While watching "Stranger Things," I noticed something strange. At 11:30 p.m., I checked my Robux balance, which was at [redacted] instead of the regular [redacted]. When I went to Royal High, I saw my [redacted] diamonds had decreased to [redacted]. My uncle purchased these for me at a significant cost. I, Elena_Sanader, was a victim of a scam by "briannaslayss" who promised me [redacted] robux. Unfortunately, after sharing my password with her, she accessed my account, changed the password, and logged everyone out. I've been struggling to resolve this issue for days now with the help of my friend "thekarinabearfanclub" to no avail. It's important to note that I haven't verified my email, so resetting my password isn't an option. Any assistance in regaining access to my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently fell victim to a scam during a trading interaction with a user named "ORiginalVampire10" on our platform. The trades involved items such as the green bubble trouble, clockwork headphones, evil skeptic, supa fly cap, druidic antlers, and businessman hat. Unfortunately, after accepting the trades as instructed, the user blocked me, and none of the promised items were received while mine were gone. Upon reviewing the trades, I discovered that the user had manipulated the trade to benefit themselves, resulting in a loss of items worth 30k. It seems likely that they have transferred the items to another account. I am seeking assistance in recovering my items, as this experience has left me devastated. Hello, I am seeking assistance in recovering the account for girlsocute214. I recently used my email to login and suspect it may have been compromised due to a possible scam incident. A new acquaintance encouraged me to join a game promising robux. Despite my initial refusal, I eventually joined. Subsequently, I was unable to access other games as it labeled me as a guest. I am now questioning whether Roblox can assist in recovering compromised accounts.

I am inquiring about the possibility of adjusting the age of my ROBLOX account to over 13. I am aware that this is not a common practice, but I wanted to inquire nonetheless. My username is MiniFirestar. My account currently reflects an age under 13 due to a mistake I made when I was younger by adjusting my birthdate for amusement. I am having trouble accessing my ROBLOX account. Each time I try to log in, I am asked to verify my account, but then it says my username or password is incorrect. I have always used the same username and password, so I am confused. I checked for any signs of hacking, but found nothing suspicious. Dear Roblox Corp, I recently encountered an issue while playing "The Mirror" game on Roblox. Mid-game, I experienced a moment of boredom and paused briefly. However, when I returned to the game, I found myself logged out. I attempted to log back in but discovered that my password had been changed, barring my access to my account. I became aware of this as the outfit associated with my account had been altered. To confirm my suspicion, I created a new account and searched for my previous username, which led me to observe the changed outfit.

I recently encountered an issue with my account on Roblox. After being logged out, I attempted to log back in using my username, GolemGuy25, and the correct password. However, during the validation process, a message appeared stating that either my username or password was incorrect, which is not the case. I believe my account has been compromised. I am unable to reset my password as I am not receiving the email notifications. I have previously dealt with similar issues and am frustrated by the situation. I have invested a significant amount of time and money into this account. Hello, I recently encountered an issue trying to access my ROBLOX account as my password is not working. I suspect the reason behind this problem. While playing Royale High on ROBLOX, I encountered a player who asked to be friends. After accepting, they asked me a question regarding their favorite color, which I correctly answered as blue. In return, they promised me 80 robux. Despite initial suspicions, the player insisted it wasn't a scam and claimed to have done this for all their friends. Regrettably, I trusted them and shared my password when they requested it. Subsequently, they gained access to my account and changed my password, leaving me unable to log in. I now realize it was a scam. Unfortunately, I am unable to reset my password through the provided methods of receiving codes via phone or email. I acknowledge my mistake in sharing my password. Hello, Roblox. While my cousin and I were playing Flee the Facility, a player in the server kept directing us to a website, creating suspicion of potential hacking. Even though indications showed only one person in the game, upon returning, the player was still there repeating the same message. Additionally, we encountered a situation where there were more players than the game allowed, raising further concerns about hackers. Another player recommended a site for obtaining Robux, adding to our unease. We promptly left the server following this encounter. It would be appreciated if you could ensure the safety and integrity of all servers on Flee the Facility to prevent similar experiences in the future. Thank you.

