Hello, my name is Nick. I manage a clan, and recently, while playing Grand Theft Auto Online, we encountered a problem. A group of players using exploits, mainly with "mk2 oppressor" vehicles, targeted us. These vehicles make it easy to attack and trap others for extended periods. To defend ourselves, we had to destroy these vehicles as normal weapons can't target them automatically. However, I was unfairly penalized for defending against these players. I was placed in bad sport for two months, even though I did nothing wrong. I find this punishment unreasonable and would like to be returned to regular lobbies. I am an active helper in the game, and it's frustrating to face consequences for actions that weren't my fault. I have searched through Rockstar support but found no solution to this issue. I was playing GTA 5 and noticed another player had three CEO buildings which made me want to own more than one as well. I attempted to purchase another building and realized it wasn't possible. It would be great if the game allowed players to own multiple CEO buildings and switch between them. Additionally, having more car garages would be beneficial for storing different types of vehicles like sports, luxury, and muscle cars. I suggest adding a feature to own more buildings and possibly increasing the capacity of the garages. It seems unfair that some players have multiple towers while others can't acquire them. I also recommend adding more car livery options to make customizing vehicles more exciting.

I have noticed this issue frequently, especially now with the addition of the trader role, the importance of having a camp is crucial. My camp does not automatically set up. Even when I select a location from the camp menu, the camp fails to spawn. Occasionally, I receive an error message, but most of the time, there is no notification at all. I have attempted switching lobbies, but the issue persists. Earlier, my camp was not established, so I paid the fee and placed it in The Heartlands. However, it appeared right next to me just over a hill. Before I could reach it, it was packed up, essentially costing me $3. Then, when I tried to set it up again, I encountered the same problem as you did. The inconsistency of the camp's location is frustrating, as it only spawns once per game session. If you move away from the camp, it disappears and will only reappear after restarting the session multiple times. This inconsistency makes it challenging to complete trader missions.

My girlfriend enjoys hunting alligators for fun in the game, and we like playing it together in a long-distance relationship. She accidentally encountered a glitch that resulted in her being suspended for 30 days and having her character reset, including her inventory. She's worried about the gold she purchased being taken away. We are disappointed and feel like we were scammed out of a good gaming experience. It's frustrating that she got punished for something that was a known issue. It would have been better if the game developers had disabled the problematic content instead of penalizing players.

I have not received a response regarding my account being given to a hacker. The email transfer request was not verified properly as I only received an email stating that the request was done, without confirmation. I was advised to wait for 96 hours for a response, but I have yet to hear back. This issue needs to be resolved immediately, or I will have to escalate the matter on various forums to address the unauthorized access to my account.

Hello, I would like to delete a Social Club account because I have created a new one and would like to use an email that I already have another account with. The email for the account I want to delete is [redacted] and the nickname is ALVAROAMCL. I understand the following: Deleting this account will result in the irreversible loss of authorization to activate Rockstar Games titles for PC, as well as any downloadable content you have purchased. Activation keys and codes for downloadable content will remain linked to the deleted account and cannot be used with any other Social Club account. You will lose access to the Single Player and Online modes of all Rockstar Games titles for PC associated with your Social Club account. Your level and stats in all Rockstar Games titles for PC will be deleted. You will lose access to your friends list and affiliation with Crews on the Social Club. The deletion of your Social Club account will be permanent and irreversible. Thank you.

Hello, I accidentally linked my girlfriend's Steam account to my social club account instead of hers. I mistakenly used the code meant for her and now we are unable to play the game as it's linked to my account. I would like to unlink her Steam account from my social club account so I can link it to her account and start playing. Thank you for your help.

I appreciate your desire for a pleasant gaming experience in GTA V Online. It's great to hear that efforts to remove hackers and modders have been successful. However, one ongoing issue in online mode is the Oppressor MK II. Despite owning one myself, I agree that its presence is disruptive. Navigating its aggressive missiles can make normal gameplay challenging, leading to inevitable destruction. Even experienced players struggle to evade or counter its attacks effectively. Many players, including myself, support the removal of the Oppressor for its detrimental impact on gameplay and the game's overall atmosphere. While it may result in personal losses for some, it seems necessary for the sake of a more balanced gaming environment.

