I purchased tickets for the Alabama Tennessee game (Roll Tide) on October 20th, which were advertised as having "chairback seating." Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that the seats did not have chairbacks, causing us much frustration. We spoke with the staff at Bryant Denny stadium (Home of 17 National Titles), who explained that StubHub failed to communicate this to their seating department. We are seeking a partial refund as we paid $[redacted] for 4 tickets, expecting a specific seating arrangement that was not provided. My wife has a history of a tailbone injury, and I (Retired Air Force) suffer from a bad back, making the seating situation particularly challenging for us. As a small business owner, I understand the importance of meeting customer expectations, and kindly request the same level of accountability from a reputable company like StubHub.

Hello, I recently went out of town and purchased two tickets to a soccer match at the Olympic Stadion in Berlin through StubHub. Upon attempting to enter the stadium, the tickets were not scanned successfully, and I was directed to the customer service desk. After a confusing conversation, I was informed that StubHub is no longer an accepted vendor and that the tickets I had purchased were not valid, potentially being promo tickets or giveaways. This left me unable to attend the event, which was disappointing. I am now seeking a refund for the tickets. I have had positive experiences with StubHub previously and hope this issue can be resolved so I can continue using your services. Order number: [redacted]38 A week ago, I had to buy a ticket at the venue (Still Woozy @ Webster Hall, Manhattan, NY) because I couldn't find the StubHub ticket or the email with the ticket in any of my email folders, including trash/spam. I called customer service recently, and they mentioned they couldn't help since their records indicate the ticket was sent the day of purchase, even though I couldn't access it at the time of the event. I had issues with my phone at the venue, preventing me from making calls or accessing chat/messenger services. I ended up spending around $80 to buy another ticket onsite. Hello, I am interested in buying a ticket for Steve Hackett's March 7, [redacted] show at the Bergen Performing Arts Center in NJ. The ticket I want is priced at $[redacted].60 and is in the Platinum Center Row A. There are seats available from [redacted] to [redacted], and I specifically want seat [redacted], which is in the center of the section. I had previously spoken to customer service when the ticket was $[redacted] and was informed that a single seat would be allocated the aisle seat first, which was not what I wanted. I noticed the price has now been reduced by $14 since no tickets have been sold. I am still willing to pay the initial price of $[redacted] if I could secure seat [redacted]. I contacted you about this issue, but I will also be sending you a letter and reaching out to the Better Business Bureau. I bought tickets for a Cher concert on 11/21/[redacted] and was supposed to receive them by the 19th, but they never arrived. Today is the concert day, and when I called, I was told there was nothing you could do as the sellers should have provided the tickets. This is not how a business should be managed. Tickets should be delivered when purchased, or you should verify receipt. I am disappointed that you only penalize the seller, which doesn't help me. My family was excited about this event. I plan to share my experience with "7 On Your Side" and hope they cover it. I will not be using Stubhub in the future. I have always had good experiences with Ticketmaster, and that's who I'll use from now on. This matter is not resolved yet.

