I recently bought the ultimate edition of Red Dead Redemption 2 for Xbox One and downloaded the game and additional files from the Microsoft Store. After a day of waiting, I started playing and received the DLC content. However, after exiting the game and restarting, I lost all the outfits, the guns vanished from my inventory, and the special horse was reset to the default. I'm unsure how to regain these items without restarting the game. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I transferred my Grand Theft Auto 5 character from my PlayStation 3 to Xbox One and now have a PlayStation 4. Even though it's stated that transfers are only permitted once, I've invested a significant amount of time and money into my character. I really hope there could be a way for me to transfer my character again. Losing all the progress and items purchased would be discouraging. I've been a dedicated Rockstar player for years, and I genuinely appreciate your company. My attachment to my character and progress in the game is substantial, and I would greatly appreciate any assistance you could provide in this matter.

While playing an online game, I encountered some unfortunate events that led to me losing a significant amount of in-game money and ranking. Unfortunately, due to my current level being 1, I no longer have access to my apartment and vehicles. Some of the cherished vehicles I had included the Fluisade, Grotti Turismo R, Enus Windsor, Negasaki Blazer, Dinka Jester, Karin Kuruma, Shitzu Hakuchou, Dubsta 6x6, BF Bifta, and others. A few days ago, while playing GTAV online in a public session, my rank suddenly dropped from [redacted] (due to a hack) to 1. Since then, I have been unable to rank up, access my apartments, mod shops, or certain contacts like Lester, Merryweather, Pegasus, and my mechanic. Although my stats remain the same and I still have my cars, they are all stuck in my apartment garage that I can only reach by starting and canceling a new heist to return to my apartment. I own cars, planes, and a helicopter, but I am restricted due to the low ranking. I've attempted to clear the cache, but it hasn't resolved the issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently noticed that my Vigilante disappeared from my account named TheBeastlyDoge. Initially, it was in my nightclub garage, but it vanished after I bought a Deluxo and placed it in the same garage. I attempted to contact customer support last night, but I encountered a challenge as the Vigilante is not supported for tickets. I've been playing Red Dead Redemption 2 for about three weeks now, and I finally beat it. However, I noticed my last save was at 65%, and despite having autosave on, it wasn't saving my progress or letting me manually save. I wasn't in a mission as I had already completed the game. Thinking I might have run out of save room, I deleted all my saves, but the issue persisted. After waiting for about an hour and watching a YouTube video, a content creator mentioned that activating a cheat could have caused the problem. Frustrated, I reset my Xbox, inadvertently losing all the progress I had worked hard to achieve over the past three weeks.

I have carefully read and understood the End User License Agreement and Rockstar's Terms of Service. While playing online in a public lobby, I encountered a player using mods to change the weather and spawn large amounts of cash on other players. Upon switching to another session, I noticed my character's rank fluctuating. Previously, I received a 24-hour Bad Sport designation for being kicked from servers when players wanted to play alone. I am concerned that my current one-month ban is a result of these incidents. It is worrisome that online services can be unsafe, and Rockstar's banning system appears to have shortcomings. I am hesitant to continue playing online for fear of facing another ban, possibly permanent, due to a modder's actions. I am seeking advice on how to prevent such incidents in the future and what recourse I have if wrongfully banned due to another player's misconduct. It is important to note that the only mod I have installed is a speedometer that is disabled online as per the terms of service.

My name is Carlos Moscoso. I am a disabled gamer with cerebral palsy and work for a review aggregator called DAGER System. Currently, I am playing Red Dead Redemption 2 for review purposes and have noticed certain aspects of the game that are inaccessible to those with motor function disabilities. One issue is the lack of a quick swap button to switch between Arthur's hands when shooting, which could easily be rectified by adding a button for this purpose. Another suggestion is to introduce a toggle on the weapon wheel to eliminate the need to hold the trigger to select a weapon. Fishing in the game is also challenging as it requires rotating the analog stick to reel in the line. I have noticed a strange glitch in Grand Theft Auto 5's story mode while playing on next-gen consoles. In certain cutscenes, the characters' clothing appears distorted. For instance, Jimmy is shown wearing a jacket with overlapping text from another shirt floating in mid-air, which is not intended. Additionally, Amanda also has a small white object on her clothing that seems to be attached to her back and hovering. I suspect this issue may have been introduced in one of the recent patches as videos from a few years ago show no such glitch. I play on both next-gen consoles, and the problem occurs on both, making it quite frustrating. I would appreciate it if the developers could investigate and address this glitch promptly. Thank you.

