I discovered two unauthorized videos of myself on @alissashpati's TikTok account while trying to block this person. Despite repeatedly asking her to remove them, she has refused, even going as far as blocking me after my requests. Given her consistent harassment towards me and others, I believe TikTok would benefit from permanently removing her account. I do not consent to having my content displayed on her public profile, especially since I have always had negative interactions with her. Please remove the tiktoks featuring me without delay, or I will be forced to involve the authorities. Thank you.

Hello TikTok support team, I am experiencing a difficulty with the creator program registration process. I have fulfilled all the necessary requirements but after submitting photos of my passport, none of them have been accepted. I am unsure why this is happening as the pictures are genuine and accurately depict my passport. My TikTok username is @premiervirage, under the name PremierVirage. Hello, I'm currently facing an issue with my TikTok account. I recently logged out and unfortunately forgot my password. The only options I have to regain access are my email and phone number. The problem is I'm unsure which email I used, and neither of the emails I own seem to be working. The same goes for my old phone number linked to the account, which I no longer have access to. Since this account is important to me, and I haven't had a reason to log out in a long time to update any information, I'm seeking alternative ways to recover my TikTok account. Hello, I want to address a recent issue with my TikTok account - filenameghost. I was banned erroneously yesterday due to an alleged violation of the minimum age requirement of 13. I am currently 18 years old, with my birthday being on October 15th, [redacted]. It appears likely that my account was falsely reported, possibly due to negative attention I have received from online trolls. I lack a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport. Nonetheless, I can furnish TikTok with a photo of my birth certificate or provincial health card, both of which bear my name and birthdate, in addition to my school ID containing my name and photo. Regrettably, I have not been successful in obtaining assistance from TikTok's various support channels despite my attempts, including reaching out via email and Twitter.

I have been struggling for nearly two weeks to get a TikTok video removed that has caused me, my daughter, and her fiance a lot of embarrassment and harassment. The creator of the video, thegeriatricnurse, makes extreme claims about nurses being superior to doctors, which has led to negative attention towards us. Despite working long hours in a hospital, I know this doesn't hold true in my workplace. I reached out to the creator to remove the TikTok that included images of me and my family, but she blocked me and ignored my requests, leaving me defenseless against public insults. Despite my efforts to report the issue to TikTok support with detailed evidence, they have not taken any action. I recently learned that I can request to have my name removed from the specific TikTok causing distress. I have since changed my account name, but the old name still leads back to me. This situation has been tormenting, and I am seeking assistance to have my name disassociated from the problematic video. Thank you for your help. Kelly B.

I am currently attempting to contact TikTok regarding my daughter's bullying situation. Unfortunately, the provided email address is not functional. A girl has been harassing my daughter for an extended period by posting offensive content and making hurtful remarks. Despite my previous attempt to reach out, I have not received a response, which reflects poorly on TikTok's support system. It is vital to have better assistance in dealing with such issues. Merely blocking the bully has not resolved the problem as she continues to communicate with my daughter's friends to spread negativity. TikTok must take action by prohibiting this individual, with the TikTok username albelonicoleyahoo, from using the platform.

I have a TikTok account under the username @alena_witch. I want to bring to your attention that my videos keep getting deleted right after I upload them without any valid reason. Hello, I need help getting a video removed or the tag removed from a post I was tagged in. I recently had a disagreement with a business page, and it seems they are intentionally trying to cause me harm by gaining attention through ridicule.
