I subscribed to Spotify Premium on June 26, [redacted], paying $11.99 monthly in Australia. I traveled to Antarctica and the USA on November 12, [redacted], expecting to access my music offline without ads as advertised, even in a submarine. However, I was unable to access my downloaded content overseas, and there were ads when I could access it. Since returning to Australia on December 26, I am still receiving ads despite having Premium. I'm disappointed as I subscribed before my trip to ensure the service worked properly. I am unable to access my Spotify premium account under [redacted] as it says my password and email do not match. When trying to reset the password, the system claims my email is not associated with the account. This situation is similar to when my Instagram account, also linked to the same email, got hacked. I am experiencing a situation with a recurring charge on my savings bank account that occurred while I was abroad. I recently discovered charges from various companies, one of which seems to be Spotify. The transactions were made via ACH using a bank card ending in #[redacted] or the bank account number #[redacted]. Due to these unexpected charges, my account was depleted and subsequently closed. While this was an unfortunate situation, it did prevent further unauthorized charges. Hello, I encountered a problem with my Spotify account. I signed up for a 30-day trial in November but have forgotten my login details. I cannot access my account to cancel the premium subscription before the payment due on 31/1/[redacted]. I was subscribed to Premium for Students at $4.99 per month, but today I was charged $10.59. I have checked for any duplicate accounts but haven't found any. I'm experiencing an issue with the Spotify application on my PC where ads aren't loading consistently. To resolve this, I have been force-closing the application through the task manager and re-launching it, which works about 80-90% of the time in my experience. It seems like the app doesn't shut down properly when clicking the 'x' button, leading to internal errors in the code. Despite being a former premium subscriber for 2-3 years, I haven't had much success getting help from Spotify support. This problem occurs intermittently, ranging from once every 1-3 weeks to multiple times per day. My internet speed is over 300mbps, and I use a gaming computer, so I don't see any reason for these recurring issues.

I am a Spotify Premium subscriber and typically only listen to my liked music and Zen playlists. Recently, I noticed unfamiliar songs in my liked music and a "Rap and Hip Hop" playlist in my "recently played" section, which I do not listen to. Despite mostly using three playlists - Zen, liked music, and nitro puffs - a new band appeared as my most played artist. I suspect someone may be using my account, although I have not shared my login details and log in through Facebook. I am concerned as I pay for the service. Is there a way to check which devices are connected to my account or log out from all devices to ensure no unauthorized access?

Hello, I created an account for my boyfriend about a year and a half ago, but he stopped using it after 6 months. Despite not accessing the account, I noticed that my credit card has been charged $15 monthly for the past year. I attempted to stop the payments at the bank, but the charges continued. Even when the card on file expired, the charges persisted. My boyfriend has not logged into his Spotify or email account linked to Spotify in over a year due to forgotten passwords. The financial strain caused by these unauthorized charges has been difficult, especially as I've been living paycheck to paycheck because of health issues. I need help with my Spotify account. Now I have two accounts - a regular one and another with my school email for free Premium. Everything was fine until I got logged out after three weeks. I am writing to address some issues with my Spotify subscription. I initially subscribed on March 5, [redacted], using the email [redacted] Due to problems with this email, I switched to [redacted] and cancelled my subscription (account ending in [redacted]) on August 27, [redacted]. Although I paid for the subscriptions on August 5 and 27, [redacted], I did not have access to Spotify Premium during this time. I resumed payments from October 1 but continued to have issues accessing Spotify, as both my old and new email addresses were not functioning. When using 'Alexa' to access Spotify Premium, I received a message indicating that my subscription was invalid. I request a cancellation and refund for my current Spotify subscription, which is being paid with a Marbles Credit card, for the period I was unable to access the service. Additionally, I would like to update my email address from Sky to [redacted] I hope to receive a prompt response and resolve these matters soon.

I signed up for Spotify to join my family subscription. Unfortunately, my username consists of random numbers and letters, making it hard for friends to find me. I discovered that the only way to change my username was to delete my account and start over. After a chat with Spotify rep Paul R, he helped me delete my account, allowing me to create a new one with a custom username. However, upon making a new account with a unique username, I was still given a random one. I deleted that account as well. I am frustrated as I just want a Spotify account with a distinct username to connect with friends. Since I don’t have a Facebook account, I feel stuck. It seems impossible to have a unique username on Spotify without linking to Facebook.

Yesterday, I encountered an issue where I was logged out of my Spotify Premium account. After attempting to reset my password, I realized my email was no longer associated with my account. I have noticed that Meijer Shoes has been deducting $9.99 and $14.99 from my account. While the $14.99 charge is for the family plan, the $9.99 deduction since October [redacted] is unclear. I am only subscribed to one Spotify account, under Evelise R. for the family plan. I request a refund of the $9.99 charged monthly dating back to October [redacted], as I believe it is incorrect to charge me twice for the same service. For the past three months, I have been consistently charged $9.99 despite contacting your support team and providing all requested information. I seem to have been double-charged for two accounts on my credit cards even though I only have recollection of one account starting with the username ar. I would like to keep this account and request that the other account, which I cannot access or find on my Spotify profile, be deactivated. Kindly confirm when this has been completed. I am 66 years old and not very tech-savvy. Every month on the 2nd, my payment is deducted, causing my checking account to fall into arrears. I am currently $40 in debt, just like last month. I rely on Social Security and cannot afford this situation, but I want to continue enjoying my music. After finally figuring out how to contact you, I realize the process should be simpler for seniors like me who love music but struggle with technology. I have been a Premium user of Spotify since it launched in the UK, with a family account. We are unable to listen to music simultaneously through our Sonos system - my wife in her studio and me in another part of the house. While she uses the Sonos app, I listen via Bluetooth on a computer. The issue seems to be with Spotify, not Sonos.