I believe my account was compromised by another player in GTA 5 Online. The following day, I noticed a large sum of money added to my account. Consequently, my account was suspended, and all my progress was erased. I recently purchased the game via Steam and had played without any issues since its console release. Despite reaching a level around 60, I encountered numerous hackers in the lobbies, including the one who affected my account. I reported this player to Rockstar support and even provided evidence of the cheating. However, their response suggesting a possible Steam file error was unsatisfactory. My friend witnessed the incident as well. Despite my attempts to contact Rockstar support regarding the hacking and subsequent ban, I was met with silence multiple times. While I understand the ban may not be reversed, I seek clarification on the reasons and advice on preventing such incidents in the future. Hello, I recently bought a Megalodon shark card which promised a money back rebate offer if purchased by November 12th. I am concerned as it has been over 72 hours since the purchase, and I have not received the 12 million rebate as advertised. My sister bought a whale shark card and received the extra 2 million from a similar deal a few days ago. I'm eager to understand why I haven't gotten my rebate yet, especially since I do not buy shark cards often and only do so when there are rebate offers. I encountered a similar issue in the past, but it was resolved. I am now patiently waiting for the 12 million rebate that was supposed to be given to me.

My special edition horse disappears, forcing me to revert to earlier saves and lose progress in my game and challenges. Additionally, I am unable to access the "Les Tresor Des Morts" treasure hunt or reach the final location to collect the 5 gold bars, which I expected to be included with the special edition. My weapons, like my carcano rifle, also vanish inexplicably. Are these issues bugs? If Rockstar is unable to resolve the special edition horse problem, return my rifle, and provide at least the 5 gold bars, I would appreciate a refund of the $20 extra I paid for the game as it has only led to frustration.

While playing GTA, someone took control of my character without any identification. The options menu was rapidly cycling through choices, making it impossible to regain control. I had to power off my PlayStation for five minutes, but upon restarting, the same issue occurred on the main screen. I hope it stops by morning despite not being able to afford repairs. Despite being a low rank like 12 with a significant amount of money, it wasn't me but another player in the same lobby. They manipulated the system to display my name after they killed someone, even though I had no involvement. My Rockstar username is "lateloading_user." I recently logged in to play GTA 5 and encountered some players who were verbally abusive and harassing me. After enduring their behavior, I retaliated by attacking them in the game. Now I have been muted in every lobby because they reported me. This seems unfair, considering the nature of the game. My account is (hustleismylife93), and I am frustrated by the lack of response and action taken against the other involved players. I have been a long-time supporter of GTA games, dating back to the PlayStation 1 era. However, due to this experience, I am disillusioned and don't plan to purchase any more games from Rockstar. GTA V indicated I was to receive $[redacted],[redacted] GTA Online Dollars for participating online in October, along with an additional $[redacted],[redacted] GTA Online Dollars for completing the Stone Hatchet Challenge by October 27th, totaling $[redacted],[redacted]. As of November 18, [redacted], the GTA Online Dollars have not been added to my account after waiting for three weeks. I reached out to Rockstar Games Support regarding this issue. Their response confirmed that I had received the GTA$[redacted],[redacted] for October login and the GTA$[redacted],[redacted] for both challenges, deposited into my account on October 19th. Despite their explanation, I, along with other players, have not received the promised GTA Online Money. Some players have faced similar responses from Rockstar, indicating reluctance to issue the money as the system shows it was already completed. I have requested to review the report that alleges I have already received the GTA Online Money.
