I am currently experiencing significant frustration as I recently purchased a prescription on TikTok from DJK_Wise Real2Reel360. Google also charged me, but I cannot subscribe as the system keeps prompting me to resubscribe. Even though DJK_Wise mentioned he doesn't comprehend the issue and advised contacting you, the situation remains unresolved. I have been a loyal subscriber to Real2Reel360 for seven months after losing my husband, and this platform has helped bring me some comfort during this difficult time. It is unfair that my debit card has been charged twice, totaling $6.48 each time, by both you and Google without my consent. I have also captured screenshots of the payment. Please rectify this issue promptly, as I generally pay monthly and not through automatic debits.

Hello, my @residentofff page was blocked for posting a video that I downloaded from TikTok. I wasn't given the chance to appeal. I'll attach a screenshot as there doesn't seem to be a way to appeal. My page is private, visible only to friends. If I unknowingly violated any rules, I apologize and will be more cautious. I don't understand why I was blocked for posting a video from your platform. Please unblock my page. I'll be more mindful in the future.

I have encountered an issue with my TikTok account on my phone where I am consistently seeing a temporary suspension message for the last three months. Interestingly, the same account functions perfectly on my iPad. Despite attempts like restarting my phone, reinstalling TikTok, and even trying to sign in with a different account, I have not been able to resolve this problem. I am perplexed as to why this discrepancy exists between my phone and iPad. I am eager to regain access to TikTok on my phone, even if it means creating a new account. The fact that it functions seamlessly on one device yet not the other remains a mystery to me.

My account "teammomma1" was hacked, including the app password and the email associated was "pearls of beauty" with "[redacted]" The hacker, who appears to be from outside the USA, has taken over my account "teammama1" and has been going live on it. I have reported the issue, reached out for help, but have not received any response. I'm feeling upset because my TikTok account got banned for supposedly not meeting the age requirement, even though I'm 14 years old. I need to submit an ID for an appeal, but most teenagers my age don’t have one. I just want my account reinstated as it has sentimental value and many memories from last year that I don't want to lose. My TikTok handle is @rihannahanvelt2009, and my birthday is March 18, [redacted], which can be verified by anyone in my family. I've mentioned my age in some videos, even mentioning that I was about to be a freshman and my birth year is evident in my TikTok username.

I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission regarding my account suspension on TikTok. I expressed my frustration over the unequal treatment of black users when defending against derogatory language, specifically the use of the N-word. While other races seemingly face no consequences, we are unfairly penalized for defending ourselves. I believe it is time for TikTok to be held accountable for their actions towards the black community. I am urging for a change in TikTok's policies and for them to address this issue promptly.

My account @dreaasznn was blocked from accessing the creator fund payment on 5/23/23. I am disappointed by this as I've worked hard on my account, posting for my supporters over the past few years, and cannot access the money earned in the past months. If I violated any community guidelines, I assure you it won't happen again. I kindly request a second chance to comply with all the rules. Please allow me to earn money from the creator fund again. I encountered frequent removal of my videos by TikTok, even when they did not violate any guidelines. My content primarily focuses on defending my identity against the hate I receive. However, the backlash often resulted in mass reports, making my account vulnerable to cyberbullying. Despite my efforts to secure my account and reach out to TikTok for assistance, I have not received any response. I possess numerous screenshots showing violation strikes based on videos that were eventually restored and wrongly removed. Restoring my account is crucial as it serves as a platform for representation. By silencing me, TikTok perpetuates censorship and hinders the visibility of queer creators like me in the community. I implore for assistance in reinstating my account, as it is vital for connecting with a community that benefits from my content directly. I've had this account for a while now and have put a lot of effort into it. However, last night, TikTok was malfunctioning. I have multiple accounts for different purposes, but the issue began with my GRWM account. First, when I try to watch my followers' TikToks, it shows that I don't follow anyone. When I attempt to follow them from my following list, it says "user doesn't exist," which is incorrect. Second, my videos display as having zero likes, which is inaccurate, as seen in the screenshots. Third, it shows that I have no WiFi connection even though I've tried reconnecting multiple times and switching to mobile data. This prevents me from making any changes to my account. I've tried updating TikTok and my phone, closing and reopening the app, but the problem persists. I'm unable to switch to my other accounts as it claims I have no WiFi. Clearing the cache didn't work either. I'm frustrated by this inconvenience and eagerly await a response. Also, I would like to update the email linked to my account, but I'm unable to activate it.

My fiancé and I have separate TikTok accounts as we live in different locations. It's frustrating that we can't have private conversations without worrying about community standards. The policies should be more flexible. When reposting a video, we get flagged for violating standards, even when it's not justified. I request the removal of these violations as I only shared content from TikTok. Private conversations between adults should not be restricted. I don't have minors following me, and the system needs to differentiate between genuine interactions and inappropriate behavior. We shouldn't face harassment over harmless discussions between us on the platform.

My TikTok account got banned after an incorrect report of being under 13, even though I'm 15 and turning 16 soon. To appeal, they ask for an ID, but at my age, I don't have one. I do have a screenshot from my school's website that confirms my age and grade. TikTok rejected it, saying it didn't meet their standards. I've cherished this account since I was 13, and it holds many memories. I just want my account reinstated.

I have been receiving messages on my cell phone about TikTok Live attempting to charge my debit card. This has been occurring for several months.
