Last week, while playing GTA V online, I noticed a promotion offering double money for purchases of Megalodon or Whale Shark cards. Excited, I bought four $50 Xbox cards - two for GTA and two for Fortnite. After adding the first $[redacted] to my account, I immediately purchased a Megalodon shark card. However, upon returning to the game, the money wasn't there, so I patiently waited for the additional money promised within 72 hours. Unfortunately, even after a week, the money didn't appear. I decided to add the other two $50 cards to my account, purchasing another Megalodon shark card, but the funds still didn't show up after waiting for the 72-hour period to pass. I am experiencing issues with the authenticator and Social Club for the RDR2 Companion App. When trying to sign in, I keep getting incorrect verification codes with error code #0.[redacted].4. Additionally, I am unable to authenticate with Xbox Live to log in to the Companion App, receiving error code #0.[redacted].6. I have tried for four hours, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but to no avail. I have all my login information but still can't access my account. I have submitted a support ticket, but the expected 24-hour response time is too long, and I fear it may not even solve the issue. I just want to fix this problem quickly so I can enjoy the app's features like getting a cute raccoon hat and tracking my progress, especially since I currently don't have an internet connection for my Xbox.

I have already reached out to you regarding my sudden inability to access online poker in RDR2. I have been playing online poker on both of my accounts ever since it was first released. However, recently one of my accounts lost access, followed by the other one after playing an online story mission yesterday. I chatted with a "Rockstar Expert" named Felipe G. from GetHuman, who seemed baffled by the issue. He assured me that someone from Rockstar would contact me to assist, but I have not heard back from anyone at Rockstar since the initial request ticket. Even following their suggestion to clear my cache did not resolve the problem. Could you possibly connect me with another expert who might be able to provide assistance?

I seem to have lost access to my Rockstar account under StopIIFelix on Xbox One S. I am unable to log in and have lost all contact with my account. I would like to have the account transferred to my new Xbox account, ItsIIFX. My progress in GTA was significant, and I have not played since November. This is not a modded account, as I started it in July on Xbox One originally.

My account has been compromised, and I am unable to recover it through the standard ticket submission process. I have detailed information about both the original and the unauthorized account credentials, except for the password, of course.

Despite trying to reset my password using my original email, I am unsuccessful as it is no longer linked to the account.
I can confirm that I have not shared my login details with anyone, and I have not actively used this account for the past year. Interestingly, my previous username still shows in the system. When I submitted a ticket using my account name (without being prompted for the password), my profile picture was displayed alongside it.

While completing missions with my friends, the final cinematic glitched with the car doors constantly falling off and reappearing. Unfortunately, my game crashed, and upon trying to rejoin, I found out I had been suspended for a month. This suspension seems to have stemmed from a prior incident where a modder injected money into the game, causing my account balance to increase considerably. It's frustrating to be penalized for the actions of others who engage in unfair practices.

I am a devoted fan of the Grand Theft Auto series and your other games — I just want to express my huge appreciation for all the amazing work you've done. Your games have been truly fantastic! I love and support you, but lately, Grand Theft Auto V and Online have started feeling a bit stale (no offense intended, just speaking on behalf of the fans).
We're eagerly awaiting news on Grand Theft Auto VI. It's been over five years since the release of Gta V, and we haven't seen a trailer for the new game yet. I am reaching out about a concerning weather issue I've been experiencing in GTAV for the past three years. In the game, it consistently rains 9 out of the 12 in-game hours, with cloudy weather the rest of the time. This predictability has led to my frustration levels rising. I have invested over $[redacted].00 in shark cards, but the ongoing weather problem has made the game unenjoyable for me.
I have made attempts to have this issue resolved without success. If the weather script is not fixed, I regret to say that I will have to stop playing GTAV and refrain from purchasing any more shark cards. I believe that Rockstar Games can address this issue, but if it continues to persist, I may have to find a different game to enjoy.

During a heist with my friends, specifically the prison break one, which took about 8 tries, I used my armored Kuruma that I spent approximately 1.6 million on. After completing the heist, I couldn't find my car in my garage. I even tried calling Mors Mutual Insurance and my mechanic, but it was nowhere to be found. I switched sessions and even went back to story mode hoping it would reappear, but it didn't. I have the funds to buy another one, but I don't think it's fair that I have to. I invested a lot of time and money into customizing the car's performance, and I'm extremely disappointed by what happened. I tried reporting the issue on the Social Club website, but it kept giving me a "Please fit the format requested" error for the date. I believe I purchased the car just two days ago on 06/02/19.

During the mission "Exit Pursued by a Bruised Ego," there is a cinematic travel sequence where Arthur and Hosea ride their horses into the woods. However, whenever I attempt to complete this mission, regardless of reinstalling and troubleshooting or ensuring all patches are correctly installed, the characters freeze in the cinematic once they reach the forest. This bug makes the mission unplayable and leaves the character unresponsive to controls. I am eager to progress through the story in the Digital Deluxe Edition I purchased for the game. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly to allow me to continue playing the game I invested in. If possible, receiving some Gold Bars for Red Dead Online would be appreciated as a temporary solution while the bug is being resolved. I adore this game and would like to fully experience it without further setbacks. Your assistance in fixing this issue and providing compensation would be greatly valued.

I created a GTAV account on PS3, then got a PS4 but couldn't access the old account. Started new games on PS4. Recently, managed to sign in to the old PS3 account on PS4. Want to transfer the progress from the PS3 account to the PS4 account. Currently, I switch accounts to play and share with a friend. Hoping to merge the progress to avoid conflicts. If not possible, jokingly considering asserting dominance over the account from my friend.

My friends and I recently got back into playing GTA, and to kickstart our gameplay, we purchased some shark cards. I used these funds to buy Pegasus vehicles, including the Yacht, for us to enjoy our time in the game.
Due to changes in our gaming group, I decided to sell some of the vehicles to recoup some money. After reading on Reddit about selling Pegasus vehicles through the hangar workshop, I invested in another $20 shark card to cover potential costs. Unfortunately, I couldn't sell any of the aircraft as expected.
I understand that outcomes may vary, and there are no guarantees, but I wanted to reach out to see if there's any assistance available. I don't expect a refund for the vehicles but hope for some reimbursement in the in-game currency I lost due to the unsuccessful sale attempt.

I accidentally replaced my fully upgraded oppressor MK 2 in my new garage on GTA V. It had expensive upgrades like missiles and a custom paint job. I'm a dedicated player and losing it has been a big blow. Is there any way to recover the vehicle or get reimbursed for it? I didn't receive any warning about losing it when I made the switch.

Every time I play a game from Rockstar, like GTA, I am always stuck on the loading screen. The most frustrating part is having to play the prologue every time I log on, instead of going straight to online mode. These issues make me hesitant to purchase more Rockstar games, which is disappointing because they are one of my favorite gaming companies. It is also frustrating that there is no tech support contact number available that genuinely cares to assist their customers.
