Hello, my name is Michael Malone ([redacted]), and I have been a TextNow customer for years without any issues. TextNow has always been great, but recently there have been problems. During a tough time in Houston with no power or communication, TextNow worked perfectly until strange messages were sent without my permission. Despite this, I was still able to communicate properly until my account suddenly stopped working, missing important calls. After struggling for hours trying to fix it, nothing has worked, and my [redacted] number is crucial to me. Please, I need assistance to recover it. Thank you.

I urgently need my TextNow number back, which is [redacted]. This number is linked to my Gmail account that I lost access to more than two years ago. It holds all my precious photos of my children and memories that I cannot bear to lose. If I could receive a code to that number to reset my password, I can regain access to my Gmail account and recover my cherished photos. My house was flooded, and I lost almost all my pictures except for four images of my children. My oldest son, now 21 or 22, has no photos saved. My middle son is 15, and the youngest is 9. Due to circumstances, I haven't seen them in quite some time. As a homeless mother, recovering these photos is crucial to me. Your assistance in this matter would mean everything to me.

I encountered an issue while trying to buy a sim kit on the TextNow app. After entering my card details, clicking "add card" would just redirect me to the same page without progressing to the purchase. I then attempted the purchase on their website, but after entering the IMEI, I received an error message saying "something went wrong." This has been a frustrating experience as I have tried different IMEI numbers to no avail. Despite one being accepted on the app, it still didn't lead to a successful purchase. I need assistance in resolving this purchase problem and acquiring the sim kit seamlessly.

Hello, TextNow. I have been a loyal TextNow WiFi customer for over 5 years. I recently moved to [redacted] 12th Street, Condo [redacted], in St. Petersburg, FL. Since arriving here as Denise L., I have experienced identity theft issues with my phones being taken and transferred to neighbors Tammy L. in Condo [redacted] and Lehia A. in Condo [redacted]. This mix-up has led to them mistaking Lehia A. as Denise L. Last year, I contacted my phone company about changing my number, but the problem persists, with even my social security number compromised. I need a list of my phone numbers from TextNow for legal purposes, as I plan to consult a lawyer regarding identity theft and cyberbullying. Thank you for your support in this matter.

About a month ago, I was at the Dollar Tree when a woman took my phone off my leg and put it on her leg. This caused me distress because I have an injury to my leg. The physical therapist mentioned that my gown area was exposed during a work-related fall under a worker's compensation case. I believe the phone was moved intentionally as Worker's Comp visited, and someone else was using it. I reported this to my lawyer, and they provided information about my physical therapy location. Now, there are additional phone numbers on my device, causing further confusion.

I think they were trying to involve family matters, but he is not part of my family. They wanted him off the phone, but he was not present when Freelow and I were together. We worked on those phones together, and they shouldn't have the authority to interfere and make changes. We were content with our phones. It was not their idea. They shouldn't try to meddle and alter our phones. My phone was secure, and nobody used it unless necessary. Freelow ensured they respected our phones. Now, they are trying to take control and intervene. They aim to manipulate my emotions towards him, but they have no right to prevent me from loving someone. I am not trying to influence their feelings towards someone who was or is a part of their life.

I utilized TextNow number [redacted] for my two-factor authentication across all my accounts. Unfortunately, during my five-month jail stay, the number got reassigned. I am currently unable to access my accounts to update my two-factor authentication details without the authorization codes being sent to that specific phone number for each account. I am particularly struggling to regain access to my Walmart Money Card account. Despite not receiving the verification codes via email from Walmart for unknown reasons, my only alternative is through the number [redacted]. It is imperative that I retrieve that phone number. I am requesting TextNow to reassign the number [redacted] back to me, Joshua Anderson. I have two TextNow accounts, and either one would be suitable for the return of the phone number [redacted] to me.

After logging in successfully, the app prompted me to choose a new phone number, so I selected [redacted]. Please restore the features of my already paid subscription that I purchased the day before. I recently sold a device and forgot to remove my Google account. Unfortunately, the buyer accessed my account and changed my TextNow account, which contains critical business phone numbers. I am unable to log in with the email associated with my TextNow, but I can access the third-party email it is linked to, [redacted] I have secured my account on old devices, which I no longer have. I have had my TextNow number for a long time, but now it seems to be associated with an email address I don't recognize. When I tried to log in, I was asked to enter my zip code and select a new number. When I attempted to sign in via browser, it didn't recognize my email or password. Resetting my password didn't work either because it said my email was incorrect. After contacting TextNow support and going through a lengthy chat, I was informed that the email linked to my account is [redacted], which I have never used. My actual email is [redacted] The unauthorized hotmail account took over my TextNow number using the esgallie part of my email. This is concerning as the number is used by mental health patients to contact our private practice. The affected number is [redacted]. I am extremely worried about the breach of healthcare confidentiality. Please assist me urgently.

