While enjoying a game, I unfortunately fell victim to a scam by someone I trusted, who lured me into joining their fraudulent game. Shortly after, I got logged out of my account and my attempts to log back in failed. Days later, I created a new account only to find that the scammer had taken over my original account. This account holds my hard-earned money from six years of playing. I kindly request for both accounts - mine under the name "Zoaroark1938" and the scammer's as "WarmLeanGiantryguy22" - to be banned to prevent further issues.

Lately, I've been facing issues playing Roblox due to recurring error codes that indicate I'm either a guest or not authenticated. Despite attempting to resolve this by reinstalling Roblox and engaging Windows Support to check for viruses affecting the website, I remain unable to play consistently. Restarting my HP Windows 10 Laptop and logging in and out of my account (xXKay_xD) have not yielded results. Occasional access to games on the website has been limited to a few occasions, providing temporary relief. This problem seems isolated to me currently, reminiscent of a past widespread occurrence in December [redacted]. I'm eager to resume gaming and would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this persistent issue.

Hello, I was hacked about four days ago by a child who is around 13 or 14 years old on Roblox. Despite my efforts to retrieve my account, the child demanded my best friend's account in exchange. After I complied, the child claimed to have been scammed and has since engaged in exploiting and scamming accounts on Roblox, resulting in numerous reports. Unfortunately, the child changed my email associated with the account, making it difficult for me to recover it. My Roblox username is "cetrik123", and my friend who was hacked is "ninjahyper300". The child's main account is "God26452". My Discord is cetrikG#[redacted], and my friend's Discord is ninjahyper3000#[redacted]. The hacker's account is PRiME#[redacted], and the child's account will be changed to Ilye06_Rrp. I kindly request the return of my "cetrik123" account and the restoration of my friend's "ninjahyper3000" account.

Hello Roblox team, I am reaching out as the owner of the account "goodlooksboy13" because unfortunately, my account was compromised by another Roblox user named BryangamerYT143. This individual claimed to have a Robux gift card and offered to give me some Robux. I hesitantly provided my password after being assured that my account would not be hacked. After a brief interaction, BryangamerYT143 logged off, and when I attempted to log back in, my password was no longer valid. Despite my efforts to reset the password through my email, I could not locate my account and suspect that it may have been altered by the individual who tricked me into sharing my password.

Yesterday, in Poke's (Youtuber) Team Sloth group chat, I encountered a link promising free robux if I played a game. Curious, I clicked on it and was shocked to see my password displayed on the screen. Worried about being hacked, I exited the game immediately. Today, when trying to log in to Roblox to show my friend my new avatar, I kept receiving an error message stating my username or password was incorrect. This is odd as I've used this login information for 4 years without any issues. Despite my friends and family denying involvement with my account, I suspect I've been hacked. My username is Superrudy20, and I had 6 robux. Additionally, I experienced a computer glitch that resulted in the loss of [redacted] robux, which I hope can be restored. I have been trying to redeem a $25 Robux credit for quite some time now. My email thread with the Roblox representatives from [redacted] shows numerous back and forth exchanges. Despite this, the steps provided by Roblox rep Lauren have not been helpful. My daughter's username is Sarahstrawberra7, and Lauren instructed me to go to the game redemption page, which I have been unable to locate. Currently, there is only 85 Robux in the account instead of the $25 worth I should have. In my attempts to follow instructions, I accidentally spent 99 cents. Originally, I faced issues redeeming a gift card, which led the representatives to issue a $25 credit. I am struggling to navigate the process, as the information provided has not been useful in solving the problem. Someone asked me to add them for Roblox, promising to give me Robux. Despite my hesitation about sharing my password, they insisted I should trust them because they claimed to be my friend. When I logged in, my account was immediately logged out, and someone had accessed it. I was furious about how easily I was tricked. I had invested nine months of hard work in the game, only to have my progress stolen in a second. My username is "qalesilar." I discovered my account was being used by someone else, who even offered Robux to other players. This hacker needs to be stopped to prevent others from facing the same situation. Hello! How is everyone doing today? Unfortunately, both my friend Kayla and I were hacked on Roblox while playing a game of Survivor. A girl approached us offering Robux, and although I was cautious and didn't enter my password, Kayla did, resulting in our accounts being hacked shortly after. I quickly unfriended the girl, but we still got hacked. I am unable to log in now, and the same happened to Kayla. Our accounts are Darkwights29 and kkplays_yt29. I accidentally logged out of my Roblox account while trying to troubleshoot issues with a game showing deleted content. While playing Island Hotels & Resorts by Venture X, I encountered an issue where I accidentally made purchases due to game pass pop-ups. The first time, the purchase confirmation appeared while I was walking in-game, and due to the button layout, I inadvertently confirmed it and lost 99 robux. The second time, a similar situation happened when I tried to leave the game from the pause menu, accidentally confirming a purchase in the background and losing [redacted] robux. This total loss of [redacted] robux has impacted me significantly, and despite reaching out to both Roblox support and the game owner for assistance, I have yet to receive any replies. I am seeking urgent assistance to address this matter promptly.

