I reported my card as lost on July 6th and asked for an expedited replacement through Fedex. It has been 25 days now, and I have had no access to my money for essential items like food and medications. Every time I contact "1-[redacted]" or "1-[redacted]," the automated system prompts me for my card or SS number. Since I never received the replacement card, I've been using my SS number. However, it then requests my pin, which doesn't match my card and asks me to change it. But to change the pin, it asks for the card number that I never received. It's a frustrating cycle, and I cannot reach a person for assistance. I urgently need help either receiving a replacement card or having the funds transferred to my checking account as my bills are now overdue due to this prolonged issue.

I've been using my Skype telephone number, [redacted], for several years. Recently, friends have told me it's not working. I don't know what could be wrong. I have money in my Skype account in case there are any charges. I'd like to keep this number as some business contacts also use it. I can access the second account, but the first account, which is used for work, is inaccessible. When I try to log in using the phone number of the first account, it takes me to the second account. Using the Skype name of the first account returns an error stating the Microsoft account doesn't exist. Additionally, trying to sign in with Github using my work email prompts an error message indicating the email is part of a reserved domain. I then tried using another email address, but the site was temporarily unavailable. Any assistance on how to access my first Skype account for work would be greatly appreciated.

I am reaching out on behalf of my client who is experiencing difficulties accessing her Skype account. I have been using a Skype account for nearly 8 years, but I encountered issues signing in about 4 months ago. Despite several attempts, I couldn't regain access, so I made a new account. Now, a friend who was previously out of touch has reappeared online, prompting me to try recovering my original account. Unfortunately, my attempts to reset the password through Microsoft's email option have been unsuccessful. A few years back, we were active Skpye users. However, we've been locked out of our accounts ever since. Accessing the service has become impossible. Despite countless hours spent trying to rectify this issue with Skype, it remains unsolved. For years now, we've been charged double, a total of $2.99 each month, for a service that's inaccessible to us. Attempts to cancel have proved futile as contacting you through phone or email seems impossible. We've unknowingly paid hundreds of dollars without any benefit in return. We urgently request that all charges cease on our debit card and that a refund be issued promptly.