My son's account appears to have been hacked. His username is Happiersage75, and the associated email is [redacted] According to him, there should be approximately 12 Robux in the account. His character wears an IPWN jacket with a ninja stance, has frozen hair, SCPF Mobile Task Force E-11 gear, and a black face piece. When trying to reset the password via email, it's showing his username isn't valid and no longer on the email list. The password used to be hatter75. It has been 5 years now, and I am now 13 years old. Let me explain what happened. I was at a friend's house having a great time playing Roblox when suddenly I couldn't log back into my account, "riworocks." I did not give her permission to use my account, and she would never do something like that. When I returned a few months later, the account was not saved on her computer, and since then, I have had two other accounts, "gracerocks321" and "ovaninja111," that were also hacked. My brother tried to help me, as I believe TIX existed back then. One account, "riworocks," was fixed by my brother. I hope you can understand my situation. My current account, "LonRongR," has all the available security features. I was feeling down when I created that name; it was meant to be a joke account. Thank you.

After taking a break from Roblox for a few years, I recently logged back into my account, Koude, for nostalgia. To my surprise, I discovered several trades that I did not initiate, such as the one with isaacfrye on 8/29/18 where I supposedly exchanged Valkyrie Helm and 1 Robux for Magic Lamp, Hungry Lion Friend, and [redacted] Robux. Considering the unreasonable nature of this trade, I am confident I did not authorize it. Further investigation revealed that isaacfrye was also a victim of hacking during that period. While I understand I was inactive on the account, it is disheartening to lose valuable items. I have updated my account's email and password to prevent any more unauthorized transactions. Any form of compensation would be appreciated, though I understand a replacement Valkyrie Helm may not be possible. Thank you for your assistance.

My 9-year-old daughter was playing Roblox, choosing a new outfit for her character when the game glitched. Upon restarting, everything was gone - her built items, friends, and Robux. She had paid for some Robux, around $5 twice, and earned more. Now upset and having to reset her password, she's eager to buy more Robux, but I'm concerned about losing progress again. This game means a lot to her, and she's been upset for weeks. I've tried to reach out for support but haven't received a call back after leaving my information twice. Now 21, I want to pass on some items to my 6-year-old nephew. Unfortunately, my usual password "yummyp1zza" no longer works. My tagline has been changed without my knowledge. I tried to reset my password but the linked email has been changed. My group, Smoothie Club, was taken over by someone called "The_AlphaOfThePack" who got banned. An admin named Univexerous appeared, which is suspicious to me. I believe I was hacked due to these events. I cherish my memories on Roblox and want my nephew to enjoy it as much as I did. Yesterday, while playing Bloxburg, a girl offered me Robux. She sent me a link, and when I clicked on it, it asked for my username and password for free Robux. Despite hesitating, seeing someone in the chat claim they got it convinced me it was safe. However, as soon as I entered my details, I got logged out. I've tried multiple times to access my account, but with no luck. I checked my profile, and my character and friends have all been changed. I fear I've been hacked and lost my Robux. I enjoy playing Roblox, so any assistance to resolve this issue and potentially recover my lost Robux would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing an issue where I receive a message stating, "Sorry, your transaction cannot be completed at this time as you have reached a transaction limit," every time I attempt to purchase Robux. I am confused about the transaction limit since your website indicates there are none for buying Robux. I primarily use my phone for Robux purchases and have not faced any problems until now. I have attempted to reset and power off my phone, but the same message persists. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated as I am eager to change my name and establish a Roblox family. Thank you.

While playing Trade Hang Out, a player in the game promised me Robux in exchange for friending them. Naively, being only 13, I agreed and shared my username and password. Immediately after, I was kicked out of Roblox and unable to log back in successfully. Upon checking my other account, I discovered that I had been unfriended and blocked by the fraudulent user who had taken over my main account, "arg10906." The perpetrator's username is "butionmaster_26." I am currently using a new account that I created to continue playing, but I would appreciate it if the password for my main account could be changed to "aidenrobert." I believe I may have used my dad's email for purchases but I'm uncertain if my email is associated with the account.
