Issue: Having trouble launching Red Dead Redemption 2 for PC. After clicking the Story button, the game freezes with sepia-colored drawings fading in and out. Multiple attempts to resolve the problem have been made to no avail, including disabling antivirus, updating Nvidia drivers, and adjusting graphics settings through GeForce Experience. The game consistently freezes at the same point during startup.

I believe I have been unfairly targeted in the game. Another player was depositing large sums of money on my character, causing issues with the game's limits. My rank was also manipulated, increasing unexpectedly. I shut down and restarted my computer, only to find my achievements claiming I reached levels 50 and [redacted], even though my rank was at 21. I encountered a bug while selling an item in the game. It kept selling repeatedly, resulting in me getting more money than I should have. Despite restarting the game, the extra money persisted. I continued playing for a few hours with the unintended funds, culminating in a 30-day suspension. I had dedicated 18-hour days for four days to reach level 33 and attain the max bounty hunter level in RDR online, only to face losing all my progress. I wish for the surplus money to be removed, items purchased with it to be revoked, and to be reverted to my initial state before the glitch. I simply want to resume playing with my friend without being hindered by the repercussions of this bug-induced ban.

I haven't used my Rockstar account for a while, but when I tried to log in to play RedDead2 on PC, I encountered a password issue. After resetting my password and receiving an email in Russian notifying me of a change in email address associated with my account, I realized there might be a mix-up. I managed to recover my account and set up 2FA but then got contacted by someone claiming I had taken their Social Club account. I recently discovered that my account was compromised a few months ago when I couldn't access it to make a purchase. After reclaiming the account with the help of past emails I had overlooked, I have now enabled two-step verification to prevent future unauthorized access. However, the hacker changed my account nickname, and since the system only allows one nickname change per year, I am now stuck with a name I dislike. I submitted a refund request for Red Dead Redemption 2 on the game launcher form, stating my preference for a refund. After initiating the process by clicking the refund icon, I received an initial response acknowledging my possible desire for a refund. I confirmed my request, and two days later, I was presented with three options via email, one of which was the refund. I promptly provided my order number and reiterated my request. Unfortunately, I have not received any updates or confirmation regarding the refund status in the past five days. The lack of communication from the customer service team is concerning, especially considering it has been nine days since my initial inquiry.

I had over 1,[redacted],[redacted] in my GTA Bank account. I went to the Maze Bank Foreclosure site to buy a Bunker for 1,[redacted],[redacted] by trading in my current bunker to save over 500k. As I confirmed the purchase, a message popped up saying the game disconnected and took me to story mode. Upon returning to online mode, my account showed only [redacted],[redacted], and I didn't acquire the new Bunker. I lost the money without receiving anything. I want the money back so I can continue enjoying the game. I worked hard in my Facility to earn that money and wanted to upgrade for location convenience. The total loss was $1,[redacted],[redacted], and I didn't gain the Bunker I tried to purchase. Please assist me.

I encountered an issue during a mission where I needed to collect crates by destroying buzzard choppers. Although the missiles hit but didn't explode, the real problem arose when the third crate appeared to be on top of a building on the map. Using my oppressor MK1, I attempted to retrieve the crate but found it located inside a vent system, making it inaccessible. Subsequently, my oppressor glitched and exploded, leading me to call for a Frogger from Pegasus to reach the building. However, the Frogger also glitched and exploded inside the building, resulting in the loss of my only mode of transportation. Despite my efforts to locate the missing crate, it was nowhere to be found before the glitch caused me to lose all progress. I recently bought a copy of Red Dead Redemption 2 for PC, but I am facing issues during startup. When I launch the game, I receive an error message saying "RDR2 exited unexpectedly." Following the instructions on Rockstar support, I adjusted the compatibility settings on the .exe file, but now I am getting an error stating "Unable to launch RDR2 due to a lack of privileges on the game library directory." This is a message regarding Red Dead Redemption 2 Online gameplay on the morning of November 19, [redacted], between 3 and 4 am Pacific Time. During my game session, I encountered an issue while trying to collect the [redacted] Nickel coin near Annesburg. My character glitched during the "Dig" animation, causing me to lose control and subsequently lose the coin. Despite my efforts to respawn and search for it again, the coin was nowhere to be found, even with the metal detector. This mishap disrupted my collection run and resulted in a loss of in-game currency. I kindly request assistance in retrieving the lost coin. I am having issues with summoning my hunting wagon in the game. Every time I try to call it, I end up with the smallest cart available at the stable. It doesn't respond when I'm standing near a stable or out in the open. Also, animals don't seem to spawn when I'm using the wagon. I believe a refund of the $[redacted] I spent on it, as well as the $[redacted] insurance, is necessary due to the malfunction. These problems make the game less enjoyable as I try to engage in trading activities. Waiting for a wagon in vulnerable positions leaves me open to attacks from other players. Currently, I am facing difficulties and challenges in the game that need to be addressed.

Hello. Today, while working in the office, I attempted to retrieve my Oppressor MK II to return to the office, but it was missing from the mechanic and my biker club. The only vehicles visible were my Bati [redacted] and Sanctus. I searched online and found others with the same issue. Even my office Assistant couldn't locate the Oppressor. Hello, my name is Joel Miranda. I am an officer in Miami. I purchased a game for my son two days ago for his 15th birthday. Unfortunately, since he started playing online, he has been harassed by other players. While he can handle the verbal harassment, I am concerned about someone taking control of his character, kicking him from lobbies, and using cheats in the game. My son simply wants to play with his friends without these disruptions. It took me hours to regain control of his GTA character after a hacker interfered. I even had to ask for help from a knowledgeable computer expert to combat the hacker. Despite my efforts, the hacker persisted and eventually got my son banned. I have contacted Rockstar about this issue, but I am yet to receive a response. My concern is not only about the in-game breach but also about the security of my entire computer system. I urge for accountability and action in such cases.
