My boyfriend purchased tickets for a football game, and we got the email with the ticket download link. Initially, everything was fine. However, we are unable to download the tickets, and attempts to contact them have been unsuccessful. Despite sending multiple emails and trying to call, we are from Switzerland, making it challenging. The football game has already taken place, and we have not received any updates. I am concerned about the money spent and hope for a refund at the very least.

I am seeking assistance regarding my situation. I recently bought tickets to see the Eagles at MSG in NYC tonight. In preparing to possibly resell the tickets due to a change in plans, I discovered that my Stubhub account is locked, preventing me from logging in. I attempted to reset the password and use Facebook login with no success.
In [redacted], I encountered an issue with a sale of lawn seats for Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds in Saratoga Springs, NY. A connectivity problem led to my tickets being listed twice, causing confusion for a buyer. I was informed by a representative today that I must resolve a $69.20 charge dispute to reactivate my account. I was unaware of my account being locked or the need to address a banking matter. This was my first time selling on Stubhub, and I assure you it was an unintended error. I value my relationship with Stubhub and have made multiple ticket purchases without resale. I hope to resolve this misunderstanding promptly.

I received an email regarding my recent order, stating that due to an issue, my order for Harry Styles Dublin Tickets on 02/16/[redacted] has been canceled, and my account is temporarily locked for security purposes. I contacted customer service through live chat, was given an incorrect number, then spoke on the phone with a representative who mentioned the trust and safety team would reach out within 48 hours. However, it has been a week without any updates. I am disappointed with the lack of communication regarding this matter. Numerous attempts to contact customer service have not provided any clarity, leaving me frustrated with the current handling of the situation.

I am requesting a refund for my Riverdance show tickets at Radio City Music Hall for March 15, [redacted]. I previously spoke with a representative who advised me to resell the tickets, but given the current National Emergency and uncertainty surrounding the show's rescheduling, this is not feasible. I traveled from out of state for this event and cannot return for a future date. With the ongoing coronavirus outbreak, selling the tickets is impractical. I plan to escalate this issue through Paypal and the Better Business Bureau. My order number is [redacted]98, and the purchase totaled $[redacted].89 on Jan 8, [redacted]. I believe this situation warrants an exception to your standard refund policies.

I purchased 3 River Dance tickets for April 1st through StubHub. The tickets were supposed to arrive by March 23rd, and with the current COVID-19 situation and closures, I wanted to know if the show had been rescheduled. Due to the virus and state regulations, I will be staying home as instructed. I am requesting a full refund for the tickets due to health risks. I believe the event may have been rescheduled, but I am not interested in attending at a later date because plans are uncertain. I bought the tickets to take my mother in April. Could you please advise on the refund process for these tickets? Thank you, Holly.

I bought tickets for the Hamilton show on December 1, [redacted], for the March 13, [redacted], performance. The total cost was $[redacted].55. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the event got canceled. Ticketmaster emailed me to inform me of the cancellation and that the refund was processed to the original buyer from Ticketmaster. The transfer order number is 1-[redacted]/LA2. Ticketmaster stated they couldn't issue me a refund as I didn't directly buy the tickets from them but purchased them through StubHub from an individual who then transferred them to me. I'm seeking assistance in resolving this matter as I purchased three tickets; one for me and two for my sisters-in-law who also seek a refund. I look forward to your prompt response.

Hello! I hope you're doing well. I wanted to reach out with a concern regarding the Bruce Hornsby concert tickets I purchased for the April 14th show, which has been postponed. Back in mid-March, I contacted StubHub and spoke with Nathan who assured me of a refund. However, I recently learned that for postponed events, refunds are not issued but rather tickets are transferred to a later date. While I appreciate the gesture, my husband's busy schedule makes attending a rescheduled event difficult for us. Given the circumstances, I would like to understand how I can proceed to obtain the monetary refund as originally indicated. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time!
Best regards,
Heather T.

I purchased Houston Astros tickets on January 4, [redacted]. When I reached out to StubHub on April 4, [redacted], they explained my options due to the game postponement. I decided to opt for a refund as my husband and I spent $[redacted].78 on four tickets and $81.30 on a parking pass. I kept in touch with StubHub, holding onto emails outlining my choices. However, on May 13 and 14, [redacted], I was informed that both my parking pass and game tickets were canceled and that a [redacted]% credit was applied to my account on May 19, [redacted]. This sudden change eliminated my refund choice, contrary to what I was originally advised. When I contacted StubHub on May 20, [redacted], they declined my request for a refund, stating I could only receive cash by making a purchase and reselling it. Feeling frustrated, I discovered I was not alone in my dissatisfaction with StubHub's policy shift just before canceling games.

The baseball game scheduled for March 26th did not happen due to the pandemic. Despite this, StubHub insisted on an official cancellation by MLB before issuing a refund. After nearly 60 days, an announcement was made, and only then did StubHub mention refunds. However, instead of a refund to the credit card as per the original contract, they offered a voucher credit. Upon calling and referencing the contract terms for a full refund, StubHub agreed to issue one. Surprisingly, the email only mentioned a coupon, not a refund option. Following more delays, another call was made, and StubHub said they had "initiated" the refund process, which may take up to [redacted] days to reflect on the credit card. The extended delay seems unreasonable in today's electronic age, leaving uncertainty about when the money will be returned. The process of obtaining the promised refund from StubHub has been frustrating, and it's unclear how to expedite the release of the funds.

