Rockstar users can refund any downloadable content or digital game within 14 days of purchase, so long as they haven't used more than two hours of consecutive game time after purchase. The refund eligibility also applies to users who live in the EU/UK/EEA. Do note that the refund policy is only for games bought at Rockstar Games Launcher or Rockstar Games Store. Buyers can also refund physical games or items purchased from the Rockstar Games Store if the item isn't received, is damaged or is defective. You can either get a refund or exchange it for the same item. You can only request a refund or exchange by contacting Rockstar Games Support. If you purchased digital games from the store and redeemed them at the Rockstar Games Launcher, you can get a refund within 14 days as long as the retailer allows it. For this transaction though, there are no refunds for virtual currency, physical goods and virtual goods.
