Hello Roblox, I am experiencing issues with my recent purchases and messaging within games on the platform. For example, after playing a horror game like Camping, I discovered I had unintentionally acquired s’mores despite not making the purchase. Additionally, when attempting to buy [redacted] cash in Bloxburg, though initially encountering an error message, it ultimately indicated that the transaction went through. Furthermore, my chat messages in games are not fully displaying, a problem shared by other users. Could you kindly assist with a refund? My total expenditure was $[redacted], and my username is Fivenightatbonniedo. Thank you.

I stopped playing ROBLOX for a while, but when I tried to log back in, I realized my account had been taken over. My username was changed from JOHNSON54550 to fivesquared, and many of my items seem to be missing. I had invested a lot of time and money into this account, including having a lifetime OBC membership. It seems like the hacker who took over my account might have given away items worth over [redacted],[redacted] robux, potentially more. I reached out to ROBLOX about this issue 5 to 6 months ago, but I never heard back from them. I really want to recover my account, which I believe is valuable. I was in the Roblox Discord chat, and as I tried to discuss Roblox games, I found it challenging to be heard over others. Feeling frustrated, I asked someone named Katt260 if we could move to a different channel, but unfortunately, some individuals made inappropriate accusations towards me. Despite my efforts to clarify, I faced further negativity and hurtful comments. Eventually, Katt260 intervened, suggesting everyone apologize for the misunderstanding. Most complied, except for 12SlyCooper, leading to a disagreement between us. I believe it's essential for the moderators to keep an eye on the chat to prevent such instances of bullying in the future.

I have some concerns and would greatly appreciate your cooperation regarding my child's Uhal15 Roblox account. I'm having trouble understanding why accounts are banned or terminated, especially when players engage in stalking, causing disruptions, and even hacking. My child's account has been hacked, and I've seen other players start arguments and engage in stalking behavior, leading to heated situations. I've observed unequal treatment in such cases, causing stress and trauma for children. Bullying, especially by adults towards minors, is also an issue that needs to be addressed. I believe there should be measures in place to protect accounts from these issues. If you could guide me on how to find out why a specific account was banned or terminated, I would appreciate it. I am having trouble accessing my Roblox account with the username blazed792. It appears to have been hacked, as when I tried to log in, it showed an incorrect password message. I attempted to contact Roblox for assistance but was unsuccessful. I also tried resetting the password, but that did not work either. I recently experienced a demotion from the ‘Hilton Hotels™ | Group’ on Roblox. I was demoted with no explanation, which left me confused and frustrated. During my gameplay, another player, (Mxthz_z), continuously harassed me and called me names. Despite asking them to stop multiple times, they persisted. I used admin powers to kick them out, but they returned and continued their behavior. Upon logging in today, I discovered that I have been blocked from the game. I had spent $50 AUD on purchasing a t-shirt related to the group and now I am seeking reinstatement or a refund due to the unfair demotion and loss of money. If reinstatement is not possible, I would like to request a refund for the Hilton Hotels shirts in my inventory to resolve this issue.

While playing Roblox, I came across an ad offering a "free gift" and unknowingly shared my username and password while playing. Subsequently, I discovered that my account had been hacked, resulting in the loss of my progress in games like Adopt Me and Royale High. In Adopt Me, I lost around a thousand bucks, and in Royale High, I lost about seven thousand diamonds. My username is ImTheBubblegumGirl, and the password I used was "i am bi do not judge" all together. I kindly request Roblox to investigate and restore my account, including my Robux and progress. I had around a hundred Robux remaining in my account. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm ShadowUnicornPower, and I'm having trouble with my password. The chat on the home page was malfunctioning, so I attempted to log out and back in to resolve the issue. However, no matter how many times I tried, I was unable to log in. I double-checked the password I keep on my notepad, and it was accurate. When I tried the verification process, I selected "Forgot password" to have an email sent to my registered email address, but it hasn't arrived yet. Can you assist me in signing in by possibly resetting my password?

