Order #[redacted]12:
I received an email on 8/10 stating my ticket was sold, and I clicked the link to access my StubHub account for processing. The page mentioned about a "Confirm Transfer" button, but it was not visible to me. I assumed I was good to go as per the instructions. Despite multiple attempts and checking the FAQs, I couldn't finalize the sale on various devices. I urgently needed to sell my ticket, and I am disappointed by the lack of clarity on the website. Missing the sale opportunity and facing charges now has been frustrating. I kindly request StubHub to waive the $39.60 fee from my account. Thank you.

Hello,
I'm reaching out regarding a service charge dispute with Stubhub related to listing My Morning Jacket tickets at Forest Hills on August 10th. I removed the tickets the night before the concert as I decided to attend, only to discover the tickets were still sold. I contacted customer support but did not receive a clear explanation. Furthermore, upon trying to log back into my account, there was confusion due to maintenance linking my friend's account to mine, potentially complicating matters.
I assure you I was not scalping tickets and have been a loyal Stubhub user. The $60 charge resulting from this maintenance issue seems unfair. I've attached the cancellation order for reference and kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
Thank you for your attention to this issue.
Best regards,
Ryan P. #[redacted]44

I purchased a ticket for tomorrow's Giants versus A's game. After receiving confirmation of the sale, I encountered difficulties downloading the tickets due to a password issue. Despite attempting to reset the password, I was unable to do so due to another account conflict. I contacted customer service, and a helpful representative located my order and sent paper tickets. I am still unable to receive the tickets on my cell phone. The total cost for the tickets, including fees, was approximately $68.

I recently attended the Florida Georgia Line concert at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater in Tinley Park on August 9, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I encountered ticket issues upon arrival at the gate. Despite my attempts, including seeking help from the box office and contacting Stub Hub customer service, my mobile tickets did not load properly. This caused me to miss a significant portion of the concert. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the tickets were not available as indicated in the order confirmation email. I was eventually provided with ticket stubs to enter the event, but the experience was disappointing given the significance of the concert to me. As a gesture of fairness, my friends and I are requesting reimbursement for the missed concert. We are interested in attending the Florida Georgia Line concert in Indianapolis on September 7, [redacted], as it is conveniently located for us. We hope for a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you.

On the 16th of August at 4:56 PM, I purchased NFL tickets for the Bucs Game scheduled for 7:30 PM on the same night. The order numbers are #[redacted]46, #[redacted]69, and #[redacted]68. I mistakenly bought the tickets as a guest and faced difficulty accessing them due to NFL restrictions. Even after transferring them to my email, I couldn't find a bar code on the tickets.
Upon contacting Stubhub, I spoke with three different agents for a total of 40 minutes but the issue remained unresolved. The last agent assured me a refund, citing ongoing problems with NFL tickets. Later, at 7:31 PM, I received a text advising me to go to the stadium box office with my receipt to get a ticket, an impractical solution given the game had already started at 7:30 PM. The email with similar instructions arrived at 8:30 PM, an hour after the game commenced.
I am requesting a refund as no ticket was available before the game. The instructions provided by Stubhub via text and email were untimely and unreasonable, considering the circumstances.
Sincerely,
K. Steinberg

There seems to be an issue with Order #[redacted]90 involving Burning Man tickets. While trying to list only 2 tickets, there was an error that displayed another order (#[redacted]28) for a 3rd ticket, which I do not have available to sell. I have tried contacting them via email and phone, but only received a callback where I was placed on hold and couldn't speak to anyone before they closed. I need to rectify this error as I did not intend to create an additional listing. I plan to ship the tickets for Order #[redacted]28 promptly. Thank you.

I recently received an email notifying me of charges for three tickets on August 16 that I did not order. I have not used StubHub or eBay in months, so I am concerned about how my email and card number were compromised. The ticket invoices in question are [redacted]06, [redacted]79, and [redacted]97. I refrained from opening the other emails to prevent further access to my information. Visa advised me to reach out to you prior to taking further action. While I am hopeful for a refund, I am also eager to understand how this breach occurred. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I want to caution everyone about using the StubHub app and recommend verifying your purchase date before confirming it. Due to this issue, I have removed the app from my phone and now only use the web version on my computer. If you happen to buy tickets for the wrong date, StubHub will exempt you from the 15% reselling fee. They already collect 10% on your initial purchase, another 10% on the second purchase, plus two 15% fees from your sellers, this is their revenue model. It's crucial to double-check your dates. I learned from a customer service supervisor in Mexico (where the call center is located) that if you want to speak with a U.S.-based agent, you may need to call multiple times until you reach someone with an American accent. It seems easier for Spanish speakers. I would suggest dedicating extra time to connect with a U.S.-based representative if you struggle with accents. Unfortunately, I have not been successful in reaching a native English-speaking agent, leading me to believe they might not have them.