On Tuesday, November 26th, I linked my Twitch Prime account to my Social Club to receive the Bounty Hunter's License. The system confirmed the link and the claimed rewards. However, by Thursday, November 28th, the rewards hadn't arrived. I attempted to link the accounts again from my phone, successfully claiming the license. On November 29th, I received a notification confirming the Twitch Prime account link for all future offers. Although I picked up free ammo and gold bonuses, the system still prompts me to pay for the License. It has been approximately 60 hours since the initial link-up without receiving the free License, which is my primary interest. How should I proceed, as I am eager to access this benefit?

I noticed an offer at the bottom of the screen stating that if I bought a $50 shark card, I would receive an additional 5.2 million in-game currency within 3 days. I decided to take advantage of this deal, but I never received the extra amount. I am disappointed because I specifically bought the shark card for the bonus money and now I feel it was misleading advertising.

Hello, this is my second time reaching out regarding my account issue. I tried replying to the follow-up email, but it did not work. It appears my account was hacked on Nov 23, and the hacker changed my account email and set up two-step verification. I enjoy the game and the friendships I've formed through it. I need assistance in recovering my account. After the hack, I received an email in Russian notifying me of a password reset and two-step verification setup. Proving my identity is challenging, but my account indicates I am Chinese, my character is Asian, and my favorite in-game weapon is the Chinese bullpup rifle. There are three individuals engaging in extensive hacking activities. They attack players in passive mode, use rockets from a distance, sell modified accounts, grief, teleport, and aim bot for headshots. Their gamer tags are Axrum x, NG ALLURING, CommanderRichx, and H4RD BR3XIT.

I have not played Grand Theft Auto V for about eight months. Upon trying to log in recently, I was shocked to discover that my account was suspended for hacking and reset, despite me not being responsible for this. I suspect someone may have accessed my account without my permission or used my PC for malicious activities while I was away. My account was compromised by a user from Russia. I was able to regain access through my linked Xbox account, only to discover that the email and password were altered. Although I haven't used Social Club or played GTA in more than a year, I stumbled upon this issue today when launching GTA 5 on Steam (Steam ID: aaron116117). Surprisingly, I found myself permanently banned from GTA Online. When I tried single-player mode, a prompt in Russian appeared, indicating a save file overwriting option. Could you please assist in recovering my account and lifting the ban?

I downloaded GTA 5 via Steam. When trying to play online, I was unable to sign into the Social Club account linked to my Steam as the associated email is no longer valid. My name is Ariel W. I have been a longtime fan of Rockstar and their games for over two decades. Recently, I have had a negative experience with Rockstar Representatives regarding my Red Dead Redemption 2 game. I need to process a refund within the warranty period but the current contact system seems ineffective. I attempted to input my order number, and it was unrecognized, despite being valid. I have been experiencing issues with Red Dead Redemption 2 on my PS4 when trying to complete bounties from the bounties board. There is a disconnection problem with Rockstar that causes me to lose progress. This happens frequently, specifically when I am about to finish and deliver the bounties. As a result, I do not receive the rewards I should be getting, making my efforts feel wasted. It's frustrating and unfair. I believe that Rockstar needs to address this issue promptly. It would be helpful if they could assign a support representative to investigate my account for any possible solutions and compensation for the lost dollars and gold.

I am baffled by how I am labeled a bad sport and then placed in a session with other bad sports simply because I was defending myself against individuals using oppressor Mark 2 vehicles like Greta and Mark. My question to Rockstar is, what actions are being taken regarding these oppressor Mark 2 users? They are causing numerous issues in the game. I don't aim to go around destroying people's vehicles or engaging in negative behavior, however, each time I log in, someone with an oppressor Mark 2 targets me, destroying my vehicles, and forcing me to defend myself.
