during this time. Despite being told the charges were pending transactions, they have been deducted from my account. These unauthorized transactions occur 2-3 times a week, ranging from £30 to £50 each time, and have been ongoing for months. I have screenshots of all the charges, and if necessary, I am prepared to take legal action and present this evidence in court. I am seeking a Customer Service number to speak with someone to resolve this issue and get my money refunded.

I placed an order for food approximately 2 hours ago, or maybe a bit less than that. When I recently checked my phone about 30 minutes ago, I noticed a payment notification, although the transaction was not yet completed. It seems I may have forgotten to update my payment method. I tried to locate where to make this change but was unsuccessful. After realizing the delay, I assumed the payment went through, so I monitored the situation. The status then changed to "wrapping up," but when I checked again, the app had closed unexpectedly. I am uncertain if my order is on its way. Should we stay awake or simply go to bed? I recently contacted UberEats customer support regarding food quality issues with an order I placed on December 19th. However, the representative claimed that my inquiry was not submitted. I have, in fact, submitted the issue three times on December 19, 20, and 21, selecting options and adding comments with each submission. I believe it should show in your system the three completed complaint requests, not partial or incomplete. If this happened to me, I can only imagine how many others are experiencing the same with UberEats. Since I never received a response, I called the 1-[redacted] UberEats customer support line. I placed an order at KFC in Porth around 9 p.m. They called me at 10 p.m. and informed me that they couldn't deliver the food because they had closed. I have paid for the food, but my children are now left without their meal before bedtime due to this unfortunate circumstance. This has upset them on Christmas Eve, the most exciting night of the year. I am extremely dissatisfied with this unacceptable service and I request a refund of the payment to be credited back to my account promptly, as well as some form of compensation.

Hello, I placed an order yesterday, December 24th, at 5:31 PM on Uber Eats. I was supposed to receive my delivery at 6:30 PM, but I never got it. My phone shows that my order was delivered, but I didn't see any delivery driver. The restaurant's name is Chicken Spot Corbeil Essonnes. My only option now seems to be filing a complaint with Uber Eats.

I discovered a fraudulent account using my business name and address on the Uber Eats app. My business, Are you hungry Grill, is not listed on Uber Eats yet. Customers are calling me, reporting that they are not receiving their orders placed through Uber Eats, which is causing confusion. I am currently in the onboarding process with Uber Eats. I am concerned about the impact this is having on my business's reputation and the confusion it's causing customers. My legal team is already investigating this issue, but I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

Hello, I placed an order with Euro Kebap in Darmstadt at 5:17 PM, and the estimated delivery time was between 5:45 PM and 6:05 PM. Unfortunately, my order did not arrive. When I called at 6:20 PM, they informed me that they were very busy. Eventually, they canceled my order after a few minutes. I called back to clarify that it wasn't too late and requested them to send the food. It's frustrating that the app indicated a 25-minute wait, but after 75 minutes, my order wasn't even prepared. Dealing with partners like this reflects poorly on Uber too. I hope you can address this issue and consider removing them as partners to avoid similar situations for other customers. I received an email from Samsung offering a £25 reward for my recent phone purchase to use on Ubereats. After downloading the voucher and the Ubereats app, I realized that the voucher was not showing up. The Ubereats app automatically used my old email address ([redacted]) which was linked to my mobile number from a previous Uber account. Now, I can't change my email address to the new one. I've been stuck in a loop with Ubereats support, as they accuse me of trying to misuse a voucher or claim I haven't provided enough security information to resolve the issue. They requested a screenshot of my mobile number, but I'm unsure how to send it to them. Additionally, they haven't assisted me in deleting my old accounts or accessing my new one.