I recently had a bad experience on a trade on Roblox. The other person manipulated the situation and took advantage of me. It's frustrating that the trade was allowed to happen even though there were issues with it. The system should be more reliable. Bots shouldn't be allowed as they can cause problems like this. I feel disheartened that my limited items were taken from me like this. I've been a loyal player since [redacted], even though I've seen the platform decline in some ways. I cherish the fun and friendships I've made on Roblox. However, incidents like this make me question the platform's safety and fairness. I hope Roblox can improve and treat its users with more respect and consideration. Despite this negative experience, I still enjoy playing on Roblox and hope for a better future on the platform.

I received an email from [redacted] concerning a password change on my Roblox account for edenpark1. It provided a link to revert the change if it wasn't intentional. However, I am unable to change my password as attempts result in an error. I am concerned about potential hacking and whether the hackers have accessed any linked cards. For the past three months, I've been dealing with unauthorized charges to my account from Robloxmountain View. Despite changing my credit card multiple times, this issue persists. Recently, after changing my account and credit card, I woke up to find 10 charges of $10.61 each from Robloxmountain View. I contacted my bank to cancel the card, but they couldn't stop the pending charges. They advised me to visit the bank in person to sign a dispute document, which is challenging for me as a 69-year-old widow with mobility issues. This situation not only leaves me tired but frustrated. Changing accounts also affects my social security payments. Any advice on how to handle this would be greatly appreciated.

While playing in Bloxburg, a player named Catdog was offering free Robux in the chat and requested to private chat, asking if I wanted Robux. I agreed without knowing about potential scams. Catdog then directed me to join a game, where I input my password. Next thing I knew, I was logged out abruptly. Seeking help from my friend, I discovered someone else had accessed my account, deleted my items, and changed my avatar to promote free Robux. My username is Lilyboocutie. I was attempting to trade my Roblox account for a Fortnite account on Instagram, but unfortunately, I got scammed by a kid who now has access to it under my username (AjharGaming2016). This situation has upset my brother greatly. I have proof that the account belongs to me and that I was deceived. I have tried contacting ROBLOX for help, but I couldn't reach anyone. I believe my ROBLOX account was compromised. On May 20, [redacted], while playing the game "tower of hell," I noticed my avatar looked strange, assuming it was a glitch. Later, after leaving the game, I realized my avatar had been altered. The following day, upon returning from school, I hoped the hack had ceased. Unfortunately, a friend asked if their actions led to my Robux being spent on clothes, which was indeed the case. My friend suggested contacting ROBLOX for assistance. Though I am uncertain of the hacker's identity, I took steps to secure my account by signing out of all sessions and updating my password. I am eager to recover my lost Robux, as I am a Builders Club member and invested significantly in them. I earnestly request help in identifying and retrieving the lost Robux.

I was trying to create a test account with the username officernickels on ROBLOX. While chatting with officernickels on Discord, he requested my password and 2-Step verification code. In return, he provided his password first, so I reciprocated. However, after sending him the verification code again, I received a notification that my email and password were changed. We kept alternating the login details, but when I woke up the next day, I encountered an error while trying to change them back. I believe officernickels scammed me, as his new account is named ppd4. I am upset and disappointed. He disabled 2-Step verification, changed the password and email, and enabled a 4-digit code. I kindly request assistance in reverting the email to [redacted] and disabling the 4-digit code. If I receive a response, I will take it from there and ensure to enhance my account security diligently.

I was using a different game on my phone before switching to Roblox. Upon opening the Roblox app, I found that I was unexpectedly signed out. Despite knowing my username and password, it kept stating the password was incorrect with each attempt to log in. I repeatedly tried to regain access without success. I feel disheartened as I have lost all my earned robux, outfits, game progress, and much more. It's upsetting to lose all the effort put into the account. My son created a Roblox account as "awesome hair dude" a few years ago. Last weekend, while playing online, another user asked him for his password. Being only 8 years old, my son shared it, and now he cannot access his account. I've attempted to reset the password using my email address ([redacted]), the parental email linked to the account, but haven't received any response. It seems the person may have changed the email associated with the account. I believe you should have records of this activity to investigate and assist in recovering his account.