Hello, I'm writing to request the phone records and IP addresses associated with an account that someone has used to impersonate me. Despite facing legal troubles related to harassment and a restraining order in [redacted], it was not me who sent those messages. However, the state is refusing to provide the necessary records to prove my innocence. I have been in legal proceedings for two years and have a trial in July, where these records could serve as crucial evidence in my defense. Yesterday, when I tried to access my TextNow app, it asked me to create a new account as if my existing one had disappeared. I had paid to secure my number with my email address. After contacting TextNow customer service, they mentioned a representative would reach out within a few days. They explained that my paid-for number was no longer linked to my email. This is concerning as I use this account for banking and other sensitive activities that could now be at risk of hacking. It's frustrating that TextNow will take five days to address this issue, especially given the potential security implications for my information and my family's information. Despite my attempts to reach out and check my number using other methods, I have not found a solution. I have evidence of my payment for the number and the connection to my email through message notifications. I hope for a resolution soon.

I purchased the Stylo 4 from the TextNow website. They claimed their phones were ready to use out of the box with no activation required, including free internet. When I received the phone, it was not set up as they advertised. I attempted to follow the provided instructions to use the pop-up wizard, but it did not appear. After connecting to Wi-Fi, I created a TextNow account but encountered issues with calls - I could hear others, but they couldn't hear me. The internet was slow, so I tried to activate the SIM card using the MEID numbers and entered my billing and credit card details, only to be asked for a $5 fee that I couldn't pay due to constant "card not valid" errors. I'm puzzled why I have to pay for activation when it was supposed to be included with the SIM card, and the phone should have come pre-activated as promised. The customer service experience has been frustrating, with difficulties reaching them and the live chat repeatedly going offline erasing my messages. I'm disappointed with the situation and the lack of communication from TextNow.

I am the original owner of the phone number [redacted]. I have been attempting to reactivate this number with T-Mobile after the transfer request to Textnow. Unfortunately, during my efforts to retrieve and activate the number through FCC, Sprint, and T-Mobile, my information was compromised. I have had this number since [redacted] with Sprint and need assistance to recover, activate, or transfer it back from the temporary number provided by T-Mobile. My Gmail linked to TextNow was hacked. The recovery email and password were changed, but not the phone number. Recently, I upgraded my services for verification codes. I know I'm entering the correct password, as it has always been the same. Since I can't access TextNow due to verification codes going to my hacked Gmail, I can only recover my Gmail if I receive a verification code through TextNow. I obtained a phone number from your app and utilized it for my Telegram account. Later, not using it in your app caused the number to be reassigned. Unfortunately, I inadvertently logged out of my Telegram account without checking my email, unaware of the consequences. Had I known earlier, I would have promptly updated my number through the app. Please assist me in regaining my previous number. I assure you this won't reoccur. I attempted to access my Telegram account using a phone number from the TextNow App, which has since been reassigned, causing the verification code to be sent to a new user. Due to my account's two-step verification, the new user could not gain access to my account. I am seeking assistance in retrieving the data from my Telegram account. I obtained the phone number (+1 [redacted]) from the app and used it for Telegram. Regrettably, I unknowingly violated the terms by not using it on the app for an extended period, resulting in its reassignment. I do not wish to reclaim the old number, but I simply need the option to receive the verification code through email. I'm using a TextNow SIM card and have paid the $5.00 annual fee for a new number. Unfortunately, I missed saving the new number and ended up with a temporary one, [redacted]. I have encountered an issue where I can no longer access my account. Typically, my account remains logged in on my phone, but it unexpectedly logged me out, with the password appearing to be changed. Despite trying to reset the password and not receiving the email confirmation, I suspect I may have forgotten it. The email linked to my account was [redacted], and the phone number was [redacted]. I attempted to log in through Google but it created a new account instead of accessing the original one. After reaching out via email, I was informed that I still have access to the account, yet I am unable to log in. This worries me as there is sensitive personal information and contacts stored in the account, and I fear unauthorized access.