I bought four tickets at the Alamodome box office in San Antonio, TX, for an event canceled by the UIL and the city. Due to the Coronavirus shutdown in place until July 31, [redacted], the Alamodome remains closed. Security personnel at the Alamodome have indicated that ticket refunds will be processed starting July 31, [redacted]. I haven't received a refund yet, but once the Alamodome issues them, I will repay StubHub $[redacted].92 for the tickets. If needed, StubHub can verify this information with the Alamodome or the City of San Antonio, TX. I have already provided this information to StubHub Customer Service in the last 64 days. I purchased 11 tickets for an August 9, [redacted] baseball game at Miller Park to celebrate our 50th anniversary. The event was significant as my husband and I met at a Cubs game 51 years ago. Initially concerned about the Coronavirus, StubHub assured me of a full refund if the game was canceled. Despite multiple reassurances from StubHub representatives, when I received notice of the game's cancellation on July 16, a [redacted]% Coupon was offered. I spoke with Palarchie on July 20, explaining our inability to use a coupon due to our age and health concerns during this pandemic. As senior citizens needing stability, we requested a full refund to our Visa card promptly. Your cooperation on this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Mary Ann Tyler.

In February, I purchased tickets for a BTS concert in Atlanta, Georgia. Despite BTS not touring in Korea, I doubt they will come to North America. The tickets cost me over $[redacted]. I am seeking a refund from Stub Hub for the purchase. I do not want a coupon as I rarely attend events requiring tickets. In June, I contacted Allianze, who should protect my ticket purchase in such cases. An agent assured me the tickets were still valid and mentioned I would be contacted if anything changed. However, I have not received any emails from Stub Hub regarding the concert. Today, on 8/12, I contacted Allianze again to check the status of the concert and inquire about getting a refund, but they could not locate my information in their records. I am now requesting a refund directly from Stub Hub for the amount spent.

I attempted to purchase tickets for the Bojangles Southern [redacted] - NASCAR Cup Series in Darlington, SC. Despite buying one set of tickets, upon clicking "buy now" for two additional sets, the site indicated the tickets were gone. The first set was OrderID #[redacted]67, Brasington Tower, Row 9, seats 20 and 21. The second set was OrderID #[redacted]59, Brasington Tower, Row 9, seats 18 and 19. Afterward, I successfully purchased tickets with OrderID #[redacted]46. I am now in possession of 6 tickets when I only require 2 due to the website indicating the tickets were already sold. This error has cost me $1,[redacted], and I urgently need this matter resolved.

Hello,
I am reaching out regarding a refund I requested from Stubhub for two Tampa Bay Buccaneers tickets I purchased back in June as a Father's Day gift for my dad and myself. The total amount came to nearly $[redacted], and I was relieved to find out that I would be receiving a cash refund, considering the recent issues with event cancellations and coupons being issued instead of refunds. It was disappointing to learn that it may take up to 4 months to process my refund, as I cannot afford to wait that long. The $[redacted] is a significant sum for me, saved specifically for this special gift for my father who has been through a lot in the past year dealing with various health challenges. At this time, having the refund sooner rather than later would greatly help as bills are accumulating and financial uncertainties are high.

Dear Stub Hub Help Center,
I am reaching out regarding my order number: [redacted]25 for the canceled event at the Ohio Theater in Columbus, Ohio on May 3, [redacted] due to Covid-19. I understand the circumstances were beyond control. As I am facing financial strain from the situation, I kindly request a refund. I was informed by a representative that refunds would be processed once a few months had elapsed and no shows were rescheduled. I am in urgent need of this refund to assist with other outstanding bills. I appreciate your attention to this matter.
Thank you,
Claudia R.

I was initially told it would take 90 days to receive a refund of nearly $[redacted]. Then, they extended it to [redacted] days. Now that the [redacted] days have passed, I have yet to receive my money back. Additionally, I had tickets to a Roger Waters show that didn't occur three weeks ago. I believe that if a show doesn't happen and no new date is scheduled by the original show date, it should be considered canceled. However, I'm being told that I have to wait for the band to decide what to do. StubHub is keeping everyone's money and benefiting from the interest as they hold our funds. It's frustrating that they are prolonging the process indefinitely. I am planning to take legal action against StubHub for the money I spent on shows that were canceled. This situation is unacceptable, and I will seek reimbursement for damages, legal fees, and anything else my lawyer suggests I can pursue.

I recently received a notice from StubHub stating that the event I purchased tickets for has been canceled. The email assured me that I will receive a full refund, including all fees, through the same payment method used for the purchase. Despite the delay in processing refunds due to current circumstances, I have not received mine yet. The event in question was the AC Milan vs Juventus FC Tickets, with reservation number [redacted]35. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you.

I recently bought tickets for a Dallas Cowboys football game on November 8, [redacted]. Initially, I encountered an issue with the first set of seats, so I tried again and successfully purchased tickets for sect [redacted], row 9, seats 23-26. I received an email confirming my order #[redacted]22. However, upon checking my bank account, I noticed an extra charge of $[redacted] for a transaction that shouldn't be there. This charge does not appear on my StubHub account or history. I tried contacting customer service, but the office was closed. I am seeking assistance in correcting this error and obtaining a refund for the unauthorized charge promptly. Thank you.

I purchased 4 tickets for a Billie Eilish concert last fall, intending to go with my boyfriend and another couple. Unfortunately, plans changed and I ended up selling the tickets through StubHub for a small profit of $[redacted]. Now, amidst the pandemic with reduced work hours, I am struggling financially. StubHub is asking me to repay for the ticket sales due to their losses. I feel frustrated as I followed their suggested pricing to ensure a sale and now I am being penalized. Even though I will be refunded by Ticketmaster, I will owe StubHub almost $[redacted]. It seems unfair that StubHub is keeping both my money and the resale buyer's money, especially since they already collected significant fees from both of us. I am willing to cover the original ticket cost of $[redacted].60 but do not believe I should be charged for profits not returned to the buyers in addition to the fees already collected. This experience with StubHub has been extremely disappointing in terms of customer service.