My previous phone was severely hacked, resulting in a loss of over $3,[redacted]. I recently switched to an iPhone for security reasons. Unfortunately, a former friend who claims to be a computer expert and has worked for Apple and other companies visited last week. Upon waking up, I discovered the StubHub app open on my phone with Bills tickets listed. Despite trying to erase the app, I was unable to do so. Subsequently, unauthorized charges appeared on apps like Apple Pay and PayPal. I allowed this individual to update my phone, believing I could trust him. However, issues arose afterward. This person has a history of theft from our home. I also suspect his involvement due to his bragging about accessing accounts and using credit cards. He prepared my taxes and set up a PayPal account, resulting in a missing refund that was deposited into his account. I seek advice on pursuing fraud charges against him. I purchased tickets for Kevin James' November 17th show at the Hard Rock in Hollywood. Despite him being great, our experience was disrupted by the constant opening and closing of the door behind us throughout the entire performance. The noise and people entering were very distracting, making it hard to enjoy the show. I spent $[redacted] for my son's birthday, and it was not the experience we had hoped for. When I contacted the hotel about the issue, they simply apologized. As a hairstylist at a high-end salon in Aventura, I would appreciate it if something could be done to make this right. I recently bought three tickets for tonight's Tampa Bay Lightning game on December 7 through StubHub. Everything is in order except the electronic transfer was mistakenly sent to an old email I no longer have access to. I set up forwarding from that old email to my new one, but I haven't received the transfer yet. The game is starting in just over 2 hours, so I'm a bit worried. Over a month ago, I purchased tickets to the Harry Styles Album Release Concert at The Forum. Unfortunately, my seller did not release the tickets, and now Stubhub is supposed to provide "replacement" tickets. The customer service representative informed me that the replacement agents are currently unavailable. It's concerning that the concert is less than 24 hours away, and I am unsure how they will manage to find tickets in time. I am frustrated and would like this matter resolved immediately. I have spent over $[redacted] on a flight to Los Angeles for this event, and the uncertainty of not having tickets is causing me stress. I hope the situation can be sorted out promptly.

My name is Tara H. and I have used StubHub multiple times without any issues until recently. I bought tickets in September for a December game in New York, but when I arrived at the venue, I couldn't download the tickets. This left me upset, embarrassed, and irritated. I had to purchase two new tickets for $[redacted] each on top of the $[redacted] I already spent. I am now back in Philadelphia and would like a refund for the initial tickets. My email service was acquired by Google and suddenly shut down. Unfortunately, my StubHub tickets were associated with that email address. I am unable to recall my StubHub login details to access my tickets as the password reset is linked to my inaccessible email. I am looking for assistance to either update my email address on StubHub to retrieve my tickets or receive a code on my phone to reset my password and then update my email information on the StubHub account.

I bought 2 tickets for the 2-day Light All Night (LAN) passes and unfortunately fell victim to a scam by the seller, Nicholas Landis. Upon attempting to enter the event, I discovered the tickets had already been scanned hours earlier, rendering them invalid. It seems he either reused them or sold them to multiple individuals. Regrettably, the event was sold out, and the LAN staff could not offer assistance. I'm seeking a refund and would like to report this seller for his fraudulent actions. I bought a parking pass for Arrowhead Stadium on 12/29/19, but received one for a lot far from the stadium and not an official pass. I've had multiple unsuccessful attempts to resolve this issue through customer service chats, Facebook, and a phone call that was abruptly ended. I'm seeking a full refund for order #[redacted]21 from StubHub.

While searching for additional seats, I noticed Stubhub listing the exact Row Y seat [redacted] that I already bought. I am confused as to why this seat is showing as available on their site. I purchased 2 tickets on StubHub for the Juventus vs. Brescia match on Sunday, February 16th at 3:00 PM. I bought them in the Juventus stadium's away section because my friends are Brescia fans and prefer to be with their friends. Unfortunately, they informed us that if we do not send them Juventus fan cards, we won't be allowed in and won't be refunded for the tickets. I kindly ask for a solution to this issue. I purchased two tickets for the Army West Point vs Bentley College hockey game held on Fri, Feb 7, [redacted], which I bought on Feb 6, [redacted]. I have encountered two significant issues with the transaction and am seeking a refund, which I believe is fair and justified. The StubHub site did not display the actual ticket price of $15.00 each, plus $0.48 fees, totaling $15.48. The seating chart inaccurately represented only a small section (section [redacted]) as available, implying that all other seats were sold out when, in reality, there were hundreds of seats unoccupied across the arena. This misinformation was misleading and dishonest, given that the event had limited ticket sales and minimal attendance. Despite purchasing tickets for $49 each, totaling $98 plus a $29.99 charge equating to $[redacted].99, tickets were available at the door for $15 each. While I understand a reasonable upcharge for tickets bought through StubHub, the [redacted]% markup I experienced for tickets that were not in high demand and misrepresented on the website seating chart feels like a scam.
