Hello, my name is Stanley G. I have bought two Shark Cards, expecting to receive an additional $5,[redacted],[redacted] the first time and $8,[redacted],[redacted] today on June 10th, all within GTA. Unfortunately, I never received these promised bonuses despite purchasing the cards and making upgrades to my businesses. I am upset because I was counting on receiving a total of $13,[redacted],[redacted], as advertised on the loading screen. It is disappointing to not get what was promised after spending $50 on these cards. If there is a way to assist me with this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

I experienced some trouble in GTA Online when other players accused me of using hacker aim. I searched online to understand what this meant since I do not have any cheating tools nor know how to use them. As a long-time Rockstar customer, I have invested a significant amount through in-game purchases like Shark Cards. The accusations made me anxious, prompting me to reach out for assistance. Thank you.

When I play GTA 5 online, there is a player who consistently joins my sessions and targets me and my friends. He seems to use a glitch called "God Mode" to remain invincible and repeatedly kills us. Despite blocking him and reporting him, the harassment has persisted for the past 3-4 days. Any assistance to address this issue promptly would be greatly appreciated.

I recently experienced an issue with my cars disappearing after attempting a duplication glitch I learned from a YouTube video. I successfully duplicated a Sandking XL during the "Time to Get Away" mission. After filling my garage with the duplicates, I noticed that two of my original vehicles, the Dynasty 8 and the Declasse Venom, were missing from my mechanic's list. I'm concerned about the loss of these cars and wondering if Rockstar Games will reimburse me the nearly $2,[redacted],[redacted] I spent on them. I would appreciate any assistance in locating my missing vehicles and understanding if any compensation is possible. Thank you.

I can't find my Deluxo anywhere after I modified it, and it's not in any of my garages. I invested in Megalodon cards for this game, and my beloved car is missing! I have lost a significant amount of money and RP due to game errors, not getting credit for the time I spent leveling up. Dealing with these issues is extremely frustrating. Additionally, I didn't receive the extra two million from the Megalodon card I bought yesterday. It's all very frustrating.

While playing Red Dead Redemption 2 online, I encountered a challenging situation during an assassination task. I encountered a player with a shield icon that prevented me from defeating them, even after multiple attempts. This player continuously targeted and killed me, causing frustration until I had to reset the game to escape the cycle. I wonder about the mechanics behind this issue and if there is bulletproof clothing involved. It was a baffling experience.

I recently bought 2 new 6-car apartments in GTA 5 online to replace my 12-car high-end apartment. However, I'm encountering a glitch that prevents me from accessing my garage with vehicles stored by the mechanic. Whenever I try to enter the garage, the game glitches, causing my character to die or respawn without loading the garage view. I spent around $[redacted],[redacted] on these changes and downgraded my apartments only to face this issue. I think the best solution would be a refund for the money spent and a fix for this glitch. I've been grinding the 2x$ 2xp repo missions to buy cars that I can't even store properly. This problem is frustrating, and it's making me reconsider buying any more Rockstar games. I hope this issue gets resolved soon. Sincerely, Sebastian G. (PSN: SniperGangx1800)

While playing Red Dead Redemption 2 online, a player named MastaDawn started using inappropriate language towards me after an accidental incident during a race. As a 17-year-old female player without a microphone, I was unable to respond. My dad overheard the situation and found it unacceptable for an adult male to address me in such a manner. I would like appropriate action taken against this player, whether it be a ban or suspension, as this type of behavior should not be tolerated. My gamertag is Ronbdagreat614, belonging to my uncle, which I have been using throughout the story mode before transitioning to online play.

I have a complaint about a user in GTA 5. I have footage showing their suspicious activity. They seem to be glitched outside their office/apartment killing people. Despite being next to you, they don't appear on the map until you check the options and map. This player, level [redacted], goes by the username OsamaWitDaGlxck. I request a review of their account as this behavior is unfair. I ended up in bad sport for defending myself against multiple players, which resulted in an unjust penalty. Can the cone on my head be removed? Perhaps it can be placed on cargo instead. If needed, I can provide the video footage for further examination.

I encountered an issue with Grand Theft Auto Online. Previously, I faced a ban for cheating that lasted three months. I complied with the consequences and refrained from cheating thereafter. While using mods in the single-player mode, separate from Online, I inadvertently triggered a permanent ban when trying to access Online. This occurred despite following guidance to remove specific files essential for modding in Online mode. Unfortunately, a warning message in the modding program, OpenIV, about potential bans in Online was missed. Consequently, I am now indefinitely barred from playing GTA Online. I am reaching out in hopes of resolving this situation and being able to access the game again.

I have been experiencing issues with Rockstar games on my Xbox One for over 10 days now. Every time I try to play, I receive an error message saying "Rockstar games server is unavailable, try again later." Despite numerous attempts, the problem persists. While all my other games and apps work perfectly, GTA V remains inaccessible. I contacted Rockstar support, and their solutions were unhelpful, redirecting me to contact my internet provider, although my internet connection is problem-free. This experience has led me to consider switching to a PlayStation console. The lack of proper assistance from Rockstar and Xbox has been incredibly frustrating, ultimately costing them my loyalty as a customer.

