I have encountered an issue with transferring my GTA5 game progress from Xbox [redacted] to Xbox One. Despite linking my account to my social club and using the same email address, I am missing player benefits like the hangar and garage in story mode on my new console. I thoroughly enjoy the game, but it is disappointing not to have access to features I obtained when playing on the Xbox [redacted]. I hope customer support can verify my previous ownership of the game on the Xbox [redacted] to ensure I receive the corresponding benefits on the Xbox One. Thank you.

My GTA V profile, SKULLSxBONEx419, has been disallowed, and I am uncertain why. I hardly use communication features due to my language and the presence of children. I typically mind my own business but face unprovoked attacks in the game, leading to me exiting and restarting for a better experience. Unfortunately, reporting or trying to defend myself escalates the situation. I have hearing impairments, so I can't use a microphone, and when I respond to insults, I face bans or suspensions. I feel unjustly treated considering the money and loyalty I have shown to Rockstar Games over the years. I have been a fan since the early GTA and Red Dead games, but the current situation feels exploitative, unfair, and dissatisfying.

Could the label above the characters' heads or in the cars in the game be removed? It would be great for the upcoming GTA6 online gameplay to not make us such easy targets on the map. It could add more excitement if players had to figure out who was who and add a challenge to recovering from being defeated or competing for the most kills. Consider releasing a DLC for GTA5 with this new gameplay idea as a trial run. It could be called the "Happy Hunting DLC." Thank you.

Hello, my name is Subdue72. I was playing Red Dead Redemption 2 on my PS4 tonight. At 8:50 pm CST, I attempted a local trade delivery sale for $[redacted]. After starting the sale mission, my TV screen went black for about a minute and then my sales mission loaded, but there was no delivery wagon in-game; it seemed to have glitched out. I waited for the wagon to appear during the sale mission, but it never did. The time expired, no goods were delivered, and my materials were taken. I have a screenshot available if needed. I kindly request to resolve this by receiving $[redacted] for the sales delivery. If necessary, you can reach me via text at 1-[redacted] after 7:30 pm CST. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Subdue72.

I'm reaching out to seek help regarding an ongoing issue with Rockstar Games. The problem dates back quite a while, revolving around my GTA Online character. Essentially, my brother made an unauthorized move by transferring my character from Xbox [redacted] to his Xbox One without my consent. I refrained from allowing this because I had plans to get GTA for my PS4. Due to this transfer, I now have to embark on a new character journey from scratch on my PS4. The effort and dedication I had put into my previous character seemed to have gone to waste. I derive much pleasure from playing GTA Online, but the idea of starting over dampens my spirit. I'm hopeful that Rockstar Games can grant me a one-time exception to transfer my account to my PS4. This opportunity would be greatly valued and reinstill my joy in the game. Thank you for your attention to this matter and for your continuous support. Wishing you a fantastic day!

The crew known as Xl running scared lX (XRSX) has been consistently causing trouble by following my friends and me into every GTA Online game we play, starting fights and disrupting our activities. We are trying to complete my Act 2 pre-setups, but their presence makes it impossible with lobbies constantly filled by them, using god mode to kill us at will. This situation is not only affecting us but also another crew called Dead Mens Company (DMC1), who are experiencing similar issues with XRSX invading their lobbies. The XRSX crew members are using god mode in various ways, making it difficult for us to enjoy the game peacefully. It would be appreciated if action could be taken promptly to address this problem, so we can resume our gameplay without constant interference. Thank you.

Dear Support,
I apologize for reaching out with this query, but I have been pondering this for quite a while without finding another direct channel to communicate with you.
I bought GTA5 on my XBOX ONE account, but unfortunately, my XBOX is no longer functional as it is damaged, and the warranty has expired due to issues with the dvd read head and hdd.
I have sold my console for parts and acquired a fully operational PC in its place.
Though I purchased GTAV a year back, I have only recently been able to begin playing it. My query is, would it be feasible to assist me in transferring my XBOX ONE account (including progression like money, cars, yacht, etc.) to my PC profile? I do not mind if it means losing my existing profile.
I am hopeful that you can provide assistance with this matter. Thank you.

Hello,
I bought Red Dead Redemption PC Enhanced as a pre-order three weeks ago. I took the day off work on launch day at 1 pm to play the game as advertised, but three days later, I still can't even start it. I've tried all the fixes recommended by Rockstar Games and the community, from BIOS updates to GPU driver updates, but nothing has worked. I requested a refund two days ago via Twitter and the Rockstar Support form but have not received a response yet. I feel like I was sold a product that doesn't work as advertised and I expect at least a refund from a company as big as Rockstar Games. Here are my PC specs:
- Motherboard: Gigabyte b450m ds3h
- RAM: 16GB DDR4
- SSD: Samsung NVME M.2
- CPU: AMD Ryzen7 2700x
- GPU: Gigabyte Nvidia RTX [redacted]
These specs exceed the recommended requirements.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to request a refund for the game "Red Dead Redemption 2." Unfortunately, despite upgrading my Dell OptiPlex [redacted] SFF with 8GB of memory, a 256GB SSD Crucial HDD, a Nvidia GT [redacted] PCI-e video card, and an Intel Core 2 Quad Q660 CPU, the game is still not compatible with my system. I have tried various enhancements, but to no avail. I kindly ask for a refund for this game.
Sincerely,
Walter J. Wilson-B.