While playing Adopt Me, I attended a party hosted by fabilouscat123. She insisted I pay her $[redacted] for a unicorn. After the trade, she abruptly left the game. Upset, I reported her for scamming on 7/5/19. Shortly after, another player offered me a unicorn in exchange for a large gift. Once purchased, she attempted to trick me with an OT TER, but I declined. The gift revealed a marshmallow balloon, disappointing me on 7/6/19. Seeking resolution, I aim to recover my $[redacted] lost. I request $[redacted] from fabilouscat123 for the scam and $[redacted] reimbursement from the game administrators. I've learned the lesson not to spend money impulsively for virtual items.

Hello! I'm a Roblox player who's experienced an account hack about two years ago. Initially, I didn't know what to do when it happened to my valuable account. I had a great time playing with friends, until one day during a game of Murder Mystery, a player addressed me by my username, "coolwarmhenrym," which freaked me out. I left the game and encountered the same player in another server, making it unsettling for me, ultimately leading to me avoiding Roblox for the rest of the day. The following day, upon trying to log in, I found myself logged out without knowing why. Despite recalling my password and username, I couldn't regain access to my account. Since that incident, I haven't returned to playing Roblox. I'm hopeful that my issue can be resolved. Thank you for your help!

While playing Roblox, specifically Royale High, with my friends, I encountered technical issues that led to lag in the game and chat. Attempting to reset the game by exiting and rejoining resulted in being sent to random servers instead of joining my friends. Despite logging out, reinstalling Roblox, and repeatedly trying to join their server, I keep getting redirected to different servers every time. For over an hour, I have been unable to connect to the intended server where my friends are playing together, causing frustration and hindering our gaming experience.

On the morning of July 8th, my younger sibling's Roblox account was unexpectedly logged out, leaving him disheartened. In an attempt to cheer him up, we created a new account and purchased Robux game cards to surprise him. Following the instructions on www.roblox.com/gamecard, I accidentally redeemed the codes on his old account instead of the new one. After realizing my mistake, I successfully logged into the new account but was unable to redeem the codes, as they had already been used. I am at a loss as we invested a significant amount of money in these cards. Request: Kindly provide assistance in resolving this issue and transferring the redeemed codes to the correct account. Despite my efforts to confront and communicate with them, I was unfairly reported and issued a warning by ROBLOX. As a long-term player for over 3 to 5 years, I value my account greatly, especially after experiencing a hack on my main account in the past. I am having trouble logging into my account because the password is not working. I have tried to sign in using Facebook and my Yahoo mail, but it's not working. I attempted to reach out to Roblox for assistance, but they did not answer the phone when I called on a Monday. My Yahoo mail is [redacted], and my Roblox username is ShySoulLight. On June 4th, I was playing games online with my friends on my laptop without any issues. The next day, on June 5th, my friend "candycilo" told me about a new game she had created. Intrigued, I opened it on my phone. The game presented me with two options: one labeled "upgrade" and the other "robux." Excited about the prospect of earning [redacted] robux, I followed the prompts, including entering my password for verification. However, after 12 hours, I found myself locked out of my account despite using the correct username. It's now July 8, and after numerous attempts to recover my account, I am still unable to access it. I need assistance in regaining access to my account as the hacker did not change my username. I am experiencing difficulty resetting the password for my son's account with the username milehighdan. I accidentally signed him out while trying to reset his password, and I am uncertain if there is a phone number or email linked to his account. Additionally, my other son has an account associated with my email, but I am not contacting about that cartman account. Today, I am reaching out to express my frustration with mobile controls, specifically the lack of control and the infuriating auto jump feature. The auto jump function consistently hinders my gameplay in various games that involve obstacle courses and parkour elements. Accidentally jumping whenever I touch another character without my intentional input undermines the experience. This issue affects all mobile users. While developers can disable mobile auto jump, I believe this option is not utilized enough. I suggest introducing a toggle to disable auto jump on mobile devices. If a developer prefers to keep this feature, they could override the setting. The existence of auto jump seems unnecessary and causes significant annoyance, nearly driving me to repeatedly hit my head against nearby solid surfaces.