I have been communicating with several StubHub representatives regarding order number [redacted]53. Due to a misunderstanding and change in plans, I was unable to provide the 4 tickets I had listed. StubHub canceled the transaction, charging me a penalty of $[redacted] per their user agreement clause. I spoke with agents Aisha, Topher, and supervisor Kaylee regarding waiving this fee but was told that the penalty stands. I understand and take responsibility for my mistake, but find the severe penalty punitive. I am asking for a review by someone with the authority to potentially forgive this charge. I believe in learning from mistakes and the importance of fairness and compassion. Going forward, I am more knowledgeable and confident in using StubHub. I hope this message reaches the appropriate person for resolution. Thank you. - Peter Steed

Hello StubHub, I recently purchased tickets for a Bill Burr event from your website. The tickets indicated specific seat numbers (50 and 51), leading me to believe I had seated tickets for myself and a friend. Upon arrival at the event, located [redacted] miles away, I discovered that the tickets were marked as standing room only, forcing me to stand for the entire 2-hour show due to a knee issue. This resulted in me missing a significant portion of the event. I am disappointed by the mislabeled tickets and will explore alternative ticket vendors in the future. I understand there may not be a resolution, but I wanted to express how inaccurate ticket labeling can impact customer satisfaction. Additionally, I attempted to contact your customer service via email without success. It is frustrating when it is challenging to address concerns directly. Hopefully, this feedback reaches someone at StubHub. Thank you, Andrew.

I had chosen to purchase tickets for the Jonas Brothers concert on Thursday, September 19th, [redacted], at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. During checkout, I was given the option to upgrade my seats for an additional $38.75 per ticket to better seats in the same row. The original seats I selected were in section floor 2, row 1, seats 16 and 17. The upgraded seats were row 1, seats 7 and 8, closer to the center of the stage. However, upon receiving my tickets, I realized that the "upgrade" actually placed me in section [redacted], far from the stage and off to the right. These seats were not an upgrade as promised and were much worse than my original selection. I believe this is misleading and request a refund or credit to purchase the front row tickets I had initially intended to buy. I am willing to transfer the tickets to someone else.

However, this did not resolve my issue, and I would like a refund for the $5 payment.

Email: [redacted]
Phone: [redacted]
Thank you for your assistance in quickly resolving this matter.

Hello, I'm Loryn Ghilarducci, and I am seeking a refund. I bought a ticket for the Florida Georgia Line concert at Toyota Amphitheatre on Thursday, September 26. Despite my efforts, the ticket never loaded on my phone, causing me to miss part of the show and buy another ticket at the box office. This issue affected other StubHub buyers as well. I kindly request a refund due to the inconvenience and disappointment I experienced trying to enter the concert. Thank you.

I bought two tickets for the Bucs vs. Panthers game in London. It said I could pick up my tickets three hours before the event at a location near the venue. It's been almost 3 months, and I still don't know where to get them. I'll be traveling a long way, and London is a big city. Why can't I find out where to get my tickets beforehand? How will I be notified of the pickup location? Who do I contact if I don't have my tickets before the game? I paid a lot for these tickets, and now they're selling for much less. Can I get a refund? This is frustrating, especially considering the service fee. I just want to secure my tickets and enjoy the game stress-free.

I have attempted multiple times to reach out regarding the ticket delivery, but unfortunately, I faced unhelpful responses. Despite having the tickets as promised, I encountered an issue when attempting to transfer them through your site. Even though I tried my best, the transfer did not go through, causing unnecessary obstacles. Additionally, the lack of assistance when seeking guidance on the process was frustrating. Although I believed the problem was resolved when the buyer contacted me directly, I was surprised to find out that I am still being charged, even though the buyer received the tickets. It is disheartening to experience these challenges when I have fulfilled my end of the agreement. I kindly request your help in addressing this matter promptly, as I have put in considerable effort to honor the original agreement, but the technical hindrances have made it difficult. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I've attempted multiple times to contact you to deliver the promised tickets, but encountered unhelpful responses. Despite my efforts to transfer the tickets, I faced challenges on your website that prevented it. I sought assistance but found no resolution. Even though the buyer received the tickets through direct contact, I am being charged. I am frustrated by the lack of support and the inconvenience caused by this situation. I believe I should not be charged when I have fulfilled my end of the deal. Kindly address this matter promptly to resolve the issue.

I purchased a ticket for Lana Del Rey in August, but I have not received it yet. I need to reach out to the seller to get my ticket. If I cannot, I would like a refund. Yesterday, a representative assured me they would contact the seller, and I was supposed to receive my ticket by 10 am. Unfortunately, I have not received it yet. I have been attempting to contact customer support, but each time I reach the menu to speak with someone, the system disconnects the call.

I mistakenly entered the incorrect bank account number when selling tickets on StubHub. I urgently need to update this information before the tickets are delivered. I shipped the tickets today, so time is of the essence. My new account details are Transit [redacted], Bank ID [redacted], Acct # [redacted]. Please assist me in making this change promptly. Alternatively, I am open to switching the payment method to PayPal if that simplifies the process.

My order number [redacted]6 was for four tickets to the LSU/Florida football game last week. The tickets were for Section [redacted], Row 14, Seats 1, 2, 3, and 4 priced at $1,[redacted]. I received notification that my seats were upgraded to Section [redacted], Row 35 for $1,[redacted]. However, upon arrival, the seats had an obstructed view. I have photos available if needed. The obstructed view only allowed us to see 40% of the field due to the roofline while standing; while sitting, we couldn't see the clock or video screens. As the game started, everyone in front of us stood up, further hindering our view. Disappointed, two members of my group left after the first quarter and watched the game at an LSU tailgate. The upgraded tickets were a major disappointment and were much worse than the original seats in Row 14.