Social club username: Earbird. I encountered an issue with the multiplayer mode where the game crashes every time I try to enter, showing a white screen and compass before crashing to desktop. This occurs consistently on all computers I have tried, while singleplayer works fine. Is there a solution to reset my multiplayer account data to create a new character?

I encountered an issue on my Xbox One while trying to access Grand Theft Auto 5. When I selected the game, I saw a message about syncing data, but accidentally backed out of it. Subsequently, I found myself on a different character that I didn't create. I'm seeking guidance on how to sync my data properly to retrieve my original character. I have spent a significant amount of time earning money and purchasing DLC through legitimate means. While I have bought several shark cards, I have not exploited any glitches. As a devoted fan of Rockstar Games, I am reaching out for assistance in resolving this matter.

I am seeking assistance with a recurring error that interrupts my gameplay in Red Dead Online. The persistent nature of this issue is frustrating, as it occurs every five minutes. I am concerned about the impact it has on enjoying the game and would appreciate guidance on resolving it. It is disheartening to encounter this error continuously when attempting to go online in Red Dead Online. I am hopeful that a solution can be found to address this issue promptly.

I recently purchased Red Dead Redemption 2 for PC Ultimate Edition. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing frequent crashes over the past four days, resulting in the loss of $[redacted] in-game currency. On one occasion, after fast traveling to St. Denis with $[redacted], the game crashed, and upon re-entering, my money had decreased to $20. Additionally, I lost $[redacted] that disappeared when the game froze while riding in the wilderness. I am extremely frustrated as I trusted in the game and its developers when purchasing the ultimate edition. While the game is enjoyable when it functions smoothly, the numerous bugs have been hindering my progress and erasing my hard-earned currency. If the in-game money is not restored, I may have to consider requesting a refund as this consistent loss of progress is unacceptable. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

I've encountered an ongoing issue with Rockstar Games that I have been struggling to resolve. When I initially played GTA on Xbox [redacted] back in [redacted], I unknowingly used a slightly altered version of my mother's email address due to my lack of understanding at the time. Fast forward to [redacted] when I purchased GTA for PC, I encountered login issues as I attempted to connect to the Social Club. I recently received a PC GTA game with codes as a gift to finally address this problem, but in my attempts to fix the issue, I mistakenly unlinked my Xbox account from the Social Club. I am now certain of the correct email address associated with the account, but I cannot recall the password. This game holds significant sentimental value to me, being a part of my childhood that spanned five years. Due to personal struggles with depression, I am hoping to revisit this nostalgic pastime. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your response.

Hello, I hope you're doing well today. I have a request - would you be able to assist me in selling my TM-02 Khanjali Tank? It might sound silly, but a friend sold my Mk2 Oppressor to buy the tank, and now I miss my Oppressor. I really enjoyed the Oppressor, but now that I have the tank, I've grown fond of it. Could you please help me either sell it or provide a refund? My gamer tag is WolfGuy993, and I play on Xbox One. Thank you for your time, have a great day.

My Red Dead Redemption 2 game on PC consistently crashes to desktop every few hours. I've tried various troubleshooting steps including updating Windows 10 and NVidia drivers, running the game as an administrator, and running tests on my CPU and GPU. Despite these efforts, the crashes persist. The Windows Events Viewer indicates exceptions 0xc[redacted] and 0x[redacted]3 at the time of the crash. I haven't encountered similar issues with other demanding games. I've explored numerous solutions but haven't found a resolution yet. Any advice or insights on whether this is an issue with the game itself or something on my end would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I recently reached out to Rockstar support regarding my hacked account. I shared some security information with them, but some details escape me. It has been over 48 hours, and my account remains unrecovered. Despite reaching out multiple times, their response time is sluggish. I even tried reaching out via Twitter with no success.
Do you think there's still hope of regaining access to my account? Moreover, is it feasible to transfer a game between accounts? I was looking forward to playing Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC this weekend, but it seems unlikely now.
Any assistance in expediting my ticket #[redacted]0 with Rockstar support would be greatly appreciated. Their customer service could certainly benefit from some enhancements.
Best regards,

I have submitted multiple tickets and tried reaching out to Rockstar Games support for assistance. Unfortunately, all I receive are generic responses closing my tickets and prompting me to contact support, which I have done over four times. The issues I am facing with Red Dead Redemption 2 and the launcher crashes persist despite following their troubleshooting steps. They mark my tickets as resolved without actually resolving them and only send unhelpful automated emails. I am unable to establish communication with them or receive any meaningful response. In Red Dead Redemption for PC, I lost $[redacted] in online mode due to a crash after fast traveling. My system, including a Ryzen [redacted], 16GB RAM, and Geforce GTX 1080Ti, meets the game requirements. I seek assistance in getting in touch with a responsive individual within Rockstar Games to address these ongoing issues. Despite believing in their game and purchasing the ultimate edition, the bugs and lack of support from Rockstar Games are diminishing my experience.