I purchased a Megalodon Shark Card for around £31.99 in GTA Online, but the money disappeared as soon as it came in, leaving me with no funds. I then bought a cheaper card to test it and received it without a problem. It has been a month, and I still haven't received the money from the Megalodon Shark Card. I would appreciate either a refund or having the money credited back to my account, as the payment was deducted from my bank but I got nothing in return. I have attempted to contact Rockstar, but I have not been able to reach anyone. This has been a frustrating experience with their customer service.

I am experiencing issues accessing Rockstar Games/ GTA V online. A "customer support" representative advised me to contact my ISP, even though there are no issues with my internet. The error message from Rockstar indicates the problem is on their end, as everything else in my house, including the Xbox and other games/apps, is working fine. Why should I call my ISP when my internet is not the problem? It's frustrating when support teams seem unaware of the actual issue. I have been unable to play for two weeks now, and it's disappointing. This experience makes me hesitant to support Rockstar Games in the future.

Dear Rockstar Games,
I encountered a frustrating issue while playing Grand Theft Auto online. I was in the middle of selling nine CEO crates when a problem arose during the mission. After completing three out of the six drops, the crates failed to register when I tried to drop them from the plane. I attempted multiple times, even engaging with an enemy helicopter, but the crates still wouldn't register. Unfortunately, the situation escalated as the cops got involved, damaging my plane's engine. This led to the destruction of the sell vehicle, resulting in the mission failing without any payment, despite my progress. I urge you to address this bug, and it would be greatly appreciated if I could receive some in-game compensation for this inconvenience. My PlayStation 4 username is LuckyFlood0001.
Thank you.

I would like to address my concerns regarding being flagged as a cheater in the game. I do not engage in cheating activities and am frustrated by being targeted unfairly. It's discouraging to encounter players who resort to such behavior out of spite. I admit to using the Lester glitch, common among many players, but I have not exploited the game in any other way. Upon logging in, I discovered my outfits were reset, and I received a message placing me on a watch list for cheating. If cheating is an issue, Rockstar should handle it through game mechanisms and not unfairly target honest players. I have supported the game by purchasing Shark Cards and have never resorted to cheating for an advantage. I urge to be removed from the watch list promptly. I value fair play and do not deserve to be treated as a cheater without cause.

I, like many others, am facing issues with accessing my Rockstar Games account for over two weeks. Each time I log on, a message appears stating, "Rockstar game services are unavailable now. Try again later." Despite numerous attempts, I continue to receive the same message. When reaching out to "Rockstar Support," they advised me to contact my internet service provider. However, everything else connected to my home internet works without any problems. It seems evident that Rockstar needs to address the server issues. There are numerous players experiencing the same difficulties. Rockstar, please resolve this promptly to prevent losing more players!

Hello, I have lost access to my email login information and cannot recall my Rockstar password. After selling my PS4 with GTA 5, I want to ensure that the new owner cannot access my GTA account. I need to update my email and password with Rockstar to secure my progress in GTA Online, as I have invested around $[redacted] in the game. I plan to continue playing on a new console and want to retain my progress, RP, KD, and items. I can provide identification via the bank card used for PlayStation Plus and GTA Online, as well as my passport or driver's license. My online name is Pezooo87wasup, and I am unsure which email is linked to my Rockstar account. Although I updated it on PlayStation Network, the change did not reflect on Rockstar.

While playing Grand Theft Auto Online, I encountered an issue with my 2.8 million dollar Tezeract that I bought using the Megalodon cash card from my GTA starter pack. After it got impounded, I started another mission and later discovered that my Tezeract was missing. Despite checking with my mechanic and the garages, I couldn't locate it or recover it through Mors Mutual Insurance. As I invested real money in acquiring this car, I am concerned and eager to resolve this matter promptly.
Thank you,
Dylan Blake

I need assistance with a unique situation that occurred while playing GTA V. During a game session with my boyfriend, we encountered a modder who somehow caused a series of issues, resulting in my character being inaccessible online. After attempting various troubleshooting steps like recalibrating and clearing the system cache, the game now only loads into a frozen story mode character, preventing me from accessing online gameplay or creating a new character. It seems the modder has affected my account significantly. I kindly request help to reset my character data in GTA V so I can start fresh. Thank you for your assistance. :)

I recently logged into GTA Online and discovered that I have been banned. The day before, I encountered a player with a username that included the term "lube_cannon" while playing casually. Like many GTA Online players, I engaged with the player, who then added 60 million to my account, which previously had about 4 million. I regret not reporting this player sooner and acknowledge my mistake. I would like to request to be unbanned from GTA Online and commit to informing you promptly about any modders I encounter in the future, regardless of their behavior towards me.
