Hello, I have unfortunately encountered an issue with my cell phone. There is an open crack on the screen causing a problem known as a ghost screen, where it starts pressing random buttons on its own. This has become quite frustrating for me, especially since I just discovered the term through my research efforts. Upon returning from walking my dog, I noticed that the phone had autonomously subscribed to and paid for the ad-free service. As I am currently on disability and unable to afford the $13.99 fee, I kindly request the prompt removal of the ad-free service subscription and a refund of the payment. I have been using TextNow for two months now, and initially, I was able to make calls to the UK and US without any issues. However, in the past two weeks, the app has been prompting me to purchase credits to make calls to the UK. I went ahead and bought credits, receiving a confirmation email from my bank that the payment went through. Despite this, I have not received any notification from TextNow that I can now make calls to the UK using the credits purchased. I am still being prompted to buy credits. I kindly request for a resolution to this matter; either provide me with the calling capability to the UK that I paid for or refund the money spent on purchasing the credits.

Hello, I've been unable to log in with my credentials on a certain app for some time. As a workaround, I had been using a Windows browser instead. Today, I successfully installed the newest version of the TextNow app on Ldplayer for Android, and even managed to change my password. After deleting my old TextNow number ([redacted]) and attempting to get a new number, a popup appeared indicating suspicious activity. I followed the prompts to verify my identity through my email ([redacted]) and completed all necessary steps, including updating policies. However, I was then informed that my account had violated terms of use and was deactivated along with the number. I'm baffled by this turn of events, especially since I had been using ProtonVPN without issue. I'm reaching out for assistance to rectify this situation as I believe there must be a misunderstanding. I am experiencing an issue with my Textnow GSM SIM. While I can make outgoing calls and send texts, I am unable to receive calls unless Wi-Fi is on. Additionally, I do not receive text notifications unless connected to Wi-Fi, despite having no call blockers and all permissions granted to Textnow. My OnePlus 7 Pro phone, compatible with T-Mobile bands, shows full strength for LTE and VoLTE when mobile data is on, and I am close to a T-Mobile tower. After calling the Textnow number, I receive a message stating that the subscriber is unavailable. Refreshing the Textnow screen shows missed call notifications and received messages after manual refresh. I have tried the SIM in multiple phones with the same issue persisting. Contrarily, another GSM carrier SIM works fine on my phone for calls and texts.

When attempting to access my Snapchat account, a "suspicious log-in" message appears, prompting a verification code to be sent to my old phone number, which I no longer use. After reinstalling the app, it requires a verification code even though I know my password. Unfortunately, I can't recall the associated email. I have been receiving threatening messages from a text now number, and I am quite certain of the person behind it, but they are not disclosing their identity. I intend to file charges against this individual once their identity is confirmed. The threats and defamation have been directed at both me and my pregnant partner. Hello, when accessing TextNow via the browser and attempting to send a verification code from Telegram or other applications, I am prompted to download the TextNow app to view the message or update my account. This process is inconvenient as I do not currently have a mobile phone. Not all users rely on a mobile phone number for all their needs, so it is frustrating that the verification codes cannot be received through the browser without this additional step. I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed.

My wife does not use and has no intention of using the Text Now app on her Apple 8 phone. However, when I or others try to call her, they receive a message saying "The Text Now customer is not available now, please leave a message." Her phone shows no record of these calls or messages, causing her to miss important calls. We have contacted AT&T and the tech team at Best Buy, but no traces of the software have been found on her phone after a complete reset. We are seeking a solution to stop these messages from appearing and ensure that all calls go through as intended, as we have no need for this type of software. I recently purchased a TextNow activation kit for my BLU G90. Despite following all the recommended steps to activate and use my new SIM card, I have been unable to make or receive calls and texts without using data or wifi. Since this was meant to be my primary number, I deactivated my previous service. I also purchased a data pack through TextNow in hopes of resolving the issue, but unfortunately, it did not help. Despite reaching out to chat support over six times, I have not received any assistance with this problem. At this point, I am simply requesting a full refund for the $4.99 activation kit and the $19.99 data plan add-on, as I was unable to use any of the services.

I sent my fiancé to Verizon to fix a camera issue with my iPhone. Upon their visit, Verizon replaced my SIM card and reset my phone. Upon trying to recover my iPhone 8 account, I realized all my information was erased and recovery attempts failed. I am unable to access my iCloud account linked to the email R**************@icloud.com, which is also associated with my Textnow account. Apple has been unable to help me recover the account after multiple hours with their IT department.
My main issues are:
1. Unable to access email R**************@icloud.com, my recovery account for Textnow.
2. Unable to access Textnow, where R**************@icloud.com is the recovery account.
3. Textnow has not responded to my attempts to reach them.
I am stuck as Textnow is unresponsive, preventing me from recovering important data stored in my iCloud account. Without Textnow's assistance, I am unable to retrieve essential information. I hope someone can help me with this situation.

I have been using my TextNow number for approximately a year. On my birthday yesterday, my account somehow logged out, and I am now unable to log back in. I have tried multiple email addresses, but I am unsure of the one I used to set up the account.
